Abstract

The relevance of the chosen research topic is due to the fact that the psychological mechanisms of reflexive development of military professional activity of future officers have not been studied so extensively in comparison with other specialties, professions. For a long time, the reflexive component in the armed forces was considered practically insignificant due to the specifics of service activities and the organization of forms of relationship between military personnel. To date, the Higher military school within the framework of the reform of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is in the process of renewal. The article presents the results of an empirical study of correlations between the reflexivity of cadets and self-efficacy. the higher the reflexivity, the better developed are such components as subject self-efficacy, interpersonal self-efficacy, general level of self-efficacy, motivation of professional competence, perseverance, self- organization, orientation to the present, general level of organization.
