Information technology for confirming property rights to digital images

In the modern world, the image is becoming a more powerful means of communication. In the era of digitalization, people can express their thoughts, feelings, and more through images. The main difficulty of the author is always how to prove his authorship. Therefore, the development of the latest technologies for confirming authorship of digital images is relevant. The object of the study is the process of confirming the fact of the right to own a digital image. The subject of the study is the information technology of proof of authorship for digital images. Taking into account modern trends and results of using blockchain for copyright protection, this paper proposes an information technology for confirming ownership of digital images based on blockchain technology and digital watermarks to provide a reliable guarantee of copyright establishment. Proposed digital image ownership information technology using digital watermarking, blockchain, image hash function and IPFS to create a brand new decentralized ownership verification technology in the digital age of the Internet. As far as file types are concerned, this article only mentions digital image copyright management. In the future, the technology could be extended to include audio, video, and other types of media files to create a single system for verifying ownership of any digital content.

A Source Complex for the Construction of a Scientifically Based Virtual Reconstruction of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin of the XIX - early XX Centuries.

The article is devoted to the problem of forming a source complex on the history of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin of the XIX - early XX centuries in order to create its scientifically based virtual reconstruction. As a result of many years of work, the author has collected a significant documentary base on the history of the temple, which includes four large groups of sources: written, pictorial (graphic), cartographic and material (museum exhibits). Each of them is analyzed in detail with the allocation of materials that are most important for the three-dimensional reconstruction of the designated historical object. The paper also discusses methods and technologies for analysis, verification and initial digital processing of pictorial sources from its composition. The scientific novelty of the study is expressed in the fact that for the first time a relevant source complex on the history of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral of the 1830s was formed, which radically distinguishes this study from previous excursion and tourist virtual reconstructions of this temple. In addition, the technique of digital processing of visual sources and their translation into 3D format, developed by the author and presented in this article, has a certain novelty, which allows to preserve their original appearance as much as possible. The collected documentary base on the history of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin allowed us to assert the possibility of its authentic historical virtual reconstruction.

Design and implementation of the whole process collaborative system for software development

With the increasingly urgent and arduous task of software development, software engineering development tools that can efficiently respond to the continuous changes in software requirements, rationally plan the software development process, and control the development cost will be widely used in software engineering. In response to actual needs, the supporting tool is designed to meet the system requirements, software requirements and software design and development. First, we use visualization modeling optimization technology of structured analysis and design method to build demand analysis models and system design models; Secondly, the dynamic verification technology of data model logical consistency is adopted to verify the logical consistency of data model in evolution; finally, the verification of the system model is achieved through hierarchical flow diagrams, fully expanded flow diagrams and statistical views. The vehicle cruise control system is selected for application verification, and the tool meets the requirements of software development and improves the software quality.

Near Infrared Spectroscopy: A useful technique for inline monitoring of the enzyme catalyzed biosynthesis of third-generation biodiesel from waste cooking oil

Near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy was used for inline monitoring the enzymatic production of third-generation biodiesel from waste cooking oil (WCO) —with fatty acid profile similar to olive oil— under the principles of Continued Process Verification (CPV) and Process Analytical Technology (PAT). For this purpose, covalently immobilized mature Rhizopus oryzae lipase (rROL) was used to transesterify WCO with methanol and ethanol, firstly in 10 mL vials under orbital stirring and then it was successfully scaled up to a mechanically stirred 50 mL laboratory reactor specially designed for use of a NIR probe. Biocatalyst half-life and productivity after ten reaction cycles with methanol and ethanol were assessed. Slightly higher operational stability with methanol (337.5 h, 54 batches) vs with ethanol (146.7 h, 44 batches) was observed, but decreased productivity as a result of the increased reaction times used with the former (219 vs 327 µmol min−1). The NIR spectroscopy results were highly correlated with those of gas chromatography (GC) used as reference. Thus, the root mean-square standard error of prediction (RMSEP) was 2.0% for methanol and 2.1% for ethanol. Therefore, NIR spectroscopy, which allows data acquisition in real time, is suitable for inline monitoring of enzymatic production of biodiesel.

Trust but verify: How to get there by using next-generation nuclear verification and warhead dismantlement techniques

ABSTRACT The next generation of arms control agreements may require verification technology with enhanced specificity to achieve new, ambitious objectives. A short list of these goals includes further reductions of strategic weapons, the inclusion of all nuclear weapons – whether they be deployed or non-deployed, strategic or non-strategic – and nuclear warhead dismantlement, among others. Further, depending on the political dynamics, less intrusive on-site inspections may also be an objective. In some cases, verification measures employed for decades may be sufficient. In others, physics can play a key role in overcoming verification concerns, as well as allay some of the international and domestic political concerns involved.

음성인식 및 화자검증을 통해 편의성과 보안성이 향상된 EMG 기반 능동의수

Electronic prosthetics using the existing electromyography (EMG) have the inconvenience of using external elements such as button manipulation to implement various hand movements, and there is a problem in that it is impossible to control the prosthetic hand using the EMG in a situation in which malfunctions may occur due to causes such as sensor failure or misalignment of the wearing position. In this study, convenience and security are improved by combining speech recognition and speaker verification technology with an prosthetic hand using EMG. Speech recognition was implemented as a function to convert speech into text (STT) through the speech recognition module of Python, and deep learning of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) structure was used for speaker verification. In the experiment, the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) was applied to the voice data for the four hand gestures collected from a total of 10 subjects to extract features, and then, learning and testing were conducted using these data as input to the CNN. As a result of the experiment, an average of 97% speaker verification accuracy was obtained for the four hand gestures.

A Lightweight Verification Method Based on Metamorphic Relation for Nuclear Power Software

The verification of nuclear design software commonly uses direct comparison methods. Benchmark questions, classical programs, experimental data, manual solutions, etc., would be used as expected results to compare with program outputs to evaluate the reliability of software coding and the accuracy of the numerical solution. Because nuclear power software numerically simulates complex physical processes, it involves many partial differential equations. It is usually challenging to construct analytical or accurate solutions and is expensive to develop benchmark questions and experimental data. Hence, the quantity of verification examples is small. By using the direct comparison method, verification is complicated, high cost, and inadequate. Entering the validation process without adequate proof will adversely impact the effectiveness and efficiency of validation. Metamorphic testing is an indirect verification technology that cleverly combines the nature of the model with software verification. It evaluates the correctness of the code by examining whether the program satisfies the metamorphic relation. Without manual solutions or benchmark examples, it has broad application prospects in the field of nuclear power. A lightweight verification method based on metamorphic relation has been produced here. Metamorphic relations are identified from physical equations, numerical algorithms, and program specifications. Next, they are explicitly used to system, integration, and unit tests to improve test adequacy. Because no need to develop verification examples, this method can detect code errors as soon as possible at a low cost, improve test efficiency, avoid mistakes remaining in subsequent stages and reduce the overall cost of verification.

A spatial and temporal characterisation of single proton acoustic waves in proton beam cancer therapy.

An in vivo range verification technology for proton beam cancer therapy, preferably in real-time and with submillimeter resolution, is desired to reduce the present uncertainty in dose localization. Acoustical imaging technologies exploiting possible local interactions between protons and microbubbles or nanodroplets might be an interesting option. Unfortunately, a theoretical model capable of characterising the acoustical field generated by an individual proton on nanometer and micrometer scales is still missing. In this work, such a model is presented. The proton acoustic field is generated by the adiabatic expansion of a region that is locally heated by a passing proton. To model the proton heat deposition, secondary electron production due to protons has been quantified using a semi-empirical model based on Rutherford's scattering theory, which reproduces experimentally obtained electronic stopping power values for protons in water within 10% over the full energy range. The electrons transfer energy into heat via electron-phonon coupling to atoms along the proton track. The resulting temperature increase is calculated using an inelastic thermal spike model. Heat deposition can be regarded as instantaneous, thus, stress confinement is ensured and acoustical initial conditions are set. The resulting thermoacoustic field in the nanometer and micrometer range from the single proton track is computed by solving the thermoacoustic wave equation using k-space Green's functions, yielding the characteristic amplitudes and frequencies present in the acoustic signal generated by a single proton in an aqueous medium. Wavefield expansion and asymptotic approximations are used to extend the spatial and temporal ranges of the proton acoustic field.

Controllable characteristics of interface states in one-dimensional inverted symmetric photonic structures

Using the transfer matrix method, the tunable characteristics of the interface state generated by one-dimensional photonic structure with inversion symmetry are studied, and the samples are prepared by electron beam evaporation technology for experimental verification. According to the different inversion symmetry centers of unit cell, the inverted symmetric layered photonic structures are divided into two types i.e. PCI and PCII. The calculation results show that for the combined structure composed of PCI and PCII, there is an interface state at a characteristic frequency where the sum of the imaginary parts of the surface impedance of PCI and PCII is equal to zero, and this frequency of the interface state is independent of the number of unit cells. On this basis, if a PCI structure is added to form PCI + PCII + PCI photonic structure, two interface states will be generated in the same band gap, and changing the unit cell number in each or part of of individual PCI and PCII structures, the frequencies of two interface states can be regulated. The experimental results show that the regulation of interface state by controlling unit cell number is feasible, which provides a more flexible idea for designing the extremely narrow-band filters and multi-channel filters to meet different application requirements.

Technologies for Automatic Control of Goods Subject to Trade Restrictions

The article presents the results of a study of the technology of automatic control of goods for which measures of trade restrictions are applied - measures of technical and non-tariff regulation, as measures of regulation of international trade, which have a significant impact on the development of the national economy, on the quality and safety of imported or exported products. At the same time, the conditions for the automatic release of goods were summarized, taking into account the observance of prohibitions and restrictions both when importing and exporting goods; the possibilities of the customs service of the Russian Federation for the technical implementation of automatic technologies for performing customs operations to ensure compliance with measures of technical and non-tariff regulation, in particular, for organizing interdepartmental electronic interaction and submitting permits to customs authorities in electronic form for organizing automated control of the compliance of information declared in declarations for goods, information in permits. Qualitatively new algorithms for the operation of information and software tools of the unified automated information system of customs authorities in cooperation with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction in the areas of monitoring compliance with technical and non-tariff regulation measures are also considered. The main attention is paid to the use and development of: information technologies and services that allow foreign economic activity participants to place electronic permits or information about them before filing a declaration for goods; technologies for automatic verification of such documents and information; automated technologies for controlling the movement of licensed goods, compliance with non-tariff regulation measures at checkpoints.

A Survey of Space Robotic Technologies for On-Orbit Assembly

The construction of large structures is one of the main development trends of the space exploration in the future, such as large space stations, large space solar power stations, and large space telescopes. It is one of important development tendency, which aims to make full use of space robots to assemble space structures autonomously in the aerospace industry. Considering that on-orbit assembly is an effective method to solve the problem of construction of large-scale spatial structures, it is necessary to motivate and facilitate the research of space robotics technologies for on-orbit assembly. Therefore, in this paper, the development status of space robot technology and the relevant space robot on-orbit assembly technology in recent decades are summarized. First, based on the space robot motion planning and assembly sequence planning, the development of space robot planning algorithms is introduced. For space robot assembly task, the space robot assembly method is summarized. From the control point of view, how to solve the vibration suppression and compliant assembly of on-orbit assembly is reviewed, which provides a reference for the autonomous intelligent assembly of space robots for large-scale structures in space. In order to simulate the space assembly scene on the ground, this paper introduces the development of ground verification experiments and provides ideas for the effective verification of space on-orbit assembly technology. In summary, though some of these problems have been satisfactorily solved in the past research, further research is still necessary in the future. Finally, it looks forward to the future research direction of space machine on-orbit assembly.

Verification of Technology to Reduce Flowering Disorder in Open Field Cultivated Japanese Pear by Improving Fertilization Timing

近年の温暖化に伴い，九州などの暖地で，ニホンナシ露地栽培における発芽不良の発生が顕在化してきている．そこで本研究では，発芽不良の発生軽減が期待される春施肥の有効性を，‘豊水’ および ‘幸水’ において，5年間継続して検証した．両品種において，施肥時期を慣行の秋施肥から春施肥に変更することで，耐凍性が向上し，5年間安定して発芽不良の発生が軽減された．一方，9月と3月に分施する秋春施肥では，耐凍性の向上効果および発芽不良の軽減効果は見られなかった．なお，春施肥に変更したことによる果実品質への悪影響は認められなかった．以上のことから，凍害によるニホンナシの発芽不良発生の軽減策として，全量を春に施用する施肥法は，有効的かつ実用的なニホンナシ露地栽培技術であることが明らかになった．

Recently, the issues of placing new technologies on the market of consumers of financial services, remote access and verification technologies for the purpose of information protection, customer service technologies in various fields have been increasingly discussed. Particular attention is paid to the problems of transition to the provision of financial services through digital services, the impact of financial literacy and distrust of new financial technologies, that is, the predominance of conservative views in the management of the organization. The development of technologies directly related to the processing, transmission, receipt, output, presentation of information is inextricably linked with the development of illegal receipt of this information, thereby raising the question of the security of data systems. The banking and financial sectors are more susceptible to cybercrime, so it is here that significant attention is paid to the protection of the information structure. In order to form a sustainable development of the cybersecurity mechanism, the issue of ensuring information security with the help of AI technologies remains relevant.

Research on Verification Technology of Human Factors in Aircraft Design and Manufacture and Its Future Development

Through the study on compliance verification methods and process of human factors in aircraft design and manufacture , as well as analyzing the key problems in the human factors verification, suggestions on the research of verification technology of human factors were proposed as followings, mainly including strengthening the cooperation between the applicants and the bureau, integrating airworthiness clauses and human error management into the whole design process, making the early diagnosis and prediction of human errors, and strengthening the training of designers and test pilots.

Survey for Government Policies Regarding Strategies for the Commercialization and Globalization of Digital Therapeutics.

PurposeThis study was conducted to build a direction for government policies regarding strategies for the commercialization of digital therapeutics in Korea, as well as its globalization.Materials and MethodsThe study included 37 participants from the Korea Digital Health Industry Association (KODHIA). The data was based on a survey conducted in 2020 targeting employees of companies engaged in the digital health industry in Korea. Participants were asked about their involvement in product development of digital therapeutics and their opinion about the growing motivator for digital therapeutics in Korea and the global market.ResultsAccording to our data, among subjects not involved in making digital therapeutics products, the main reason for not being involved was the lack of experts (73.9%) and difficulty in licensing (73.9%). Responses concerning the priority area in need of national support were R&D funding (43.2%), and the next was licensing guidance and simplifying regulations (24.3%). Possible difficulties of overseas market expansion were the unfamiliarity in digital therapeutics technology verification and licensing structures of foreign countries (73%), and concerns regarding the level of recognition of clinical trials and technology in Korea from overseas (70.3%). Overall, respondents were hesitant in starting a related business due to the lack of government support and the complexity of the regulation process. Moreover, concerns about global market entry were similar. Being unfamiliar with the novel process and worrying about the achievement despite existing challenges were the biggest drawback.ConclusionFor the digital therapeutics industry to evolve domestically and internationally, government support and guidance are essential.

Application and Prospect of Platelet Multi-Omics Technology in Study of Blood Stasis Syndrome.

The abnormality of platelet function plays an important role in the pathogenesis and evolution of blood stasis syndrome (BSS). The explanation of its mechanism is a key scientific issue in the study of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and treatment. System biology technology provides a good technical platform for further development of platelet multi-omics, which is conducive to the scientific interpretation of the biological mechanism of BSS. The article summarized the pathogenesis of platelets in BSS, the mechanism of action of blood activating and stasis resolving drugs, and the application of genomics, proteomics, and metabonomics in platelet research, and put forward the concept of "plateletomics in BSS". Through the combination and cross-validation of multi-omics technology, it mainly focuses on the clinical and basic research of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; through the interactive verification of multi-omics technology and system biology, it mainly focuses on the platelet function and secretion system. The article systematically explains the molecular biological mechanism of platelet activation, aggregation, release, and other stages in the formation and development of BSS, and provides a new research idea and method for clarifying the pathogenesis of BSS and the mechanism of action of blood activating and stasis resolving drugs.

Seismic velocity characterisation and survey design to assess CO2 injection performance at Kızıldere geothermal field

The noncondensable gases in most geothermal resources include CO2 and smaller amounts of other gases. Currently, the worldwide geothermal power is a small sector within the energy industry, and CO2 emissions related to the utilisation of geothermal resources are consequently small. In some countries, however, such as Turkey and Iceland, geothermal energy production contributes significantly to their energy budget, and their CO2 emissions are relatively significant. SUCCEED is a targeted innovation and research project, which aims to investigate the reinjection of CO2 produced at geothermal power production sites and develop, test, and demonstrate at field scale innovative measurement, monitoring and verification (MMV) technologies that can be used in most CO2 geological storage projects. The project is carried out at two operating geothermal energy production sites, the Kızıldere geothermal field in Turkey and the CarbFix project site at the Hellishei?i geothermal field in Iceland. Together with a brief description of the project, this paper presents the details of the two field sites and the progress made in seismic velocity characterisation and modelling relevant to the Kızıldere geothermal field in Turkey.
