The results of the study and the effectiveness of the standardized working conditions and ways of their provision are presented. Attention is drawn to the close relationship between working conditions and occupational morbidity and injuries. The article contains quantitative information on various types of agricultural activities on the problem under consideration, as well as the attention paid to occupational diseases, and the typical causes and circumstances that contribute to this are mentioned. It is proposed a strategy of dynamic reduction and elimination of injuries and diseases in the agro-industrial complex. Implementation of the provisions of this strategy will solve the problem in the next 3-5 years.
