Application of BIM + Virtual Simulation Technology in Road Engineering Construction Technology and Organization Course

We focus on the goal of undergraduate talent training, consider the course features of Road Engineering Construction Technology and Organization, analyze the problems existing in the practical teaching of the course, use the advantages of BIM + virtual simulation technology, design a scientific and reasonable practical teaching content of Road Engineering Construction Technology and Organization, and address the contrast between the strong practical aspect of the traditional Road Engineering Construction Technology and Organization course and the lack of practical instruments in hope to improve students’ learning autonomy, enhance the quality of practical teaching, achieve the training objectives of the course, and nurture applied technical talents.

RESEARCH ON THE CONSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE OF NEW TUTOR SYSTEM FOR APPLIED UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS BASED ON “THREE REPAIRS AND THREE SUCCESSES”

In order to further improve the quality of talent cultivation, promote the construction of a new mentor system for applied undergraduates based on “three repairs and three successes”, build a new pattern of “whole-person training”, deepen the reform of the undergraduate talent cultivation mode, and explore the implementation of a new mentor system. This paper analyzes the current situation of research at home and abroad, combines the actual situation of the school, analyzes the undergraduate mentorship system to adhere to the “three repair and three success” and “four synergistic” in-depth integration of the model, the implementation of the teacher to return to the teaching of the original heart, to build the “full coverage and the whole process”. The “full coverage, full participation”, innovative undergraduate mentorship teaching mode, clear undergraduate mentorship teaching responsibilities, standardize the form of undergraduate mentorship guidance, strengthen undergraduate mentorship incentives and other aspects of the undergraduate mentorship system to explore the “three repairs, three successes” under the background of the undergraduate full mentorship teaching mode exploration and practice, the undergraduate mentorship system. In order to further improve the quality of undergraduate teaching, we are going to explore the teaching mode of undergraduate mentorship in the context of “three studies and three successes”, with a view to providing reference for the similar colleges and universities and the same majors.

ABSTRACTThis article discusses the origins, metrics, and methods of UCLA’s Race, Ethnicity, Politics & Society Lab, which trains cadres of undergraduate researchers, many of whom are students of color. The article focuses intently on the connections between the professionalization of undergraduate researchers and the production of greater intellectual, racial, and gender diversity in a university setting. The article also provides a blueprint to steer undergraduate students toward producing peer-reviewed publications for major political science journals. Finally, specific strategies to initiate and sustain a research lab operation with undergraduate researchers in mind are offered.

Big Data-Driven Vocational Undergraduate Talent Training and Social Needs Adaptability Analysis and Collaborative Path Mining.

Aiming at the problem of mismatch between talent cultivation and social demand in the process of undergraduate education, this paper proposes a big data-driven method of adaptability analysis and collaborative path mining between vocational undergraduate talent cultivation and social demand. Starting from the big data-driven vocational undergraduate talent training and social needs, this paper points out the problems existing in the current social needs and puts forward the basic framework of vocational undergraduate talent training mode. Secondly, the clustering model of talent training and social demand is analyzed, and the clustering mining method is proposed. Finally, the big data-driven personnel training and social adaptation mining analysis, in their own ability and social needs adaptability analysis, the basic adaptation accounted for a higher proportion. Professional competence has a higher trust value in cluster analysis. Today's social employment situation is becoming more and more severe, and how to enhance the quality of profession undergraduate students has become one of the theoretical and practical issues worthy of attention in China's colleges at this stage. The talent training model of colleges and universities is closely in route with the demands of society, and the problem of student hire is prominent. Therefore, this paper proposes a student employability training program that combines the elements of student employability through social needs research.

Cultivation Design of Applied Undergraduates’ Engineering Innovation Ability Based on Virtualization Technology

The development of virtualization technology has promoted the development of computers in education, and the reform of basic education courses has promoted profound reforms in science education. The integration of virtualization technology and science teaching is an inevitable trend in the development of information technology and science education, and it is also training the inevitable requirement of talents with scientific culture and innovation ability. This article takes undergraduates as the research object and aims at the application characteristics of local higher education institutions, combined with the purpose of higher technical personnel training, application practical ability, and innovation ability, to establish a training system for college students with innovation ability suitable for engineering application undergraduate talent training mode, and improve students’ research and innovation ability and engineering practice ability. This article proposes to organically integrate virtualization technology with undergraduate students’ engineering innovation ability training courses, explore virtual technology experimental models, cognitive models, promote student self-study and student mutual learning, where students actively participate, and strengthen student innovation and creativity training. Improve the ability of design and transform teacher education into student-centered. The results of the study show that students’ innovative ability generally accounts for 56%, and the effects of innovative activities organized by schools generally account for as high as 70%. Students are generally not very enthusiastic about innovation.

Quality improvement of undergraduate courses based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.

Since the curriculum is the core carrier to improve the level of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, strengthening the reform of course teaching and improving the quality of course teaching are fundamental to the survival and development of colleges and universities, and also an important part of higher education reform. In this study, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and an entropy method were used to determine the weight of the core evaluation indicators of undergraduate course quality improvement, including four first-level indicators of the curriculum concept, curriculum resources, curriculum organization, and curriculum effectiveness, and 12 s-level evaluation indicators and weights. Then, based on a case study of the first-class undergraduate course “Management” of Anyang Normal University, the way to evaluate the course by the AHP and entropy method was explained. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the ideas of course construction were put forward, such as changing the course concept, enriching the course resources, paying attention to the course organization, and ensuring the course effectiveness, so as to improve the quality of undergraduate courses and also to improve the quality of undergraduate talent training with the improvement of course quality as the starting point.

This paper takes 174 documents of undergraduate teaching research of business administration major in 2001~2020 as a sample, and analyzes the research course and present situation of undergraduate teaching of business administration by using the CNKI visual analysis system of Chinese knowledge network. According to the analysis results, the following conclusions are drawn: on the whole, the research on the undergraduate teaching of business administration started late, the number of documents increased and the development tended to be stable after 2010; The research focuses are mainly on the undergraduate course setting, the practice teaching reform, and the undergraduate talent training model.

IIoT Talent Cultivating Mechanism in line with Industrial Internet

Industrial Internet or Industry 4.0 has been a national development strategy. Sichuan University and others took industrial big data analysis &application and cyber-security as the characteristic example of Industrial Internet of Things, formulated the undergraduate talent cultivating program, curriculum system and compiled relevant textbooks. The universities also explored the development mechanism of interdisciplinary integration, the cooperative education mechanism of multiple tutors and a multiple consultants’ system to strengthen the faculty. Then, a multi-level interdisciplinary talent training mechanism for the Industrial Internet of Things has been formed, providing an example for other disciplines.
