Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the attitude of Israelite lives from a modern perspective and to derive action plans to apply them to our society by analyzing the linguistic concepts of the first recorded language of <Ger> and <Nokri> in the Bible and comparing them to the lives of the Korean people. To this end, we examined Korea's multicultural situation, related laws, and support policies, analyzed the perceptions and an attitudes of the ancient Israeli people from a biblical point of view, compared them with the lives of our people, and derived three practical measures to apply to our society living in a multicultural society. First, it is necessary to recognize that <Ger> is a role player as a member of our society. Second, it is necessary to create a legal, religious, and social environment for migrants to settle down. Third, it is necessary to abandon the xenophobic attitude toward migrants. Fourth, eff orts to escape racist superiority and bias are needed.
