DINAMIKA BERPAKAIAN PELAJAR SEKOLAH DASAR (SD) DI KABUPATEN SOLOK MASA PEMERINTAHAN GAMAWAN FAUZI 1995-2005

This paper aims to look at the changes in the dress of school students in Solok Regency during the reign of Gumawan Fauzi. This change was motivated by the issuance of regional regulation letter No. 6 of 2002 concerning Muslim and Muslim women's clothing. This title was taken from 1995 to 2005. The type of research used is qualitative research. The method used in this research is historical research method using steps (1) heuristics or source collection (2) source criticism, (3) interpretation, (4) historiography. From the results of the research conducted, during the reign of Mr. Gamawan Fauzi found that there was a change in the form of dress for elementary school students in Solok Regency, this was caused by a circular issued by Mr. Gamawan Fauzi regarding the way elementary school (SD) students dressed. From 1995 to March 2002 the clothes worn by elementary school students were wearing short-sleeved shirts for both men and women and wearing short skirts for women while men for men also wore short pants and did not wear headscarves for women, whereas after being expelled regional regulation letter No. 6 of 2002, namely that there was a change in the dress of female and male students wearing long sleeves and long male skirts for female students and wearing headscarves while male students wore trousers. While the meaning of changing the clothes of school students is: This change of clothes also has a meaning which means to protect the private parts, especially for female students, to guard against disturbances that will damage the genitals and also by wearing closed clothes also avoid the fires of hell in the future and also fortify themselves and the next generation of the nation so that they do not fall into a culture that is not in accordance with the teachings of Islam

WOMEN'S CLOTHES AND DECORATIONS OF THE CITY OF NAKHCHIVAN

The land of Azerbaijan is divided into various historical and ethnographic regions in terms of their unique customs and traditions. One of such historical and ethnographic regions is Nakhchivan. In the XIX-XX centuries, this region consisted of two large cities - Nakhchivan and Ordubad. The article explores women's clothing, jewelry and decor items typical for the Nakhchivan region of Azerbaijan. National clothes are an important ethnographic phenomenon that characterizes, distinguishes and conveys the national aspect as a kind of material culture. Like other areas of material culture, clothing is also related to the socio-economic conditions of human life and clearly reflects the labor activity of people, artistic and aesthetic taste and class differences between social groups of society. In addition to religious beliefs, climatic, geographical and natural conditions also influence the style of clothing. The study of folk costumes in historical and ethnographic regions determines the general (similar) and local (different) characteristics of the Azerbaijani clothing culture and helps to closely monitor ethnocultural ties with the neighboring peoples of Azerbaijan. It is clear from research that although the clothing style of the 19th century is a logical continuation of the types of clothing formed in previous historical periods in accordance with the style method and sewing technique, it has undergone changes in accordance with the needs of the new period. This feature is most often found in urban and professional clothing. In particular, the deepening of the division of labor led to the creation of various types of professional clothing. The growth of trade union differences in society over time manifested itself in their clothing. Researchers note that in the 19th century, changes took place in Azerbaijani clothing, one of which was the gradual disappearance of military clothing and related types and their disappearance from the market over time. In addition, the death of older people who wore traditional clothes and the interest of young people in today's fashion have led to the fact that national clothes are not in demand and are on the verge of extinction every day. To prevent this, it is necessary to create the necessary infrastructure for the transfer of these clothes to future generations.

Creating Designs for Clothing Accessories Inspired by Amazigh Jewelry by the concept of Sustainability

With the increasing prevalence of concerns related to pollution, climate change caused by human activity, and biodiversity losses, the world has moved to adopt more sustainable policies and procedures at the present time, by implementing sustainable business practices and increasing investment in green technology. Aesthetic artistic and the second part is the intellectual and civilized appearance of clothing complements, special and distinctive features, as it is a plastic language through which art can be practiced, as it allows the person in charge of it to produce pieces that have utilitarian functions besides the artistic value. The wearer's cultural awareness is also considered a requirement of elegance and the interest in the Amazigh heritage would work to confirm the national identity of the peoples of that region of the Arab and Islamic world, especially in the time of freedoms and democracy and the development of communications and information technology that helped preserve the traditions and customs of peoples. Statement of the problem : The research problem can be formulated in the following questions: 1 - What are the characteristics of the art of Berber jewelry and their symbolic significance? 2- What is the possibility of employing the art of Berber jewelry in making accessories for women's fashion using the recycling of cutting waste? 3 - What are the opinions of specialists in the proposed designs inspired by the art of Berber jewelry using the recycling of cutting waste? 4- What are the opinions of female consumers about the proposed designs inspired by the art of Berber jewelry using the recycling of cutting waste? Objectives : The research aims to: 1 - Studying the artistic features and plastic elements that distinguish the art of Berber jewelry and their symbolic Significance : The importance of research lies in: 1 - It deals with one of the branches of science related to the field of designing clothing accessories, and discusses new sources for design. 2 - Employing the concept of sustainable fashion through the recycling of cutting waste in the proposed designs. 3 - Producing environmentally friendly clothing supplements in all stages of production. Methodology : The research follows the historical approach to study the historical origins of the Amazigh society and its related arts. The research also follows the analytical descriptive approach with the work of applications. The descriptive approach: to explore the opinions of both female consumers and specialists (academics, experts in the field) in the proposed designs. Analysis: An analysis of Amazigh jewelry and its symbolic significance. Experimental work: Design proposals for multi-use women's clothing accessories inspired by the art of Berber jewelry, while achieving sustainable fashion in light of the concept of sustainability and recycling. Delimitations : 1 - Selections from Berber jewelry in (Morocco) and the reason is due to the fact that the Berber language has become an official language in Morocco, in addition to the fact that the Moroccan Berbers make up 26% of the total population of Morocco and are concentrated in three main regions (the northeastern region - the Middle Atlas region - Souss Plain regions). 2- Presenting design proposals for supplementing women's clothing from the age of 25: 35 with the concept of sustainable fashion and recycling, suitable for the morning period and keeping pace with fashion trends. 3 - Use the remnants of cutting organic cotton. Results : The results of the search revealed positive opinions of specialists towards the proposed designs, which obtained percentages ranging between (59.2%: 98.2%) and between (53.84%: 95.38%) by female consumers. By analyzing the results, we found that there is an agreement between the opinions of both the specialists and the female consumers on a number of points, as follows: 1 - The designs are modern and suitable for the age group under study. 2 - The designs are consistent and keep up with the prevailing fashion trends. 3 - The designs are distinct, and the reason is due to the non-traditional source of inspiration that was reflected in the designs. 4 - The designs are easy to use and care for. 5 - The use of recycled materials in the designs presented distinct and sustainable design ideas.

The Design of Women’s Clothes Using Compounded Modular Inspired from Mandala Art

The design of composite units is one of the types of modular design. It is a method that adds the spirit of innovation and innovation to the clothing pieces. It also achieves sustainability, as the piece of clothing is worn in several ways and for a longer period than is customary. Mandela art is one of the arts rich in motifs and colors that can enrich clothes when taken as a source of inspiration when designing. For this reason, the researcher chose it, and it can be linked to the design of composite units in a way that produces innovative and wearable pieces of clothing. Research problem : 1-How appropriate is the method of designing the installed units for clothes? 2- Is it possible to link between mandala art and the method of designing composite units to produce appropriate clothing designs for women? 3- Is it possible to achieve sustainability in clothing designs for women and not to waste resources while keeping trendy? Research importance : 1-Employing the method of designing composite units with geometric and botanical motifs from the Mandela art in clothing designs that suit women and achieve sustainability. 2- Achieving sustainability by changing the appearance of clothing pieces using the modular method. 3- Taking advantage of one piece of clothing in several different designs, Research aims : 1- Creating and implementing a group of women's clothing designs using the modular style, inspired by the Mandela art. 2- Benefit from the pieces of clothing by wearing them in several ways 3- Achieving an extension of the life span of the clothing pieces, but without getting bored, as it is possible to change its composition and produce new-shaped clothing pieces. 4-To achieve sustainability in the field of design Clothes in innovative ways by designing composite units. Research hypotheses: 1-The possibility of achieving the link between the design of the composite units and the art of mandala to innovate and implement a fashion group for women. 2- The possibility of creating new ways of innovation while preserving the non-waste of resources 3- The possibility of achieving sustainability and producing designs that are in line with fashion through the design of installed units Research Methodology : The research methodology depends on the analytical descriptive side, as well as the applied experimental approach. Search result : Producing pieces of clothing for women that keep pace with fashion and achieve sustainability and at the same time are not boring. Their appearance can be changed by the customer so that they can be worn in several different ways by the style of the installed units.

Innovation of Motifs Inspired by Indian and Palestinian Traditional Clothing and Executing them in Designing Contemporary Fashion

Clothing decoration is one of the plastic arts that aim to give clothes a distinct artistic value that reflects the geographical, social, economic, professional and environmental reality of many countries of the world. If we look at the decoration in the clothes, we find that it reflects the life, heritage and culture of peoples. The main research problem is the lack of researches that combines traditional motifs in two different civilizations, and accordingly the research questions are: What is the possibility of merging Indian and Palestinian motifs to create new motifs? What is the possibility of applying integrated and innovative motifs in the designing contemporary fashion? The significance of the research appears in increasing the diversity of the motifs used in contemporary fashion, spreading the cultures of peoples through the motifs of traditional clothing. The research objectives are merging Indian and Palestinian motifs to create new innovative motifs, and then using these innovative motifs in designing contemporary fashion. The research hypotheses are: First: It is possible to create motifs inspired by traditional Indian and Palestinian clothing and applying them in contemporary fashion. Second: There are statistically significant differences between the opinions of the arbitrators for the proposed designs with Indian motifs, the proposed designs with Palestinian motifs, and the proposed designs with motifs integrated from both of them. The research methodology: it followed the descriptive approach in analyzing the motifs of traditional Indian and Palestinian clothing, as well as the experimental approach in the use of motifs incorporated in designing of modern women's clothing. The procedural steps of the research divided into three stages: First: Analyzing the motifs found in traditional Indian and Palestinian clothes separately. Second: Merging some decorative units of each culture with itself and then with each other to create new decorative units. Third: executing merged motifs in creation of innovative modern fashion. Twelve modern women clothing designs are been created. A questionnaire is designed consisting of four main axes, which deals with the aesthetic aspect, the functional aspect, the innovative aspect, and the general form. The questionnaire was presented to (20) arbitrators in the field of specialization to evaluate the proposed designs. Results are represented graphically and refer to achieving the seventh design the highest evaluation score. It also concluded that the designs executed with integrated Indian and Palestinian motifs together won the approval and appreciation of the arbitrators in most of the evaluation axes, followed by designs with integrated Indian motifs, then designs with integrated Palestinian motifs. With these results, the objectives of the research are achieved and its hypotheses are proven.

Women's Clothing Culture of the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties

Chinese traditional costume is one of the important carriers of Chinese culture. The process of the emergence and development of the culture of traditional Chinese costume also reflects the cultural background and evolution of ancient Chinese society. In the context of the strengthening of the Chinese economy, the inheritance and development of Chinese clothing culture is of great importance for modern society. The epochs of Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties are a period of Chinese history marked by frequent wars, ethnic integration and convergence of various ideas. Against this background, there was a weakening of the Confucian "ritual" style, followed by the spread of the teachings of Xuan Xue, Buddhism and Taoism, and a freer, down-to-earth, elegant clothing culture appeared. This article consists of the following three parts: Diversity of social background; Artistic forms of costume culture of the Wei-Jin eras; Modern trends in the development of clothing culture. Based, among other things, on such material as the scroll painting "The Fairy of the Lo River" by the artist Gu Kaizhi of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, this article analyzes the influence of the teachings of Xuan-xue, Buddhism and Taoism on the costume of the Wei and Jin dynasties, illustrates the direction of development of modern Chinese costume culture, and continued the path for the development of clothing culture with Chinese specifics.

Community Service for Cianjur Earthquake Victims Through Education and Empowerment

The research aims to discuss community service and concern for earthquake victims that occurred in Cianjur. Want to analyze the process of community service for victims of the Cianjur earthquake and want to know the level of concern from volunteers for the victims of the Cianjur earthquake. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes the phenomena observed at the research location. The technique of collecting data is through direct field surveys for victims of the Cianjur disaster. Documentation studies of television media and internet media, information from volunteers, officials and other communities. Results and conclusions: (1). PAINTING OF DIFFERENT ART DIRECTIONS AS A SOURCE FOR CREATING CLOTHING COLLECTIONS

The aim of this research is to analyze various approaches to the development of the creative concept for the author's clothing collections of different styles which are designed on the basis of such sources of inspiration as paintings.
 Methodology. The basic principles of the systematic approach to artistic design of the author couture collection such as literaryanalytical research and associative stylization of the source of creativity were used in the process.
 Results. It is revealed that producing an interesting image in the costume is a creative process of developing a complex system «individual-image-costume» which reflects modern trends in designing. The article shows that the development of the creative concept envisages the choice of the inspiration source which occupies the central place in the artistic designing of the author's clothing collections. It is emphasized that for many clothes designers it is paintings created by the well-known artists that are the most interesting and fruitful source of inspiration. The article presents the art analysis of paintings from such artistic directions as neoplasticism, primitivism and graphic art. The principles of formation of the author's clothing collections according to the paintings as the source of inspiration are considered. Different approaches to the production of the creative concept are demonstrated.
 The scientific novelty. The paper sets out the basic artistic and compositional features of paintings from such artistic directions as neoplasticism, primitivism and graphic art (forms, decorative elements and color combinations) and their application in the design of collections of modern fashionable clothes. 
 The practical significance of the study consists in the design and execution of author's collections of women's clothing using the artistic and compositional features of paintings and taking into account modern fashion trends. The materials of this study can also be reflected in lecture courses in the disciplines of «Composition of products», «Design of artistic systems» and «Style and image in the fashion industry».

Endorse Pakaian Wanita pada Kaum Pria (Tasyabbuh) dalam Tinjauan Etika Bisnis Islam (Studi Kasus Selebgram Pria di Kota Pontianak)

<p>This study examines the endorsement of women's clothing used by men. Business actors in marketing their products use endorsement services. This phenomenon is what happened in Pontianak city; found male endorsers received endorsements such as the use of wigs, makeup, and women's clothing that women should use. This research uses an empirical method that is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The primary data source in this study is a Celebrity Endorser Instagram (Celebgram) in Pontianak city. At the same time, secondary data are obtained from related books and documents. The deeds done by the endorser are deeds that simulate women and in Islam are called tasyabbuh. Tasyabbuh is clearly forbidden in Islam. Tasyabbuh did by a man to a woman concerning the endorsement activity, and if it connected to the fiqh law rules is returned to the endorser intension. All acts committed by a person are penalized according to what he intends, including those done by the endorser. The phenomenon seen here is that these endorsers try to look as similar as possible to women and show femininity lying in the form of tasyabbuh.</p>

Integrating datasets: Segmenting the fashion market using risk aversion

A marketing segmentation can often be improved with the addition of variables which are often found on different datasets. Using a classification regression tree (CRT) methodology with predictor variables shared across datasets, the terminal node identification equations can be used to estimate the variables on a different dataset. The use of CRT allows the inclusion of categorical variables, such as marital status and ethnicity, as well as continuous variables, such as age and education. Three datasets were integrated and a chi-square automatic interaction detector (CHAID) tree is then used to segment the women's clothing fashion market by demographic and reward and aversion variables. The analysis suggests possible marketing strategies targeting high-spending segments as well as media strategies.

INVESTIGATION OF THE RESISTANCE OF DIFFERENT TEXTILE PRINTS TO WASHING AND ABRASION

The article presents the next stage of experimental studies applying images to textile materials. The method of calculating the cost of manufacturing thermal transfer according to the proposed technologies, which were obtained as a result of the practical activity of the authors of the article in production conditions, was tested. The operational, and functional properties of thermal transfers have been studied. Durability of printed fabrics to rubbing and washing has been established. The images were applied to synthetic and natural fabrics. The methods of printing were as follows: DTF printing, offset and screen printing. The application of the results of this study will allow to carry out a qualitative and effective assessment of methods of printing images on textile materials depending on the production conditions for each type of product. A practical test of the proposed method of printing images on the products of the author's collection of women's clothing was carried out.

The article represents the description of the folk costume of New Julfa, the preconditions for its formation. A brief historical overview shows the destruction of Old Julfa and the history of the creation and construction of New Julfa. The article categorizes the men's and women's clothing collections of New Julfa with a sequential and detailed description. The basic idea for the complete reproduction and presentation of the complete appearance of the costumes, in addition to the literature and various articles, was formed due to the researches carried out in the History Museum of Armenia, the fund samples of the Holy Savior Monastery in Isfahan, as well as information received from immigrants who came to Armenia. During the study, there were encountered identities of clothes, details or wearing similarities with clothes from other regions of Armenia, which are the result of their historical formation process.

Media representations of Islam in Germany. A comparative content analysis of German newspapers over time

Against the background of persistent Islamophobia in German society, we investigate the role of the media in reproducing problematic images of Islam. This paper presents and discusses the findings of a quantitative and over-time comparative study of Islam coverage in eight German newspapers in 2014, 2019, and 2021. The results demonstrate how Muslims and Islam continue to be represented and contextualized in conflictual settings. In fact, 37% of the Islam-related articles in German print media discuss Islam in the context of terrorism, war, and political unrest. Geographically speaking, the Islam-related coverage focuses on Western countries and their relations to conflict-ridden Muslim-majority countries such as Syria and Iraq, leaving readers without more information about these Muslim societies beyond the conflicts. An analysis of cited actors in Islam coverage reveals that Muslims are rarely quoted and mostly represented as a homogeneous group. In particular, media coverage in the fields of economy and education rarely refers to Muslims, while news coverage on social issues disproportionately focuses on stereotypical topics such as the rights and clothing of Muslim women. On a separate note, our findings indicate informative and balanced forms of Islam coverage: Specifically in local newspapers, we found a stronger focus on cultural, religious, and civic activities of Muslims.

SYMBOLS OF POWER IN TRADITIONAL ARABIC DRESS: A SEMIOTIC STUDY OF CHARLES SANDERS PEIRCE

This article aims to find out the types of traditional Arab clothing in the Middle East and to find out the influence of symbols of power in traditional clothing in the lives of Arab society itself. Data was taken using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic theoretical approach. According to the findings, this research analyses the symbols of power in traditional Arab clothing. The results found that: first, the types of traditional Arab clothing have various variations. Arabs often use kaftans as their traditional clothing. This style of clothing has a loose, long cut and dates back to Ancient Persia; secondly, symbols of power in traditional Arab clothing symbolize status or caste in everyday life. Apart from that, these clothes also symbolize people who have a cultured personality and high dignity. As traditional clothing for Arab women, it has experienced fashion dynamics from time to time. The national clothing symbolizing Arab women presented in the fashion show was able to convey a contemporary impression but did not leave behind a legacy. Thus, traditional Arab clothing also provides a symbol of Arab society itself.

The results showed that Most of the respondents were satisfied about the understanding of the target group was at a high level, but when considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects.
