UPAYA PENERAPAN E-GOVERNMENT DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU (DPMPTSP) DALAM MEMBERIKAN INFORMASI TERKAIT INVESTASI DI KABUPATEN PONOROGO (STUDI PADA WEBSITE PONOROGORO INVESTMENT SERVICE CENTER)

Through the implementation of e-Gov, the government can prepare public services that are more efficient, transparent and responsive to the needs of the community. The investment potential map in Ponorogo is an initiative of the Ponorogo Regency Government through the One-Stop Investment and Services Agency (DPMPTSP). The aim is to make it easier for investors to access or search and analyze investment opportunities in the area. The electronic basis of the investment potential map in Ponorogo is the composition of electronically based information data presentation, which can be accessed via the Ponorogo Investment Service Center (PISC) website at https://pisc.ponorogo.go.id. Qualitative methods emphasize more on the meaning and in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. A qualitative approach was chosen in this study because the researchers considered that the characteristics of this method matched the problems studied, namely the efforts to implement the E-Government Investment Service and One-Stop Services (DPMPTSP) in providing investment-related information in Ponorogo Regency, with case studies on the Website Ponorogo Investment Service Center. This study applies the theory of The Unified Model of Electronic Government Adoption (UMEGA) in which there are seven UMEGA E-Government conceptuals to analyze the factors that impact society to use the Ponorogo Investment Service Center Website. E-government-based educational information services at DPMPTSP Ponorogo Regency One of the e-government-based educational information services at DPMPTSP Ponorogo Regency is still at a developmental stage, namely discussing regional investment or the value of the level and capacity of services provided and how the community benefits from the services that have been provided. exist, the range of services implemented, how these services can be opened through the portal function to various services, and the convenience of users in learning how to obtain these services. The people of Ponorogo Regency have not been able to properly utilize DPMPTSP web-based information services because there are still many problems such as an inadequate number of servers and a network infrastructure that is not strong enough to access networks everywhere. Ponorogo Regency, making it difficult for the public to obtain web-based regional ranking information.

Crime is a big problem that is always present and difficult to avoid. Of course, there are several villages that are classified as prone to crime and the public needs to increase awareness, however, there is limited information. Based on these problems, research was carried out with the aim of: 1. Knowing the forms of crime that occur in Limbur Lubuk Mengkuang District. 2. Providing web-based information services on crime maps in Limbur Lubuk Mingkuang District, Muaro Bungo Regency.This type of research is quantitative. Data is processed using a prototype model to collect data or information regarding system requirements. at the system evaluation stage using Usability Testing with the SUS (System Usability Scale) This research produces a WebGIS with 4 main menus, namely homepage, login, map and crime information.

Development of Web-Based Health Information Service Systems

Background: Efforts to build services that can provide information quickly and accurately are significant for an agency. The use of the internet in finding health services is a place that can provide information that is not only fast but also provides the right solution. Therefore, a health service website was created containing information about health services, by utilizing the development of information technology, which can carry out health services through a website that can be accessed at any time (Real Time) by the public anywhere and anytime. Laravel is a Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language framework created by Taylor Otwell that has many modern features that help developers create applications. This study aims to design a technology-based health information service system with a web platform to increase public health awareness and facilitate access to information about health services.
 Method: The method used is a linear system development method, namely the waterfall method where each stage of development is carried out sequentially, starting from the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
 Result: The results showed that web-based health information service systems can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health services, obtain accurate and up-to-date information about health services, and provide easy access to health information for the public.
 Conclusion: Based on the results of research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the development of web-based health information service systems has the potential to improve the quality of health services. This system can help health facilities improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health services, by reducing manual processes and improving collaboration between health workers, increasing the accuracy and completeness of health data, reducing data input errors and increasing data accessibility, increasing the security and confidentiality of health data, and increasing patient satisfaction specifically and the public in general, by providing faster services and easy.

Breastfeeding women in need of information about antiemetics for nausea and vomiting during pregnancy: a review of inquiries to a medicines information service.

Introduction: The medicines information service, SafeMotherMedicine, regularly receives inquiries from breastfeeding women asking about antiemetics for nausea and vomiting during pregnancy (NVP) or hyperemesis gravidarum (HG). However, treatment guidelines for NVP or HG do not address the use of antiemetics in women who are breastfeeding while becoming pregnant again. Our objective was to characterize inquiries to describe the need for lactation risk information among women with NVP or HG and also to raise awareness of this topic. Method: We conducted a review of inquiries to the Norwegian web-based medicines information service, SafeMotherMedicine. Results: In total, 97 inquiries addressing the use of antiemetics for NVP or HG during breastfeeding were identified. The following medications were addressed in the inquiries (n = 97): meclizine (51%), metoclopramide (33%), promethazine (16%), ondansetron (9%), and others (6%). The breastfed child was older than 6months and 1year in 96% and 71% of the inquiries, respectively. There was a preponderance of general inquiries (unclear motivation/double checking) (64%); however, one-third of the inquiries were generated by restrictive information from sources such as product information. Conclusion: Based on our small review of spontaneous inquiries, there seems to be an information need about the use of antiemetics during lactation among women breastfeeding an older infant whilst suffering from NVP or HG. Addressing such use in guidelines for NVP and HG and/or other easily available information sources may be considered in order to balance out the restrictive information provided by the manufacturers. This could avoid potential unnecessary weaning of breastfeeding in an otherwise challenging situation.

Integrated Framework for Virtual Tours and 3D Visualization of Cultural Tourism in Pattani, Thailand Based on WebGIS Platform

This paper presents a framework for developing a lightweight WebGIS platform as a web map service for publishing and servicing cultural tourism information. The archaeological sites, history, and cultural arts in Pattani Province were used as case studies in this article. It incorporates various digital technologies to create digital archives in providing web-based information services, including geospatial databases, virtual tours and virtual reality, 3D models, and online cultural maps for tourism. The framework describes the necessary infrastructure based on open-source code that is specially developed and provides libraries with free software interoperability, which can be considered as a real-time data management facility and simple completion. It is a relatively low-cost but a reasonably efficient system that is very useful and suitable for local authorities and small organizations with budget constraints to be able to implement practical cultural heritage management for a digital tourism experience that can be displayed on computer equipment, smartphones, and VR headgear efficiently. Furthermore, it also offers a conceptual framework in disclosing future research directions.

A framework for the entrenchment of intellectual property (IP) information services in Zimbabwe's university libraries

The study investigates the current status of Intellectual Property (IP) information services in Zimbabwe's university libraries. The study employed a quantitative approach. An online questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 69 library professionals employed at 20 university libraries which are full members of the Zimbabwe University Libraries Consortium (ZULC). Findings show that the current focus of the surveyed institutions is on providing scientific research support services (18); disseminating/sharing university research output (14); and copyright activities (12). More specialised IP information services such as IP education and training, patent information services, IP consulting services, IP online service platforms, and web-based IP information services are largely unavailable in Zimbabwean university libraries. Results reveal that the underlying challenge in the development of IP information services in Zimbabwe's university libraries is insufficient IP knowledge among academic librarians, which is exacerbated by inadequate IP management frameworks in university institutions. The study proposes a framework for the entrenchment of IP information services in Zimbabwe's university libraries.

Analyzing User-Generated Web-Based Posts of Adolescents’ Emotional, Behavioral, and Symptom Responses to Beliefs About Depression: Qualitative Thematic Analysis

Depression is common during adolescence. Early intervention can prevent it from developing into more progressive mental disorders. Combining information technology and clinical psychoeducation is a promising way to intervene at an earlier stage. However, data-driven research on the cognitive response to health information targeting adolescents with symptoms of depression is lacking. This study aimed to fill this knowledge gap through a new understanding of adolescents' cognitive response to health information about depression. This knowledge can help to develop population-specific information technology, such as chatbots, in addition to clinical therapeutic tools for use in general practice. The data set consists of 1870 depression-related questions posted by adolescents on a public web-based information service. Most of the posts contain descriptions of events that lead to depression. On a sample of 100 posts, we conducted a qualitative thematic analysis based on cognitive behavioral theory investigating behavioral, emotional, and symptom responses to beliefs associated with depression. Results were organized into four themes. (1) Hopelessness, appearing as a set of negative beliefs about the future, possibly results from erroneous beliefs about the causal link between risk factors and the course of depression. We found beliefs about establishing a sturdy therapy alliance as a responsibility resting on the patient. (2) Therapy hesitancy seemed to be associated with negative beliefs about therapy prognosis and doubts about confidentiality. (3) Social shame appeared as a consequence of impaired daily function when the cause is not acknowledged. (4) Failing to attain social interaction appeared to be associated with a negative symptom response. In contrast, actively obtaining social support reduces symptoms and suicidal thoughts. These results could be used to meet the clinical aims stated by earlier psychoeducation development, such as instilling hope through direct reattribution of beliefs about the future; challenging causal attributions, thereby lowering therapy hesitancy; reducing shame through the mechanisms of externalization by providing a tentative diagnosis despite the risk of stigmatizing; and providing initial symptom relief by giving advice on how to open up and reveal themselves to friends and family and balance the message of self-management to fit coping capabilities. An active counseling style advises the patient to approach the social environment, demonstrating an attitude toward self-action.

Identifying target areas of medicines information efforts to pregnant and breastfeeding women by reviewing questions to SafeMotherMedicine: A Norwegian web-based public medicines information service

BackgroundOnline information about safety of medications during pregnancy and breastfeeding is shown to be conflicting, resulting in anxiety and abstaining from use. The aim of this study was to characterize questions to SafeMotherMedicine, a web-based medicines information service for pregnant and breastfeeding women, to identify target areas that could guide subsequent development of medicines information directed at pregnant and breastfeeding women.MethodsThe SafeMotherMedicine database contains all questions received through the web-based service and their corresponding answers. A retrospective database analysis of questions received from January 2016 to September 2018 was performed, using descriptive statistics.ResultsA total of 11 618 questions were received including 5 985 questions (51.5%) concerning pregnancy, 4 878 questions (42.0%) concerning breastfeeding, and 755 questions (6.5%) concerning both conditions. The medications in question represented all therapeutic groups with paracetamol (7.0%), ibuprofen (4.1%), cetirizine (3.3%), desloratadine (3.2%) and meclizine (2.8%) being the top five. The 20 medications most frequently asked about for either pregnancy, breastfeeding or both pregnancy and breastfeeding, constituted half of all questions and were used to identify target areas. These included both symptomatic relief of common complaints, such as pain, nausea, and rhinitis, as well as treatment of chronic conditions such as allergy, psychiatric disorders, and asthma. Analysis of a subset of questions showed that most of these questions were asked before use of medications in a current pregnancy (49%) or during breastfeeding (72%). The questions concerned use of medications in all stages of pregnancy and breastfeeding. For 81.6% of the questions concerning pregnancy, and for 84.2% of the questions concerning breastfeeding, information of no or low risk for the foetus or the breastfed infant was provided by SafeMotherMedicine.ConclusionsWe found that target areas for medicines information directed at pregnant and breastfeeding women included both symptomatic relief of common complaints as well as treatment of chronic conditions. The questions concerned a wide range of medications and involved use in all stages of pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our findings indicate that developing medicines information addressing the identified target areas will meet the information need for a large proportion of this patient group.

Postgraduate Students' Utilization of Web-based Library and Information Services during Covid-19 Pandemic

This study examined the status and factors of postgraduate students' utilization of Web-based library and information services on output and outcome dimensions. During COVID-19, an online survey was conducted using stratified sampling, collecting 527 respondents from 20 Malaysian public universities. Library technology, support, and environment were the factors affecting WBLIS utilization. Each factor scored highly on usefulness, research support, and virtual space dimensions. Electronic databases were utilized heavily, and digital reference services were used the least. Most respondents' results, research skills and strategies improved with WBLIS utilization. Overall, the paper presents the descriptive findings to benefit academic libraries and universities. O55 - LiveChat: the Australian Breastfeeding Association’s web-based service providing information and support

The Australian Breastfeeding Association’ s (ABA’s) LiveChat is a web-based information and support service available through the ABA website which is staffed by trained ABA volunteer breastfeeding educators and counsellors. LiveChat is a free, readily accessible, federal government-funded service. LiveChat volunteers guide visitors to find evidence-based information about breastfeeding and provide general breastfeeding information and support. LiveChat volunteers refer visitors to ABA counselling services, if more personalised information and support is required, and refer to other services when visitors’ needs go beyond the scope of practice of ABA volunteers. The aim of the study was to evaluate ABA’s LiveChat service to determine whether it was meeting the needs of visitors. In 2021, LiveChat users (n=190) were surveyed about their experience of using the service. Survey questions included 1) demographic information 2) reasons for contacting LiveChat, 3) level of satisfaction with the service and 4) the difference it made to them and their breastfeeding journey. Most visitors to LiveChat were mothers (98%) who heard about the service from the ABA website (43%), a midwife (21%), a child health nurse (19%), friends or family members (17%) and information/material provided by the hospital (16%) and Facebook (11%). The top 5 reasons visitors contacted LiveChat were: reassurance, information on feeding patterns, sore breasts or nipples, concerns with low milk supply and positioning and attachment. Contacting ABA’s LiveChat had immediate and measurable outcomes. Most mothers: • felt reassured, less stressed and less worried, • more confident and knowledgeable about breastfeeding and more determined to continue breastfeeding • agreed that the support they received helped them to resolve their issues and encouraged them to continue breastfeeding. ABA’s LiveChat is a valuable service which supports mothers to continue to breastfeed. Health professionals should be familiar with LiveChat so they can confidently refer to the service.

The concept of Electronic Government Development which is examined by researchers aims to describe how the development of Information Technology in the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services of Palangka Raya City is in accordance with the Concept of Elements of Success in Electronic Government Jhon F Kennedy School of Government. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on the development of Electronic Government carried out by the Office of Investment and One Stop Services in Palangka Raya, it is in accordance with the concept of Implementation of Electronic Government Development in Indonesia, according to Nugroho. This can be seen from the Development of Electronic Government Applications carried out by the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Palangka Raya City where the Electronic Government Development is already at the web presence and interaction stage, namely the facilities provided on the website contain content for information facilities and the online public complaint service complaint service process but have not yet reached the Transaction and Transformation stage, namely the website facilities developed can provide online licensing services and websites can be integrated directly between Government Agencies. After an analysis by researchers using the Concept of Elements of Success in Electronic Government John F Kennedy School of Government has found the factors that influence the development of technology in the concept of Electronic Government at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, Palangka Raya City, namely the limited Human Resources. who can carry out technology development and the limited budget in technology development and the absence of related socialization related to web-based information services provided by the Palangka Raya City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office

Covid Pandemic: Web Based Information Services in College Library

The purpose of the study was to examine the various innovative web based information services, also known as online information services rendered by Vivekananda College library in support of online teaching-learning during Covid lockdown period. The spread of Covid pandemic has led to change in the nature of teaching and learning and libraries also needed to change services provision to their academic community. The college library being a part of academic institution needs to cater its community in online teaching and learning during covid lockdown. The Vivekananda College Library also did provide web based information services. Various web 2.0 tools were used by the library and access to digital was facilitated in different formats. This paper also studies the satisfaction of its patrons. The case study revealed that 91% of the surveyed faculty was satisfied with the services.

Impact Assessment of Information and Communication Technologies in Agriculture: Application of The Ambitec-TICs Method

An extraordinary moment of agricultural modernization is currently underway due to innovations in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). In this process, management precepts are renewed, fostering significant gains in efficiency, productivity, and sustainable use of natural resources and the environment. The growing supply of ICTs and the extension of connectivity in rural areas, with their transforming roles in productive practices and economic relations, bring about questions regarding their impacts. These technologies include precision positioning systems and large volume databases, electronic sensors of site-specific production and environmental conditions, repositories of relational data, statistical and crop forecasting software, methodologies and processes; web-based information services, among others. The assessment of impacts focused on ICTs for agriculture needs innovative approaches, due to the peculiarities of their applications, the different scales of their socioenvironmental scopes and, at the same time, the verification of effectiveness of institutional investments on research, development, and innovation (RD&I). Based on these premises, the objectives of this work are to present a ‘module of impact indicators for Information and Communication Technologies (Ambitec-TICs)’, and assess its application to six typical technology adoption cases resulting from agricultural RD&I projects. The results detail critical analyses of the contributions of the proposed module for the registration, interpretation, and communication of impacts, with recommendations for technology transfer and accountability in institutional Social Balance documentation.

With the existence of information technology, a company or organization can improve it’s business processes or improve it’s performance, one of which is at the Tanjungpinang Meteorological Station.
 
 This research was conducted to improve services and provide satisfaction to service users of MKuG (Meteorology, Climatology, Air Quality and Geophysics), especially the public by providing fast, precise, accurate and easily understood services by creating a web application at the Tanjungpinang Meteorological Station, where meteorological information services are obtained by the public. So far, by coming directly to the Tanjungpinang Meteorological Station office including Flight Document services (weather data during the flight) for each airline served by the airline's FO (Front Office) officers coming directly to take data to the Tanjungpinang Meteorological Station office, this is in addition to long and slow service and inefficient in the use of paper and ink at the Tanjungpinang Meteorological Station.

Utilization of Web-based Information Services among University Students in Malaysian Academic Libraries: A Proposed Conceptual Framework

Digital, information, and networked technologies have largely affected the academic libraries and their users in support of 21st education. This development places demands on them to endure seriously the assessment challenges in the aspect of users’ utilization of Web-based Information Services, not merely to rely on the implicit value of usage statistics, but also to look into the explicit difference that the specific usage of web-based information services has on users’ experience in the form of their perceived scholarly outcomes. In establishing this paper, scoping approach was used as the methodology for preliminary assessment in exploring and analyzing the published research articles from local and international sources. Based on the literature review, this paper aims to propose a conceptual research framework for Malaysian academic libraries comprising three independent variables, namely, library technology, academic library roles, and library learning environment. Besides, information literacy skill is introduced to gain understanding, to what extent, it has a moderating relationship between the independent variables and the university students’ utilization of WBIS, the predicted dependent variable that constitutes implicit and explicit values. This framework will be measured by conducting a research involving six public universities in the Klang Valley of Malaysia. In the long run, it is expected to propose a research method and instruments to support the academic libraries in collecting and analyzing data about utilization of web-based information services among university students.

ПРОЄКТУВАННЯ ТА СТВОРЕННЯ ВЕБ-ОРІЄНТОВАНОГО ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОГО СЕРВІСУ З ОБМІНУ ВАЛЮТ

У роботі представлено результати дослідження засад проєктування та створення веб-орієнтованого інформаційного сервісу з обміну валют зі зручним інтерфейсом та відповідною базою різноманітних і якісних фінансових послуг. Проаналізовано складові валютного ринку крізь призму інформаційних засад його ефективного функціонування на світовому ринку фінансових послуг. Визначено коло основних завдань в контексті вирішення проблеми вибору оптимального курсоутворення гривні для стабільного забезпечення економічного розвитку, обґрунтовано вибір засобів програмної реалізації для розробки веб-сервісу. Цей вибір обумовлений можливістю розробникам створювати великі веб-застосунки. В ході дослідження виявлено, що впровадження такого сервісу дасть можливість забезпечити у фінансових та нефінансових установах якісне й ефективне проведення обмінних валютних операцій.
