EKSISTENSI KELOMPOK WANITA TANI “MANDIRI SEJAHTERA” (STUDI KASUS DI DESA BOJONGMANGU, KABUPATEN BEKASI)

The Existence of “Mandiri Sejahtera” Women Farmers Group (Case Study in Bojongmangu Village, Bekasi). The purpose of this research is to understand the existence of Kelompok Wanita Tani “Mandiri Sejahtera” in the middle of rapid industrial expansion. This research was conducted in Desa Bojongmangu, Kecamatan Bojongmangu, Kabupaten Bekasi. The techniques that used to collect data were observation and interview. The interviews were conducted with members of KWT “Mandiri Sejahtera”. The result of this research showed that the existence of KWT “Mandiri Sejahtera” in the middle of industrial expansion was well empowered by the government. The success of the empowerment was proven by the fact that KWT “Mandiri Sejahtera” won the Peningkatan Peran Wanita Menuju Keluarga Sehat & Sejahtera (P2WKSS) program that were held at province. The existence of KWT “Mandiri Sejahtera” also gave financial supports for the members. The government tried to apply the bottom-up system by considered the people need’s first. Even though the industrial expansion was still implemented, the government did not forget to improve the agricultural sector. Hand Sanitizer Making Training for Women’s Farmer Group in Mojorejo Village, Jetis, Ponorogo

Hand sanitizer could help clean one’s hands from germs and viruses, and thus, in a location where no handwashing is available, they could use hand sanitizer to clean their hands. Making hand sanitizer is very simple, and we could use plants found in one’s garden or yard. Limes and betels thrive in the garden owned by the Women's Farmer Group in Mojorejo Village, Jetis, Ponorogo Regency. These plants can be used to make hand sanitizer. However, the members of KWT had not known how to process them into hand sanitizer. This activity aimed to provide training for making hand sanitizer using natural ingredients picked from the KWT’s garden. As an alternative, we also trained the members of KWT about how to make hand sanitizer from artificial ingredients. We employed Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which involves eight members of KWK in the village. We held an FGD to find the resources they had, and during the training, we demonstrated the procedures for making hand sanitizer. After the training, we also provided one-onone mentoring in making hand sanitizer. They made several kinds of hand sanitizer using natural and artificial ingredients. We interviewed two members of KWT after the training. They claimed that this activity had increased their knowledge about how to make use of the natural ingredients found in the garden, and that by making hand sanitizer by themselves, they could reduce their expenses.

Pengembangan Ekonomi Masyarakat melalui Program Pengolahan Keripik Bayam serta Branding dan Marketing Pada KWT Flamboyan, Kelurahan Bantarjati, Bogor Utara

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a decline in the economy of the lower middle class in Indonesia. In response to this, it is necessary to take steps in developing the community through a spinach chip processing program as well as branding and marketing, especially at the Women Farmers Group (KWT) Flamboyan Bogor. This program consists of processing spinach chips and socializing branding and marketing which are carried out online and offline. Spinach chips processing activities and branding and marketing socialization have been successfully carried out although most of the activities are carried out online due to the PPKM policy. Spinach chips processing activities are carried out in two stages, namely socialization and direct practice of processing. Branding and marketing socialization was carried out in two stages, the materials in the first and second stages were sustainable materials. The result of this program is that members of KWT Flamboyan can find out the steps for processing spinach chips and ways to increase sales.

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN LAHAN PEKARANGAN PROGRAM RUMAH PANGAN LESTARI (RPL) DALAM MENUNJANG KETAHANAN PANGAN DI KELURAHAN SEPE’E KECAMATAN BARRU KABUPATEN BARRU

The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy of developing yard land with the Sustainable Food House system in order to support food security. This research was conducted in the form of a survey in Sepe'e Village, Barru District, Barru Regency. The population in this study were all members of the women's farmer group who participated in the KRPL (Sustainable Food House Area) program in Sepe'e Village, Barru District, Barru Regency, which consisted of 87 members, for a total of 4 women's farmer groups. While the sample in this study is the entire population, namely four groups of women farmers (KWT), The sources of data used in this study were two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The analysis is carried out to maximize strengths and opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats. The results of the study: increase public awareness of the potential of home gardens owned by KWT members; maximize the PKRL program launched by the government and utilize available seeds and a supportive climate; create effective marketing channels for home garden products; provide counseling and training to members of KWT regarding good cultivation techniques for home gardens; create market access for home garden products produced by KWT members; conduct counseling on pests and diseases; and utilize technology

Pemanfaatan Eco Enzyme Sebagai Pupuk Cair Di KWT Sekar Melati

The yard of the house can provide benefits for family life if it is managed properly, can be planted with various vegetables and family medicinal plants (aloe vera) and can be an important part in supporting food security. Household waste in the form of vegetable residues, fruit peels that have been considered waste can be converted into multipurpose eco-enzyme fluids. The purpose of the community service activity is to train and set an example for the Women Farmers Group (WFG)Sekar Melati in Sanggrahan, Plumbon, Banguntapan, Bantul, Yogyakarta, to make eco-enzymes from vegetable waste and fruit peels including aloe vera skin as liquid organic fertilizer for vegetable crops and as a disinfectant. Problems faced include WFG not knowing how to manufacture and benefiting from eco-enzyme (EE) from fruit peel waste and vegetable residue. The yard land has not been optimally utilized, does not know the correct plant cultivation techniques in polybags, especially the manufacture of planting media and plant maintenance. To find solutions to these problems, counseling and training on EE manufacturing technology were carried out. Transfer of technology for the cultivation of organic vegetables and family medicinal plants (aloe vera). The results of the WFG activities that have been carried out are that the partner group Sekar Melati is very enthusiastic in participating in all the community service activities provided. WFG Sekar Melati has been able to make eco enzyme, apply eco enzyme as liquid organic fertilizer and disinfectant. WFG Sekar Melati already knows how to make the right planting media for planting vegetable seeds and aloe vera for use in the yard.

ANALISIS BIAYA DAN PENDAPATAN AGROINDUSTRI TIWUL INSTAN (STUDI KASUS PADA KELOMPOK WANITA TANI DESA MAJALENGKA KECAMATAN BAWANG BANJARNEGARA)

Majalengka Village, Bawang District, Banjarnegara Regency is one of the villages that exists in the development of instant tiwul agroindustry. Tiwul instant is an agro-industry activity that continues to be developed in women's farmer groups. This is supported by an increase in the business development of instant tiwul production and marketing which is quite rapid. Therefore, the intensive development of the tiwul diamond agroindustry must continue to be improved. So far, the members of the women's farmer group do not understand how much production costs have been spent in the production of instant tiwul and how much income they receive. The research objectives are; (a) analyze the production costs and income of instant tiwul agroindustry, and (b) analyze the business feasibility of instant tiwul agroindustry obtained by the members of the women farmer group. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with data collection methods using interviews, observation and literature review. The research targets are members of women's farmer groups who produce instant tiwul. Data analysis methods used are cost and income analysis and business feasibility analysis. The results showed that (1) the production cost of instant tiwul agroindustry carried out by the women farmer group was obtained by an average of Rp. 497,424,-/1 times of production, (b) the amount of revenue obtained from instant tiwul agroindustry was an average of Rp. 1,095. 000,- while the amount of income earned is an average of Rp. 597,576,-/1 times of production, (c) based on business feasibility analysis, the instant tiwul agroindustry is said to be feasible because it obtains R/C Ratio > 1.Keywords: Agroindustry, Analysis, Cost, Income, Instant Tiwul

IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM DIVERSIFIKASI PRODUK PANGAN LOKAL DI DINAS KETAHANAN PANGAN PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

In Indonesia, rice is a staple food that has high carbohydrates and is consumed by all Indonesian people. The high consumption of rice in Indonesia causes a decrease in the level of consumption of non-rice food and the low consumption of animal protein, vegetables, and fruits. Until the government made the slogan "full doesn't have to be rice" and held a program to change people's mindsets, namely with a diversification program for local food products. The purpose of this analysis is to find out the results of the implementation of the Local Food Product Diversification Program in the Women Farmers Group (KWT)/ Micro Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and the community at the Food Security Office of Central Java Province. The analytical methods used in the Local Food Product Diversification Program through interviews and literature studies are descriptive analysis, fishbone diagrams, and Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) analysis. The results of the implementation of the Local Food Diversification Program for KWT/UMKM and the community are that it can increase the income/turnover of the KWT/UMKM and direct the community to consume local food to achieve the ideal Food Hope Pattern (PPH) score so as to reduce excessive rice consumption.

ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS KELOMPOK WANITA TANI (KWT) DI KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG

Currently, a number of Women Farmers Groups (KWT) in Klungkung Regency have long developed the Sustainable Food Garden (P2L) program. The P2L program was initiated by the central government. Since its launch, Klungkung Regency now has 6 KWTs developing the program. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) to analyze the direct influence of the variables of education, age, and number of dependent children on the working hours of the Women Farmers Group in Klungkung Regency; 2) analyze the direct effect of education, age, number of dependent children and working hours on the productivity of the Women Farmers Group in Klungkung Regency; and 3) analyzing the indirect effect of education, age, number of dependent children on productivity through the working hours of the Women Farmers Group in Klungkung Regency. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The analytical technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results of this study are: 1) education, age, and number of dependent children have a positive effect on the outpouring of working hours for women farmers groups in Klungkung Regency; 2) age and number of dependents have no effect, while education and working hours have a positive effect on the productivity of women's farmer groups in Klungkung Regency; and 3) working hours as an intervening variable the effect of education, age and number of dependent children on the productivity of women farmers groups in Klungkung Regency. The implication of this research is that increasing education, age, and number of dependents will increase working hours, and increasing education and hours will increase productivity, while age and number of dependents have no significant effect on KWT productivity in Klungkung Regency. Mentoring Women's Farmer Groups in Utilizing Yard Land as an Effort for Food Security in the Pandemic Period

The objectives of this community service are: 1. assisting women farmer groups in the use of yard land, 2. educating women farmer groups in efforts to food security during the pandemic. This community service was carried out for 3 months, namely April, May, and June 2021 through the following methods: 1) lectures by the implementation team for the Women Farmer Group in Baran village, Cawas, Klaten who attended a total of 52 people regarding food security education in during the pandemic, 2) distribution of assistance for a number of vegetable seeds to be planted in a predetermined yard, 3) assistance in planting and using vegetables as a source of family nutrition. The result of this community service is that the women in Baran Village, Cawas, Klaten who are members of the Women Farmers Group have an independent business in the form of vegetable plants as a source of nutrition that can be used as a share of crop yields: from, by, for the Woman Farmer Group members.

Building Green Capabilities through Green Supply Chain Practices

Green capability is the capability of factories to produce more efficiently and competitively in the market in an environmentally friendly manner. This study aimed to analyze the ability of the “Lestari” Women Farmers Group (WFG) to develop their green products and to see the supply chain structure for their green products. This research was conducted using a qualitative research design and the research technique used was a case study. The result of this research was that green capability can be built through the green supply chain in the Sustainable Farmer Group. “Lestari” Women Farmers Group has succeeded in making business access to destination markets and was able to implement green capability quite well because the quality of the products produced was a product that was free of pesticides, chemicals and used natural ingredients as plant fertilizers such as fertilizers from fruit fermentation and rice washing water so that the quality of the vegetables is guaranteed.

Tingkat kepuasan kelompok wanita tani terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapang

The purpose of the study was to determine the level of satisfaction of the female farmer group on the performance of the field extension workers. The sample consisted of 40 members of the women's farmer group Bina Pertain determined by the census technique. The analysis used is Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results obtained are the level of satisfaction of the female farmer group on the service attributes classified as satisfied. The level of importance of the service is greater than the level of performance of the field instructor, this indicates that the level of agricultural performance of the field extension worker has not met the expectations desired by the women farmer group

Sosisalisasi Penggunaan Beauveria Bassiana dan Pestisida Nabati untuk Mengendalikan Hama pada Sayuran Hidroponik

Vegetable cultivation using a hydroponic system in a green house is growing rapidly in the Ciampel area, Karawang Regency. One of the problems faced by hydroponic vegetable farmers is the attack of leaf-eating pests. The control of pests that attack vegetables has been using chemical pesticides which will pollute the environment and be harmful to human health. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills in the use of biological agents for the fungus Beauveria bassiana and vegetable pesticides made from papaya leaf extract to control pests on hydroponic vegetables. This activity was carried out in September-November 2020 which was attended by the Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Mulyasari Village, Ciampel, Karawang. Activities are carried out in a structured and gradual manner starting from planning, site surveys, problem identification, technical guidance, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. Assistance to farmers has been carried out in approximately three months online and offline together with students from the Faculty of Agriculture, Singaperbangsa Karawang University. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding about the dangers of using chemical pesticides on vegetables and the importance of pest control based on Biointensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM-Biointensive) using biological agents and botanical pesticides. In addition, the participants who took part in this activity were skilled at producing the biological agent Beauveria bassiana and vegetable pesticides with active papaya leaf juice. Farmers become more skilled at monitoring pests in the green house/field to monitor the presence or absence of pests in their crops. In addition, farmers have become more skilled in mass propagation of B. bassiana biological agents and vegetable pesticides. Mass propagation technique of B. bassiana uses alternative media, namely from feed corn.

Penyuluhan Pemberian Probiotik Bioplus Terhadap Performa Domba di Kelompok Wanita Tani Sauyunan

The population of sheep in Kaso Village, Tambaksari District is still very low compared to the average number of needs each year. One of the feed manipulation techniques that can be done is by giving Bioplus probiotics. This study aims to analyze the increase in knowledge and skills of farmers on the provision of Bioplus probiotics. This study aims to analyze the improvement of farmers' knowledge and skills on the provision of Bioplus probiotics The extension technique used uses a combination of media and extension methods such as lectures, discussions, demonstrations of methods, and applied studies and is combined with powerpoint media and posters. The instrument used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability using SPSS version 21. The counseling respondents consisted of 30 members of KWT Sauyunan. The evaluation of the extension was analyzed using the Padmowiharjo formula (1999). The results of the extension evaluation show the criteria of Success for the knowledge aspect and Fairly Successful in the skill aspect. Thus the extension of the provision of Bioplus probiotics to sheep is able to increase the knowledge and skills of members of the women's farmer group.

Women's Empowerment: Pemulihan Perekonomian Indonesia melalui Kelompok Wanita Tani dengan Pengimplementasian Program M2ID

Corona virus diseases (COVID-19) have a negative impact on the country's economy, and Indonesia is no exception. This is evidenced by the increase in the poverty rate of 1.63 million people. Poverty alleviation can be done by involving the community such as involving people's business actors through the Women Farmers Group (KWT). However, the problem is the weak organizational function and the lack of education of KWT Sehati members on financial management and the difficulty of product marketing. These problems are answered in the M2ID (Management of Human Resources, Management of Finance, Innovation and Packaging, and Digital Marketing) program. The approach methods used in this activity include institutional approaches, discussion methods, participatory approaches, and providing training on the M2ID program. After the training, the average understanding possessed by members increased in understanding, besides that members began to be able to make sales not only offline but online sales and in the end were able to slowly build the Indonesian economy after COVID-19. The Implementation of the Empowerment Model of Women Farmer Groups “Minangkabau” in Managing Sustainable Food Security

This research aims to explore the empowerment model of Minangkabau woman farmer groups was implemented to manage sustainable food security. "Minangkabau" farmer women groups in Koto Tuo Kenagarian were known not to be optimally empowered yet in managing food before. To pursue the purpose of this study, qualitative descriptive method was used together with system dynamics approach. The results of this research indicated that the implementation of empowerment model has successfully improved the potential and income of Minangkabau woman farmer groups. Their consumption patterns and nutritional knowledge have been increased from 62.50 percent before FGD to 74.60 percent after FGD. Moreover, their family health nutrition has been improved from 67.56 percent before FGD to 77.64 percent after FGD. Similarly, their food knowledge also has been elevated from 96.50 percent before FGD to 99.60 percent after FGD. And, 98 percent of "Minangkabau" farmer women groups even also has had more knowledge and skills related with diversify local food processing and food waste composting. In conclusion, the empowerment model for manging sustainable food security is very essential for Minangkabau woman farmer groups.

Green Capabilities Mediate the Effect of Green Supply Chain Management Practices on Farmers Business Performance and Vegetable Non-Pesticide (Study on “Lestari” Women Farmer Group in Bantul Regency)

The purpose of this research to find out and analyze the influence of Green Supply Chain Management consisting of Green Policy, Green Purchasing, and Green Packaging on Business Performance consisting of Environmental Performance and Economic Performance through Green Capabilities on non-pesticide fruit and vegetable farmers. The sampling technique used is the census method with a total of 60 respondents. Respondents in this study were all members of the KWT (Kelompok Wanita Tani/ Women Farmer Group) “Lestari” in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The type of research conducted is survey research. The data analysis technique in this study was divided into descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The results of this study indicate that Green Policy and Green Packaging have a significant positive effect on Business Performance; Green Purchasing has a significant negative effect on Business Performance; Green Policy and Green Purchasing have a significant positive effect on Green Capabilities; Green Packaging has a significant negative effect on Green Capabilities; and Green Policy and Green Purchasing have a significant positive effect on Business Performance through Green Capabilities.

Pemberdayaan Anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani Melalui Optimalisasi Pekarangan Pangan Lestari di Kecamatan Palimanan Kabupaten Cirebon

The proper use of yard land greatly contributes to food security and health. The problem faced is that the knowledge of housewives about agricultural cultivation techniques is still low, so it is necessary to empower for the use of yard land. This research aims to (1) describe empowerment (2) analyze the factors that influence empowerment (3) develop a strategy for empowering women farmer group members through optimizing sustainable food yards. The research was conducted in Palimanan District, Cirebon Regency, starting from April to July 2021. The entire population of this research was 53 people spread over 3 selected villages. Data were analyzed descriptively and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the empowerment of women farmer groups in Palimanan District was in the moderate category. Factors that influence the empowerment of women's farmer groups are age, function of women's farmer groups, support for extension services, and environmental support. The strategies for empowering women farmer groups through optimizing sustainable food yards are: 1) Conducting discussions together by approaching adults and sharing experiences 2) Carrying out intensive use of yard land by improving the quality of counseling 3) Improving the functions of women farmer groups including: class learning, cooperation vehicles, and production units. 4) Increasing the empowerment of women's farmer groups towards agricultural business through the use of yard land through.

The Development of Taro Processed Product in Women Farmers Group in Baru Village, Tabanan Bali Indonesia

The processing of food products during the pandemic is growing rapidly, resulting in processed products that are increasingly diverse and widespread in the market. To empower rural communities by improving knowledge, attitudes, skills, and behaviors, activities and mentoring programs are needed in accordance with the needs of the community. This community service activity was held in the Group of Women's Farmers “Dharma Santi”, Baru Village, Marga Sub district, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. Taro is an untapped commodity in Baru Village. Processing taro into various products such as bread, jam, and noodles have been produced and marketed by Women Farmers Group, but marketing is still limited around the village. Farmers Group does not have adequate entrepreneurship skill, production management, and marketing. The solution to address partner problems is to provide the right technology for processing bread, jam, and taro noodles, equipment assistance, knowledge of packaging and product labeling, marketing, and entrepreneurship. The implementation of community service activities has been running smoothly. The number of participants who participated in the activity was 10 people. Based on the results of the evaluation, this group mastered the technology of making bread, jam, and taro noodles up to 75%. Further help is needed to the group so that more quality bread products, jams, and taro noodles produced have a longer shelf life as well as wider marketing.

Transformasi Kulit Singkong Menjadi Nata de Cassava dan Biostarter Kompos di Kecamatan Jatipuro Karanganyar

Transformation of Cassava Peel into Nata de Cassava and Compost Biostarter in Jatipuro District Karanganyar. The Women Farmer Group (WFG) of Tani Waras V in Jatisobo Village and WFG Makmur in Jatimulyo Village of Jatipuro District have taken advantage of the abundance of cassava by processing it into rengginang and mocaf. The peel of cassava which reaches 10% of the wet weight of the cassava is the main waste in these productions. The purpose of this community service activity was to transfer the technology innovation to turn the cassava peel into "nata de cassava" and "compost biostarter" to the 2 WFGs. The service activity consisted of 2 phases. Phase I was the formulation of nata de cassava recipes, isolation of decomposer microbes from cassava peel for biostarter compost, and preparation of materials to be demonstrated to WFGs. Phase II was carried out with partners (1) delivering principal knowledge and technology, demonstrating the procedure of making nata de cassava and preparing compost biostarter (2) harvesting nata and isolates of decomposer microbes, and (3) application of compost biostarter. The evaluation results showed that the WFG members were very enthusiastic, as indicated by 90-95% of the members actively participated in all activities. They had performed the whole procedure of making nata (100%), moreover they were able to develop various recipes including using other waste materials with a success rate of 90-95%. The economic profit per recipe for nata fermentation media was estimated at Rp 51,500. Participants in the service activity also deepened their understanding and ability in the propagation of compost biostarter to produce healthy organic fertilizers.

Sosialisasi dan Pendampingan Digital Marketing di Era Pandemi Covid 19 Pada Kelompok Wanita Tani Kelurahan Tembong Kota Serang

Covid 19 has an impact on the economic decline evenly, one of which is the level of people's purchasing power decreases. Coupled with the existence of social restrictions that do not allow people to interact with each other, it greatly affects sales revenue, especially marketing that still uses and relies on conventional systems. Therefore, there is a need for assistance to do digital marketing, especially in this era of sophisticated technology. Because it is undeniable that online marketing is an alternative, not just to keep up with the times, but also a way to adapt to the pandemic conditions that have not subsided. The purpose of this activity is to conduct socialization and assistance to the community, especially women farmer groups regarding how to make product packaging techniques attractive and marketing techniques through digital, with the hope that people will not only do conventional marketing but also digitally. The method used is by socializing or delivering digital marketing materials and theories, as well as direct practical assistance on how to package products, take product photos, use social media, and so on. From the assistance that has been carried out by women farmer groups, they can apply social media including whatsapp and facebook as a means of making sales so that the products or agricultural products they market more attract the wider community
