Abstract

In this study, after subdividing their service quality factors around cultural and artistic contents of public institutions, we investigated which service quality factors are the main factors that lead to public satisfaction with viewing public cultural content, and the moderating effect of viewing frequency. As a result of the study, first, the difference in viewing satisfaction according to the final academic background of the study subjects and the frequency of visits to the culture and arts center was significant. Second, all of the service quality factors of cultural and artistic content were acting as static influencing factors of viewing satisfaction, and among them, tangible was the strongest static influencing factor. Third, it was found that there was no moderating effect according to the individual cultural and artistic involvement of the public. This researcher suggested that the tangible quality elements of the culture and arts center need to be improved first to improve the quality of culture and arts content in public institutions today.
