Abstract

It is proved that there is a necessity to create pedagogical conditions for development of skills to implement administrative cycle, evolve business thinking and maintain professional self-determination which is critically important for future bachelors of physical culture and sports. The introduction of a special discipline into the curriculum is defined as a means of implementing this activity. The purpose of the discipline is to form of knowledge base, skills and abilities, that allow to carry out for management, organization, control, innovation activity. The orientation of education on the instilling entrepreneurial thinking in students will reside in directing the educational process to the internalization of students' ideas, values, attitudes, decisions in the field of entrepreneurial experience of past generations. This process can be initiated through three measures aimed at clarifying the essence of entrepreneurship; study of business ideas in the field of physical culture and sports with the subsequent substantiation of the startup; promoting entrepreneurial self-determination.The explanation of the essence of entrepreneurship should be provided by pedagogical interaction with scientific and pedagogical staff of the departments. Examples of innovations to which students' attention can be directed are: algorithms and platforms for self-organization of amateur athletes; devices that record the performance of various body systems of athletes; high-tech materials for sportswear and equipment; mobile applications: media files, feedback channels, merchandise and sports tickets store; algorithms and means of analysis of data sets on training indicators and performances of athletes.Learning outcomes are expected to be mastering the organizational and functional principles of management of physical culture and sports enterprises; business planning skills, people and resource management; ability to assess the effectiveness of business and business risks in the sports and health industry; overview the sources of financing of business programs as well as the main levels of regulation of sports business, algorithms of definition of strategy of development of innovative business in the field of physical culture and sports, world and domestic startups.
