Abstract

Broiler chickens are fast-growing poultry, from which a huge number of different products are obtained for our population. The growth rate of broiler poultry farming is constantly increasing, but at the same time, one should not forget about the safety of the products obtained, which are so widely sold. At the same time, an increase in demand for these products also leads to the need to incubate eggs and raise poultry in large volumes, and therefore the introduction of safe and effective solutions in this matter will only increase the profitability of the industry. Previously, we have proven the effectiveness of using a number of biostimulants to increase the rate of hatching of chickens, however, the issue of safety of carcasses of broiler chickens is no less important, in connection with which these studies were carried out. The results presented below were obtained using standard accepted methods. It was found that in terms of organoleptic, physicochemical, microbiological, histological indicators, as well as safety assessment, the meat of broiler chickens fully complies with these requirements and regulations.
