Abstract
The review presents the conceptual and analytical positions of scientists on some international legal problems in the field of climate change and environment protection. Some features of contrasting approaches to human-Earth relations and legal frameworks for sustainable developments are outlined. The review approaches related losses and damages as an international obligation, use of space technology and regulation to help overcome adverse effect of climate change and natural disasters.
