Abstract

The article reveals theoretical and practical issues of correlation between the principle of social protection of employees of internal affairs bodies and the basic principles of construction and functioning of the system of public service; the author's position on this problem and the provisions that can be put in the basis of further scientific research aimed at improving the normative-legal regulation in the field of social and le-gal protection of employees of internal affairs bodies and actually on the organisation of work on its practical and legal protection of employees of internal affairs bodies.
