Abstract

The article examines the value of a healthy lifestyle among students of higher educational institutions. How a healthy lifestyle affects the risk of serious illness and early death. The relationship between physical activity and health. The influence of the human social environment on the formation of a value attitude to health. The relationship of various institutions of society (family, university, state) on the formation of a healthy and active person has been studied. A study was conducted among respondents (university students) at the expense of confirmation of stress in the learning process and compliance with the rules of a healthy lifestyle. A selection of foreign literature on the formation of a value attitude to a healthy lifestyle has been made. The works of the following authors were studied: Ahn J., Boat R., Cicchella A., Gómez-López, M., Kim I., Vecenane H., Usca S.. Various interpretations of physical education are presented in the foreign literature of countries such as Russia, Great Britain, USA, Korea, Nigeria. An analysis of the state of health (healthy lifestyle) in various countries is presented. It is proposed: to increase the awareness of students about the rules of a healthy lifestyle, to provide healthy food free of charge, the opportunity to attend sports clubs in educational institutions.
