The article considers the practice of building a corporate project management system in educational organiza-tions of higher education; evaluates the effectiveness and quality of the processes of improving the corporate project management system; substantiates practical recommendations for the creation, implementation and improvement of the corporate project management system in the university of agrarian orientation. The rele-vance of the development of corporate project management systems of higher education organizations is justi-fied by the need for a systematic idea of project management, since the activities of universities are trans-formed towards the introduction of an open project model of student education. The aim of the study is to de-velop the regulatory and methodological foundations of the concept and practical recommendations for the creation, implementation and improvement of corporate project management system in the agrarian university to improve the satisfaction of project activity participants and increase the number of effectively implemented projects.

Innovation of Administrative Management System of Universities Based on Cloud Computing

Abstract In the traditional administrative management mode of higher education institutions, different departments work separately, and it is difficult to realize the sharing of information. This paper follows the hierarchical design of J2EE multilayer architecture to build an administrative management platform for colleges and universities. Through cloud computing technology college management information through Hibernate mapping to the object table to achieve data storage and sharing. Simulated annealing algorithms and genetic algorithms are introduced into the system to realize the optimal scheduling of administrative tasks and promote the overall collaborative efficiency of the task process. Finally, the workflow analysis is carried out on the practical cases of administrative management in colleges and universities, and the optimal scheduling of administrative tasks t 1 ~ t 9 in colleges and universities is completed. The results show that the platform 400Vuser under the integrated response time of 2.833 seconds less than the expected 3 seconds, the maximum number of concurrency in the maximum response time constraints can reach 4500 or so, to meet the performance requirements of university administrative management. And task t 1 ~ t 9 completes the optimal scheduling in the experiment, saving a total of 2 resource types. This system is of great practical significance in improving the efficiency of administrative offices in universities, reducing human errors and saving labor costs.

Innovation and Practice of Educational Management System in Colleges and Universities Based on the Concept of Data Analysis Education

Abstract This paper proposes the evaluation method of college education management mode based on deep belief network (DBN), establishes the evaluation index of college education management mode, takes it as the input of the deep belief network, adopts the divergence algorithm and backpropagation algorithm to learn and optimize the parameters of the deep belief network, and establishes the evaluation model of the education management mode of universities. The evaluation method of the college education management model evaluation of the deep belief network is verified by evaluating the results and performing error analysis on 438 questionnaire test samples. The results show that the number of training steps of the adopted DBN model in the supervised tuning stage is 214, and the error fluctuation range is ±0.6, which achieves the expected effect, indicating that the adoption of the model has accuracy in the evaluation of college education management model. Under the concept of data analysis education, the evaluation method proposed in this paper has a positive significance for the innovation and practice of educational and teaching management systems.

Innovation and Practice of Educational Management System of Colleges and Universities under the Concept of Internet+ Education

Abstract Based on the data mining technology under the concept of Internet + education, this paper determined the type of clustering adopted, the type of clustering variables is discussed, and the division method and hierarchical method of clustering are utilized to divide the educational management work of counselors into management ability, management attitude, and management method, and the teaching quality of teachers is divided into teaching content, teaching art, classroom management, classroom structure, and teaching effect. Educational management countermeasures are proposed for clustering results, and developmental countermeasures and action paths are proposed. The values of management attitude, ability, method, and effect are 0.607, 0.566, 0.5528, and 0.5768, respectively. The scores of students’ education and management work are all above 0.55, which is a moderate level. The four attribute values indicate that management attitude has a strong role in the educational management work of college counselors.

Cybersecurity Framework for Ensuring Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of University Management Systems in Bangladesh.

In an increasingly interconnected and technologically advanced world, the efficient operation of University Management Systems (UMS) is essential for the proper functioning of educational institutions. However, with the rapid digitization of processes, the risk of cyber threats targeting these systems has also grown significantly. This research presents a comprehensive Cybersecurity Framework tailored to the context of Bangladesh, aimed at ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of University Management Systems. The proposed framework is designed to address the unique challenges and requirements faced by universities in Bangladesh, considering factors such as the evolving threat landscape, resource constraints, and regulatory environment. Drawing upon established cybersecurity principles and best practices, the framework encompasses a multi-layered approach that encompasses preventive, detective, and responsive measures. Key components of the framework include the identification and assessment of potential vulnerabilities within UMS, the implementation of robust access controls and encryption mechanisms, continuous monitoring and threat detection, incident response planning, and user awareness training. The framework's adaptability allows universities to tailor its components to their specific organizational structures and risk profiles, thus promoting a proactive and dynamic approach to cybersecurity. The research further evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed framework through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including system assessments, penetration testing, and stakeholder surveys. Results demonstrate the framework's ability to enhance the security posture of UMS in Bangladesh, contributing to the preservation of sensitive data, the prevention of unauthorized access, and the sustained availability of critical services.

Decolonising Classroom Management and Its Political Hegemony in Universities

This theoretical opinion paper responds to the existing colonial hegemony in university classrooms. The study is underpinned by decoloniality with objectives to conceptualise decoloniality as a theoretical lens for classroom management and to present the assumptions of decoloniality as an effective classroom management system in universities. The study is located within a transformative worldview, and the argument was analysed using conceptual analysis as a tool to make sense of the argument deductively. The study argued that knowledge production through dialogue, advocating for the weaker voices in the classroom, and challenging power structures are dimensions needed to decolonise classroom management in the university system. The study concludes with the need to promote an atmosphere that encourages discussion, provides opportunities for underrepresented groups to take centre stage, and facilitates bravery from its members towards oppressive systems within the classroom.

DPMS: Data-Driven Promotional Management System of Universities Using Deep Learning on Social Media

SocialMedia Marketing (SMM) has become a mainstream promotional scheme. Almost every business promotes itself through social media, and an educational institution is no different. The users’ responses to social media posts are crucial to a successful promotional campaign. An adverse reaction leaves a long-term negative impact on the audience, and the conversion rate falls. This is why selecting the content to share on social media is one of the most effective decisions behind the success of a campaign. This paper proposes a Data-Driven Promotional Management System (DPMS) for universities to guide the selection of appropriate content to promote on social media, which is more likely to obtain positive user reactions. The main objective of DPMS is to make effective decisions for Social Media Marketing (SMM). The novel DPMS uses a well-engineered and optimized BiLSTM network, classifying users’ sentiments about different university divisions, with a stunning accuracy of 98.66%. The average precision, recall, specificity, and F1-score of the DPMS are 98.12%, 98.24%, 99.39%, and 98.18%, respectively. This innovative Promotional Management System (PMS) increases the positive impression by 68.75%, reduces the adverse reaction by 31.25%, and increases the conversion rate by 18%. In a nutshell, the proposed DPMS is the first promotional management system for universities. It demonstrates significant potential for improving the brand value of universities and for increasing the intake rate.

Digitalization of university education management applicable to association rule mining algorithms

Abstract In this paper, firstly, based on the digital construction of education management in colleges and universities, it is proposed to construct an education management system for colleges and universities to realize the digital development of education management and to design the function and database of the education management system of colleges and universities. Secondly, the Apriori algorithm in association rule mining algorithm is used to define the minimum support and minimum confidence in the variable parameter focus, then the support threshold and confidence threshold are set in the process of optimization connection and pruning, and for the shortcomings of traditional algorithms, the relevance metrics are cited here to improve the systematic data mining efficiency of the Apriori algorithm. Then, the simulation experiment environment and data set are selected, the evaluation index system is determined according to the system requirements, and the education management system based on the association rule mining algorithm is simulated and analyzed. The results show that when min_supp=70%, the Apriori algorithm generates a total of 60 frequent itemsets, and the running time is about 21.2s. Overall, the Apriori algorithm only reads the data set twice, so the program running time is shorter than the Eclat algorithm running time.

Construction of Student Information Management System for Universities Based on Cloud Computing Platform

Abstract The first step in this paper is to establish an integrated education information management platform that utilizes cloud computing as the scheduling center, considering the characteristics of cloud computing. The hierarchical structure of the student information management system and each business function module is designed using the B/S three-layer architecture. The fitness function evaluates individual merit based on K-means teaching data to ensure the genetic algorithm’s population diversity. The analysis model of university teaching data is constructed using the penalty function of chromosomes. The final test results show that when the network data transmission time reaches the 60s, the average network data traffic consumed is 260Byte, which indicates that the constructed student information management system has wide applicability.

Research on information construction of university management system app based on cognitive model

Based on the results of interviews conducted with university students in a certain university in Yunnan Province, this study identifies the problems of excessive information navigation, complex interface layout, and difficulty in locating the school system within the university management system APP. From the perspective of information architecture, this study designs a cognitive model that is suitable for the university management system APP of a certain university in Yunnan Province. By conducting tracking surveys and interviews with students from different majors, the study utilizes the affinity diagram method to construct a cognitive model for student users, which is further categorized by involving 10 participants. The data obtained after categorization is analyzed using hierarchical cluster analysis, and the information construction of the university management system APP is restructured accordingly. Through experiments, the characteristics and existing problems of the informationization construction of the university management system APP are determined, and the navigation label information of the management system is improved. The cognitive model of the university management system APP is reconstructed, resulting in the development of navigation names and classification methods for information construction that align with the cognitive models of student users. The research findings provide a basis and reference for other university management system APPs.

Optimization of university human resource management system on faculty members with anxiety

BackgroundDue to outdated work concepts and unscientific performance evaluations, the enthusiasm of university faculty members is not high, and some faculty members experience work anxiety, which affects the normal operation of work. The traditional human resource management system can no longer meet the needs of human resource management in universities and needs to be optimized. In order to stimulate the work enthusiasm of faculty and alleviate their psychological anxiety, research is being conducted to optimize the human resource management system in universities.Subjects and MethodsThe study selected 60 employees with work anxiety and divided them into a control group and an intervention group, with a total of 30 individuals. The former adopts a traditional human resource management system, while the latter adopts an optimized human resource management system with a duration of 6 months. Employees were evaluated using indicators such as the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and SPSS23.0 software was used for data processing.ResultsAfter 6 months, there was a significant difference in work psychological anxiety between the two groups of teaching staff. Compared with the control group, the HAMA score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).ConclusionsIt needs to optimize the human resource management system in universities, improve performance evaluation methods, stimulate the enthusiasm of faculty, and ensure that their efforts are treated fairly, then resulting in a significant improvement in their work anxiety.

The Sapienza University of Rome network of automated external defibrillators: a prototype webMap developed to speed access to community defibrillators and increase survival from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.

In Italy, only around 10% of people who experience out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) survive. A large portion of OHCA events in public settings are characterized by an initial shockable rhythm, which requires prompt defibrillation. We aimed to create a system to quickly locate nearby public access automated external defibrillators (AEDs) on the campus of Sapienza University of Rome, the largest public university in Europe. We developed the AED webMap through a 6-step process involving the: 1) collection of information and geographical coordinates for each AED from the university management system; 2) development of a new geolocation database; 3) integration of information contained in the new database with data provided by university departments; 4) geolocation of AEDs in the Google MyMaps environment; 5) graphic representation of all AEDs on digital map templates using specific symbols, with pop-ups containing additional information for each AED; and 6) publication of the webMap on the university website. The AED webMap was published on the university website (https://www.uniroma1.it/it/pagina/defibrillatori-sapienza-in-rete) and facilitates prompt identification of nearby AEDs by providing: 1) detailed AED geolocalization with interactive pop-up information for each AED, including whether the AED is located internally or externally; 2) the option to use different base maps (e.g., digital street map); 3) calculation and display of the route to reach the chosen AED; and 4) the possibility to migrate towards multiple platforms. The webMap can help bystanders quickly identify, locate, and reach nearby AEDs present on the campus of the largest public university in Europe, a measure that could help speed defibrillation and maximize the life-saving potential of AEDs in the event of OHCA.

The optimization of human resource management system on alleviation of teachers’ psychological stress in higher education institutions

BackgroundWith the development of modern education, the psychological stress of young teachers in colleges and universities has been highly emphasized.Subjects and MethodsThe research will start from three aspects: performance management system, human resource planning, and teacher career management in the human resource management system of universities. In response to the psychological pressure of teachers, five universities will be selected to analyze and study the current situation of human resource management in universities through a combination of survey questionnaires and interviews. The existing problems and reasons will be analyzed. Based on the analysis results, effective optimization plans will be proposed for the human resource management system in universities.ResultsThe results indicate that the main reasons for the psychological pressure of university teachers are the adherence to regulations in the human resource management system, the lack of quantitative accumulation of human resource data, and the neglect of teacher career management. Based on the analysis results, the study designed optimization plans from the aspects of human resource strategic planning system, salary and welfare management system, and teacher career management system. At the same time, the study also established relevant implementation guarantee measures based on the optimization plan to ensure the feasibility of the optimization plan for the human resource management system.ConclusionsThe study analyzes the relationship between human resource management system and teachers’ psychological pressure in colleges and universities, puts forward the optimization plan of the management system from three levels, and ensures the effective implementation of the optimization plan through the actual work, which is of certain practical reference significance.

The paper considers the independent assessment fundamentals of the learning service quality at the institutional level, provided by the country’s higher educational establishments, in particular, the university’s quality management system. The work analyses the difficulties in developing and confirming the compliance of the quality management system of domestic universities, caused by introducing unilateral sanctions by the EU countries and the United States. It is proposed to resolve the identified problems by selecting and implementing national models of quality management systems in the university control system with the prospect of confirming their compliance with national authorised certification bodies. As a national model, a standard model of the universities and colleges’ quality system (ENQA & ISO 9000) is considered, which retains its relevance at present. The ISO 9000 & ENQA model has been developed and adapted to the specifics of domestic management of an educational organisation. The presence of methodological accompanying documentation for the ISO 9000 & ENQA model is noted, which allows the university to independently develop, implement and assess the quality system, conduct an audit while preparing for state accreditation. The expediency of developing the quality system of an educational organisation on the basis of the considered national model of the quality management system is substantiated.

The integration of industry and education not only improves the overall teaching quality of vocational colleges, but also adds many forms of educational and teaching organization. It has increased the difficulty on the basis of the original teaching, causing the school to encounter bottlenecks in management. It is essential for vocational colleges to establish an orderly and effective management system in order to maintain high-quality educational and teaching activities. This article will provide a detailed analysis of the problems that arise in the teaching management system of vocational colleges after integrating production and learning, and propose a series of solutions to these problems. At the same time, it will provide some beneficial suggestions for improving the overall teaching quality of vocational colleges and cultivating talents from various aspects of society, such as improving the difficulty of teacher and student assessment, strengthening the construction of quality control system, and promoting the composition of the "double teacher" teaching team.

A Cross-Sectional Survey Exploring Australian Pharmacists' and Students' Management of Common Oral Mucosal Diseases.

Oral mucosal conditions are commonly experienced in the general population and can have a negative impact on one's quality of life. This study evaluated the ability of Australian pharmacists and final-year pharmacy students to recognise and manage these common oral mucosal diseases through the use of case vignettes. Australian pharmacists and final-year pharmacy students were invited through social media, university learning management systems, or email to complete an online questionnaire consisting of six case vignettes covering topics relating to common oral mucosal presentations. A total of 65 pharmacists and 78 students completed the questionnaire. More than 50% of the participants reported having seen all types of oral mucosal presentations, except for denture stomatitis, in their practice. The provision of best practice recommendations was reported by only 14%, 15%, 8%, and 6% of the participants for geographic tongue, hairy tongue, angular cheilitis, and denture-associated stomatitis, respectively, whereas 82% offered an appropriate anti-viral treatment for cold sore and 33% provided the best practice recommendations for oral thrush. This study emphasised the importance of further developing and integrating best practice oral healthcare training programs specifically tailored to the Australian pharmacy profession.

Therefore, the traditional library management system architecture will also be challenged, and it is urgent to develop a library management system based on cloud computing. This paper studies the architecture of university library management system based on cloud computing.
