Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Guru Terhadap Pendidikan Karakter Siswa Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Tapa

This research aims to observe the influence of teacher discipline on the character education of XI grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descrpyive method. The data in this research are primary data that is obtained by distributing quetionnaires to XI grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa. The sample size is 65 respondents, consisting of all XI grade students. The data in this research are analyzed by using a simple linear regression alongside with the utilization of IBM SPSS 21.0 software. The results of this research show a positive and significant influence of teacher discipline on the character education of XI grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa. The partial results indicate that the teacher discipline variable has a positive influence on the students character education, with an R Square determination coefficient value of 0.311 or 31,1%, which means that the independent variable could explain the dependent variable (Character education). In comparison, the remaining 69,9% is influenced by other variables that are not analyzed in this research.

The Impact of Work Environment, Motivasion, and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and work environment on the performance of state elementary school teachers. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from distributing online questionnaires using google forms. Data collection uses a random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that a sample of 66 teachers was obtained as if the country was the basis as respondents. The analysis tool in this study is by using SPSS software version 26. Specifically, the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on performance, the motivation variable has a significant positive effect on performance, the work discipline variable has a significant positive effect on performance and the work environment variable, motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Sedan District, Rembang Regency. The determination coefficient test stated that the independent variable had an influence of 48.2% on the performance while the remaining 51.8% was influenced by other variables outside the study

Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Jamaludin, Ardi, Sukimto & Rekan Jakarta Pusat

The purpose of this study was to determine Work Discipline, and Physical Work Environment on employee performance at the Jamaludin, Ardi, Sukimto & Rekan Public Accounting Firm, Central Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. Sampling technique used is saturated with a sample of 50 respondents, the test used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression test, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test (t test and f test). The results of this study simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with regression Y = 1.672 + 0.622 X1 + 0.342 X2 , the correlation coefficient value of 0.861 means that simultaneously has a very strong level of relationship where the value is in the interval 0.80 - 1000. While the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.741 (74.1%). Based on this value, it shows that the percentage between the work discipline variable (X1), and the physical work environment (X2) affects employee performance (Y) by 74.1% while the rest (100%-74.1%) = 25.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included. For the hypothesis value, the value of Fcount> Ftabel or (10,357> 2,011). This is also reinforced by sig <0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that there is a simultaneous significant influence between the variables of Work Discipline (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Public Accounting Firm Jamaludin, Ardi, Sukimto & Partners Central Jakarta.

Implementasi Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan

Ayu Ashari, in 2024 Implementation of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office, Management Study Program Thesis at the Indonesian Educational Institution College of Management Science (STIM-LPI) Makassar. This research aims to determine the implementation of work discipline on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 55 employees who were sampled using a sampling technique, namely the sloving technique, where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of partial testing of work discipline variables on employee performance have a significant influence on employee performance as proven based on partial test results with a significant value of f 0.001 < 0.05.

The influence of work discipline and organizational culture of employee performance at PT.Ambar Borneo or Ambar Borneo company, North Sangatta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study is to test how the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at PT.Ambar Borneo in North Sangatta. The population in this study amounted to 40 respondents from employees of PT.Ambar Borneo in North Sangatta on Jl.Poros Kabo, Kel. Swarga Bara, Kec.Sangatta Utara, Kabupaten Kutai Timur. The independent variables in this study are work discipline and organizational culture, and the dependent variable in this study is performance. The results of data analysis are processed with SPSS version 26. Data collection techniques are based on primary data from observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation.This study uses data analysis techniques for validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and dominant tests. The results of the study that the variables of work discipline and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.

Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC)

Sinar Inti Telaga was founded in 1986, then transformed into PT Serasi Autoraya in 1990 by introducing the trademark "Toyota A Car". PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) is an international subsidiary. Tbk which is now widely known as one of the largest transportation and logistics service companies in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) in this research uses independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) as well as the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The population of this study were employees of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC). The sample used the Puprosive Sampling method, data collection by collecting questionnaires online with Google from to 50 respondents. The method in this research uses quantitative statistical methods. Quantitative statistical analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear analysis. Other hypothesis testing includes classical assumption tests, including data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data was processed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 25.0 photo windows program. The test results of the T (Partial) test on the compensation variable (X1) show that the sig 0.004 < 0.05 and t value 3,028 > 2,010 (t table) test results on the T (Partial) test on the work discipline variable, namely 0.000 < 0.05 and t value 6,081 > 2,010 (t table). The test results of the F test (Simultaneous) show that the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f value is 49,966 > 3.19 (f table) and it can be concluded that compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on performance employee (Y).

Meningkatkan Karakter Kepemimpinan Siswa dengan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada Materi Daud Sang Pemimpin Kelas V SD Yos Sudarso Cigugur

In the era of accelerated digitalization, various new problems have emerged among students, especially in the current post-pandemic era. Even though the development of technology and science is growing rapidly, it has given rise to various student character anomalies that are emerging now. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the Indonesian education sector. So there is a kind of alibi that during the pandemic, students did not receive enough character education during the period of social restrictions. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve students' leadership character in the education sector which is supported by increasing the variables of independence, discipline and responsibility. This effort is in line with the values ​​of the Pancasila Student Profile which affirms student competence in the dimensions of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The researcher assumes that to improve the leadership character of Class V students at Yos Sudarso Cigugur Elementary School based on Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), the researcher applies the Problem Based Learning model as a strategy to support the process of actively developing student independence in two research cycles. Researchers conducted Classroom Action Research "Improving Student Leadership Character with a Problem Based Learning Model on Material from Daud the Class V Leader of Yos Sudarso Cigugur Elementary School" as an effort to overcome learning loss caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Factors affecting employee performance in regionally owned enterprises in Indonesia

This article analyzes the factors that can influence employee performance at Regional Owned Enterprises (ROE), Klaten Regency, Indonesia. The factors tested in this research are the influence of religiosity, organizational culture, internal control, discipline, and incentives on employee performance. This research focuses on all active employees at Klaten Regency Regional Owned Enterprises (ROE). The sample in this study consisted of 110 respondents from various departments and various types of employees and was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) program. The results of this research indicate that the religiosity and incentive variables have no impact on employee performance. It can be said that the influence of religiosity will not be able to improve employee performance, and this research found that the problem of religiosity is a personal problem that is not related to work. Meanwhile, incentives are not able to boost employee performance because employees feel satisfied with what they have received. The variables of organizational culture, internal control and discipline, will significantly improve employee performance. So, this research provides implications regarding the importance of emphasizing a good organizational culture by management for all members of the organization as well as continuing to implement a good internal control system and not ignoring employee work discipline.

Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Melalui Motivasi

The aim of this research is to show and test the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and competency on teacher performance through motivation at MA Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan. This research is quantitative. The results of the T test show that the organizational culture of MA Sunniyyah Selo in Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency has a positive and significant impact on teacher motivation, Work discipline has a positive and insignificant impact on the desires of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers in Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency, Competence and work discipline of MA teachers Sunniyyah Selo. Meanwhile, the results of the F test of equality show that organizational culture, work discipline and skills have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency. The F test for equation 1 also shows that organizational culture, work discipline and skills have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency. Apart from that, the results of the determination test show that with a total R square value of 0.6222, the intervention variables of organizational culture, work discipline, competence and motivation contribute 62.22% of the performance variables of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency. Other variables, such as communication, work environment, training, and other variables not included in the research model amounted to 37.78%. The results of the path analysis show that organizational culture has a greater impact on performance than motivation-oriented communication. The influence of work discipline on performance is more influenced by motivation than communication that is motivated by motivation. The influence of competence on performance is more influenced by motivation than competency on performance. . Organizational culture influences the performance of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency.

Influence of Work Discipline and Teamwork on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as An Intervening Variable In The Employment BPJS Branch Se-Medan Raya

In this study, the researcher wants to see the direct and indirect influence between the variables of Work Discipline, Teamwork as independent variables with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as intervening variables and Employee Performance as dependent variables. This type of research uses quantitative, this research was conducted at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil North Sumatra. The population of this study was 82 employees and the sample used was the entire population using saturated sampling techniques. The data source used is the primary data source and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The research model used is phat analysis with smart PLS version 3.3.3. as a research measuring tool. The results of this study are as follows Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.585 and P values ​​0.218. Work Discipline has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship with an original sample value of -0.949 and p values ​​0.000. Teamwork has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of -0.694 and p values ​​0.304. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship with an original sample value of 1.720 and p values ​​of 0.000. Organizational Citizenship has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 1.024 and p values ​​of 0.003. Work Discipline has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship indirectly with an original sample result of -0.981 and p values ​​of 0.011. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship indirectly with an original sample result of 1.775 and p values ​​of 0.001.

Pengaruh Kompetensi, Etos Kerja dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

This research was conducted to examine employee performance within the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of South Sumatra Province, with the objective of assessing the influence of competency, work ethic, and discipline variables on employee performance. Employing a quantitative research method, the study targeted employees of the DPRD Secretariat, using purposive sampling to select 75 respondents. Both primary and secondary data were utilized, and data analysis included tests such as data quality assessment, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that the competency variable (X1) significantly impacts employee performance, with a significance level of 0.001, less than 0.05, and a T-value greater than the T-table value (5.114 > 1.997). Similarly, the work ethic variable (X2) significantly affects performance, with a significance level of 0.001 and a T-value greater than the T-table value (6.045 > 1.997), while the discipline variable (X3) also has a significant effect, with a significance level of 0.015 and a T-value greater than the T-table value (2.490 > 1.997). Furthermore, the F-test results show that the F-calculated value (24.620) exceeds the F-table value (2.51), indicating that competency, work ethic, and discipline collectively have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Secretariat of DPRD South Sumatra Province

Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Peran Ganda Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Wanita Pada PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and dual roles on women’s performance at PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan. This study was conducted using quantitative methods obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The sample in this study were 40. Female employees who were married. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work discipline and dual roles have a significant effect on the performance of female employees t count of 3.870 and a significance level of 0.003 for the work discipline variable. While the dual role variable t count is 3.070 and a significance level of 0.004. this means that there ia a significant influence between work discipline and dual roles on the performance of female employees.

Optimizing Teacher Productivity: The Impact of Work Discipline and Compensation

This research aims to explore teacher productivity which is influenced by work discipline variables and the compensation received by teachers. The question asked in this research is how work discipline and compensation influence teacher productivity partially or simultaneously. Second, which variable has the dominant influence on teacher productivity? The method used in this research is qualitative research with a causality approach or cause and effect resulting between the variables being measured. The data collection technique used a questionnaire obtained from 39 teacher respondents at the Ma'Arif Nahdlatul Ulama Talang Prigen Foundation, Pasuruan. The data obtained was subjected to classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis tests, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results obtained are that work discipline and compensation have a dominant influence on teacher work productivity, but compensation has a more dominant influence as reflected in the compensation indicator which has a fairness value, making teacher motivation increase and also adequate compensation will increase the attractiveness of talents. new people who want to serve in the institution.

Pengaruh Work Motivation, Work Discipline dan Training Terhadap Employee Work Productivity

The success of a company is measured by how optimally it uses existing resources to achieve high productivity. This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation, work discipline and training have on the work productivity of PT employees. IEI. This type of research is quantitative research analyzed using statistics. The author is an employee of PT. IEI in the production operator section has a total population of 62 employees. The sample size uses a saturated sample by means of all members of the population being sampled. Data analysis used SPSS Version 25. This research resulted that the variables of work motivation, work discipline and training had a positive and simultaneous effect on the work productivity of PT employees. IEI. This is proven by the results of F calculated 59.747>2.76 (F calculated>F table) so that Ho4 is rejected and Ha4 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation, work discipline and training simultaneously on the work productivity of PT employees. IEI.

Pengaruh Etos Kerja Islam, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Bengkulu

This examination plans to determine whether the factors of Islamic work ethic, work discipline, work motivation and work environment have an impact on employee performance. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bengkulu Province was the subject of the research. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the Bengkulu Province Central Statistics Agency, totaling 61 respondents. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. Based on the test results, the Islamic work ethic and work discipline variables have a partially significant influence on employee performance. For the time being, work motivation and work environment do not have much influence on employee performance. Then simultaneously or together the factors of Islamic work ethic, work discipline, work motivation and work environment essentially influence the implementation of employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bengkulu Province.

Pengaruh Penerapan Absensi Fingerprint dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai pada MAN 3 Bener Meriah Kabupaten Bener Meriah

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of fingerprint attendance and work motivation on employee work discipline at Man 3 Bener Meriah. The number of respondents in the study was 45 people using saturated sampling techniques. The data collected through the questionnaire were expressed in the form of a Likert scale, then tabulated and processed using multiple linear regression techniques using the SPSS version 27 application. The results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.507 + 0.583 + 0.422, indicate that there is a partial effect of fingerprint attendance on employee work discipline with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 with a t-count value of 4.316, there is also a partial effect of work motivation on employee work discipline with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05 with a t-count value of 3.252. The results of the study also showed an influence between fingerprint attendance and work motivation simultaneously on the work discipline of Man 3 Bener Meriah employees with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 with a calculated f value of 14,634. The R square Determinant Coefficient shows a figure of 0.411, this means that the work discipline variable is influenced by the fingerprint attendance variable and work motivation by 41.1% and 58.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Ketapang Subur Lestari

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Ketapang Subur Lestari. In this study the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 40 employee respondents at PT Ketapang Subur Lestari. The approach in this study is quantitative research used to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Ketapang Subur Lestari. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria so that 40 employees who meet the criteria are obtained. The research data collection method is using a questionnaire, and the results are analyzed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a t value of 2.432 greater than t table 2.026 and a significant value of 0.020 <0.05, which means that it shows that the work discipline variable has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance is accepted. For work motivation variables, the t value is 4.707 greater than the t table 2.026 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means it shows that work discipline variables have a partially significant positive effect on employee performance is accepted. Then the calculated f value is 15.222 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means it shows that the work discipline and work motivation variables have a significant positive effect simultaneously on employee performance.

THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. PARTNERS BUILD CEMERLANG TANGERANG CITY

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance at PT Mitra Bangun Cemerlang, Tangerang City. Together the compensation and work discipline variables have a moderate effect with an R-Square value of 0.688 or 68.8%.

The purpose of this study is to find out and test the variables of supervision (X1), motivation (X2), and work discipline (X3) on the effectiveness of the performance (Y) of the State Civil Apparatus at the Social Service, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection of Batu Bara Regency. This study uses an associative type of research. The population of this study is all state civil servants who have the status of State Civil Apparatus in the Social Service, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection in Batu Bara Regency, which totals 48 people. The variables of this study include the variables of supervision, motivation, work discipline, and performance. The data collection technique used to measure all the variables studied is a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively using descriptive statistics and t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient test. The results of the study showed that the factors of supervision, motivation, and work discipline partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants in the Social Service of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Batu Bara Regency.
