Abstract
The article is devoted to the review of practical software developments of the Shushenskoye Museum-Reserve, including effective methods of pedagogical interaction with visitors. The museum, with an ideological direction in its work in the past, today presents a new model, proving the need for a paradigm shift in its activities, moving from a “culture of consumption” to a “culture of participation”. Employees, taking into account the active position of the new visitor, offer a dialog form of interaction with visitors. In this regard, elements of interactivity are actively used in the cultural and educational activities of the museum, especially with a children’s audience. The developed thematic methods and techniques help to successfully stimulate the interest ofvisitors to the museum and ensure the expansion of the museum audience.
