Abstract

In the article, the issue of future teachers of preschool education institutions for ensuring children’s creative development is construed. The effective requirements for teacher are analyzed; the content of the concepts training, professional and pedagogical training and chronology is clarified. It is specified that the development of a future teacher in the process of in tertiary education involves not only mastering a certain array of knowledge and skills but also personal self-improvement, advancement of the position and development of such qualities as sociability, creativity, tact, criticism, etc. The regulatory framework for ensuring the implementation of preschool education in Ukraine is analyzed. It is established that the implementation of the State Standard of Preschool Education in Ukraine will ensure the unity and continuity of the process of reforming preschool and primary education, provide the basic values underlying the educational process, promote the principle of partnership pedagogy at the state level, which is important in the context of socio-economic changes taking place in the country, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main methodological aspects of future teachers of preschool education institutions for ensuring children’s creative development are revealed. The principles of the content construction of preschool didactics are determined basing on the current requirements. It is established that an effective method in future teachers of preschool education institutions for ensuring children’s creative development is V. Kuleshov’s method of “corrective wallpaper”, which is a type of methods, implying the influence of colors on the organism and development of various children’s abilities, including creative. It is substantiated that the “Program of work on readiness of teachers of the preschool institutions to ensure creative development of children” presented in the research will contribute to the improvement of pedagogical skills of teachers-educators of preschool institutions.
