The author has developed a new graphical temporal automatic RVTI grammar with internal memory, which is the developed linguistic CAD software, introducing time relations in the format of recording interval logic of Allen. RVTI grammar provides the verification of temporal and structural classes of semantic errors, developing the automation of a designer’s manual labor, when controlling errors in diagram specifications, including flowcharts of algorithms of software systems, in computeraided design. It differs from the existing ones by restoring lost structural links in the diagram specifications of workflows using sentential continuators, simplified formalization, introduction of the concept of “time” and the parameter “hours”. A new method based on RVTI grammar for verification of diagram specifications of workflows in computer-aided design of hardware and software of radio electronics has been developed, which is a development of the theory of processing graphic languages, revealing temporal, structural classes of semantic errors – 20 types of errors, providing an increase in the degree of automation of project work on the control of diagrammatic specifications of workflows, reducing the number of types of design errors of structural, temporal classes, contributing to the success of design solutions in the automated design of hardware and software of radio electronics; characterized in that they have linear computational complexity and a smaller spent memory size during verification. The proposed method is used at a large radio-electronic design and industrial enterprise JSC “Ulyanovsk Mechanical Plant” in the development of hardware and software for the products of the enterprise.
