Abstract

The purpose of the article is to examine the national foundations and principles of the culture of integrity. The features of the legal system of the institute of “biy”, legal norms of steppe laws, ideological views of the people, methods of teaching and upbringing of young people, principles of national ideology are analyzed. At the same time, the article provides examples of public censure of bribery, sayings and calls for the integrity of famous historical personalities, indicators of high legal awareness of the steppe people, humane approaches to resolving disputes and examples of punishment for types of corruption offenses such as bribery and embezzlement. The article is very useful in studying the institutional and historical prerequisites and foundations for the successful formation of a culture of integrity.
