Abstract

The methodology for assessing the required area when placing residential complexes has been excluded. The object of the study is the quality of traffic organization, fencing of the road network in the maintenance of residential complexes. A mathematical model is proposed that allows to estimate the area of land consumed for the premises of a residential complex, taking into account the normal service for visitors arriving by individual transport. The key factors of the proposed model are the transport demand that is formed for residential complexes, expressed by the quantitative characteristics of the functioning of residential complexes and transforming into the intensity of the traffic flow, as well as the capacity of the existing infrastructure aimed at providing transport services to residents and visitors of residential complexes. satisfactory quality of transport service at the feeding intersection.
