Abstract
The article discusses the problem of ensuring ornithological safety in the area of airports and its impact on the accident- free operation of airlines. The authors analyze the process of formation of judicial practice in disputes related to the recovery of losses from airports, as organizations responsible for ensuring ornithological flight safety. An analysis of the current judicial practice of consideration of cases in this category by arbitration courts has also been carried out. An assessment of the evidence base was carried out and recommendations were given to airlines for further defending their interests in court.
