Abstract
The aim of this work was to study the effect of photosensitizer "Photoditazine", a drug used in medicine, on the quality of meat. Experiments were carried out to determine the resistance of different cultures of microorganisms to photosensitizers, to determine the bactericidal activity of the photosensitizer, to assess the effect of the photosensitizer on the quality of broiler chicken meat and to determine their daily weight gain when they drink the drug "Photoditazin". In the theoretical part of the review of scientific literature on the characteristics of veterinary and sanitary examination of poultry products, technology of their preparation, literature containing information about the photosensitizers of their composition and properties, the theoretical basis of the photodynamic effect were considered. In the practical part, experiments were carried out to determine the organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters of broiler chicken meat after the drug "Photoditazin" was carried out, bacteriological analysis was carried out to determine the bacterial contamination of broiler chicken meat after the drug "Photoditazin" was carried out, experiments to determine the bactericidal activity of the photosensitizer "Photoditazin"were described. Conclusions were made on the effect of the photosensitizer "Photoditazin" on the quality of meat on the basis of the results of experiments. Was given scientifically sound veterinary and sanitary assessment of meat of chickens broilers with the watering of them drug "Fotoditazin".
