Abstract

The article reveals the features of communicative tolerance and the conditions for its formation in future practical psychologists. Communicative tolerance is important in individual and personal development, in socialization, education, in social relations and professional activity, in particular psychological, where tolerance is a guarantee of its effectiveness. This is a systematizing characteristic, as many other qualities of future practical psychologists, primarily moral, characterological, and intellectual, are consistent with it. In this regard, the peculiarities of communicative tolerance can indicate psychological health, internal harmony or disharmony, the ability to self-control and self-correction. The main personality substructures of future practical psychologists, which determine communicative tolerance, are: intellectual, value-oriented, ethical, aesthetic, emotional, sensory, energy-dynamic, characterological, algorithmic, functional. It is shown that the problem of formation of communicative tolerance should be solved comprehensively. In this work, it is necessary to take into account age, individual, national, functional and role characteristics. The conditions for the formation of communicative tolerance in future practical psychologists are the preservation and strengthening of positive aspirations; strengthening of their life-affirming goals, values and subject relations with others; expanding the range of forms of positive social activity.
