Abstract

In the modern urban planning policy of the Russian Federation a key place is occupied by the integrated development of territories aimed at developing regions and cities, increasing the economic potential of the country and improving the quality of human life. Identification of positive and negative trends allows us to create strategic opportunities for the implementation of integrated development projects.
