Abstract
The article presents clinical case of severe combined injury ocular surface, ocular adnexa, lacrimal duct, orbital walls. The article describes a staged complex surgical rehabilitation, performed in the Khabarovsk branch of the S. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution: of orbital walls with “Ekoflon” material (Russia), of lacrimal duct by Taumi method, of medial palpebral ligament, of upper eyelid coloboma with free skin graft; locomotory stump and ocular cosmetic prosthesis after evisceration. In the long-term period (14 months), restoration of the eyelids anatomy, the measures of the palpebral fissure, the mobility of the upper eyelid, positive function of lacrimation, normal positioning and good eye prosthesis movement was noted.
