Physical education is an important means in the system of education and upbringing of young people, formation of their foundations of a healthy lifestyle, organization of active rest, development of physical and spiritual forces, rehabilitation and correction of health, development of positive moral and volitional qualities. Health is an integral qualitative characteristic of a person and a society that combines social, spiritual, psychic, physical components and gives a person a sense of inner harmony, well-being and overall satisfaction with life. Taking into account the medical examinations of the students of our educational institution, we observe that more than 14% of students are exempt from physical activity. The most common diseases include disorders of the cardiovascular system and musculoskeletal system (up to 80% of deviations), the respiratory system, the organs of vision, genitourinary, and May system. Therefore, the most important tasks of teachers of physical education is not only the methodological and theoretical involvement of the student in the educational process (writing essays), but also the concern for the health of young people, because it is a guarantee of cheerfulness, vivacity, full mental and physical development, that is, motivating them to participate in practical physical education classes. Therefore, taking into account the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science (No. 1 / 11-11291, dated October 30, 2017), our sports center for discharged physical activity organized a sports and recreation section of "chess". The purpose of teaching the discipline "Physical education of "chess" is - involving students in practical classes on physical education; learning to play chess and raising interest in the game; expansion of students' creative possibilities, increasing the level of versatility of logical thinking, development of attentiveness, autonomy, discipline. Studying the course involves solving some problems (to teach students to play checkers and chess, adhere to the rules of the game; to form skills to plan own actions, to develop tactics and strategy of actions, to promote the education of the ability to interact with the partner in the game); abilities (initial and simple moves, separate ideas of the beginning of the game, tactical strikes, simple combinations and execution of game combinations; tactical methods and motives in attack and defense; possession of concepts of positional superiority and ability to receive it); knowledge (to navigate the plane, to logically and consistently realize a significant material advantage in difficult positions; to fight for a draw and to reach it in the worst, but theoretically, no-one positions; to provide options for 3 moves forward; to analyze situations and positions in a gaming environment, as well as to think logically in various unpredictable gaming circumstances. The methodical recommendations of this article may be helpful in organizing the involvement of students in physical exercises for physical education, who are dismissed from their state of health from physical activity.
