Abstract

Modern Russia, like the whole world, is going through a period of uncertainty and turbulence associated with a change in the long-term trajectory of development. This transformation creates new challenges for the Russian economy and society as a whole. The only effective strategy in these conditions is the reindustrialization of the economy on the basis of the VI technological order and movement towards the new stage of industrial development. The main challenge is the achievement of technological independence. The key tasks are ensuring a technological breakthrough; development of a knowledge-intensive production; creation of socio-economic relations that encourage the priority development of knowledge-intensive production. Particular attention is paid to the creation of a state planning system, the institutionalization of industrial policy strategic planning. Various options for its implementation are presented.
