Abstract

The article discusses the introduction and implementation of a conceptual model of formation of readiness for professional and personal self-regulation of future specialists in adaptive physical culture. The author presents the developed program of self-regulation ofprofessional activity of students, future specialists in the field of adaptive physical education. The article presents the results of a study of organized learning, taking into account indicators that characterize certain identified criteria for self-regulation. As a result of an experimental study, the author proved that the participation of students in optional training allows you to control the process of formation of readiness for professional and personal self-regulation, raising its level and developing the general level ofprofessionalism of future specialists in the field of adaptive physical education.
