Abstract
The article discusses theoretical conceptual approaches to the implementation of the concept of economic freedom and libertarianism in Ukraine in order to develop exchange activities, trade and innovative entrepreneurship. It has been proved that further state policy of ensuring the functioning of the free market is advisable to implement through the support of private property, fair trade conditions and the active development of innovative entrepreneurship. It is noted that libertarianism, the leading idea of which is to ensure the guarantees and rights of each market participant, requires a constant definition of the concept of its implementation. In order to solve this problem, there is a need to accumulate internal resources, intellectual, labor, production, administrative and others, which will allow the free sale of market instruments needed to stimulate the free market, support exchange activities, trade and development of innovative entrepreneurship. Existing proposals for the transparency of the conceptual conditions for supporting economic freedom and libertarianism in Ukraine in order to develop exchange activity, trade and innovative entrepreneurship need to improve public policy towards a critical mass of labor capable of generating ideas of libertarianism in an unstable environment and changing market conditions. At the same time, the concept of economic freedom and libertarianism in Ukraine for the development of exchange activities, trade and innovative entrepreneurship is based on a thorough revision of the logic of public administration based on democratic principles in the current development of the national economy.
