Abstract

In the modern world, the market for educational services is a complex and dynamic phenomenon, the influence of which is determined not only by traditional educational processes but also by contemporary trends shaped by the rapid development of society and technological innovations. The article analyzes modern technologies actively integrated into the field of educational services and the process of globalization of the educational system. The article conducts an analysis of contemporary aspects of educational services, emphasizing key features of their functioning and financing. The impact of socio-economic and technological changes on the education system is investigated. The analysis of issues related to organizational and financial aspects of educational institutions' activities is considered by accounting scholars over different time periods. One of the key themes of the article is the analysis of the system of financing educational services, providing detailed insights into funding sources and budget allocation. The role of both the public and private sectors in funding education is examined, and challenges related to ensuring financial stability in this field are highlighted. The analysis includes an examination of the state budget, priority allocations for the year 2023, and the restoration of funding for the key reform of the Ministry of Education and Science – the new Ukrainian school. Given the relevance and significance of the topic for the contemporary educational environment, this article plays a crucial role in understanding and studying the dynamics of the educational services market. The work can serve as a valuable source of information for researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers in the fields of education and management.
