The Universitat Politècnica de Valènciais undertaking a restructuring of its university radio station, UPV Radio. The objective is to define a new radio model in the context of changing audio consumption habits and a profound transformation of the radio industry, which also applies to university radio stations. This new scenario is characterized by consumption supported mainly by tools of the 2.0 ecosystem, such as social networks, moving away from the traditional model of analog broadcasting.To carry out this restructuring, it is necessary to determine the relationship of the university community (students, teachers, administrative and service personnel) with UPV Radio. It is essential to understand how they use the station, how they value its programming, how they would like it to be, and on which platforms or formats they prefer it.
