Abstract

Recently, the issues of placing new technologies on the market of consumers of financial services, remote access and verification technologies for the purpose of information protection, customer service technologies in various fields have been increasingly discussed. Particular attention is paid to the problems of transition to the provision of financial services through digital services, the impact of financial literacy and distrust of new financial technologies, that is, the predominance of conservative views in the management of the organization. The development of technologies directly related to the processing, transmission, receipt, output, presentation of information is inextricably linked with the development of illegal receipt of this information, thereby raising the question of the security of data systems. The banking and financial sectors are more susceptible to cybercrime, so it is here that significant attention is paid to the protection of the information structure. In order to form a sustainable development of the cybersecurity mechanism, the issue of ensuring information security with the help of AI technologies remains relevant.
