     Professional practices constitute an important curricular component in university education; In this sense, it is necessary to know in detail their scope and how they should be structured to obtain the expected training contribution from their execution. Through this research, we set out as an objective to analyze the contributions and the importance of carrying out a professional practice within the academic curriculum of public and private universities, as a transcendental factor for the personal and professional life of the student. The methodology used was the documentary exploration of different postulates in curricular and educational matters as well as regulations and derivatives. It is concluded that although the theory can become the fundamental starting point, which provides a specific general culture to the student, the truth is that he must acquire skills, techniques, abilities and analysis of very specific situations, and professional practice or An internship is one of the most important means to acquire these competencies for your graduation profile, which will allow you to function safely and suitably in the labor field in the future. Professional development will be evaluated by your practical skills; Well, keep in mind that this is a world of results.

Towards the Aesthetics of Early Friedrich Schlegel

The subject of the study is the aesthetics of early Friedrich Schlegel. In his aesthetics, Schlegel continues the traditions of German classical philosophy, focusing special attention on the principles of the beautiful and sublime in art. Schlegel considers beauty, like morality, to be inherently inherent in a person who, along with the moral, has an "aesthetic imperative". As a "transcendental factor", beauty is based on disinterested pleasure and represents an ideal that ancient Greek art approached at one time, and the aspiration for which modern art lacks so much. The highest beauty is organic ("vegetative") like nature; two main "elements" make up the essence of beauty: "phenomenon" and "good". The beautiful in its broad sense also encompasses the sublime. Schlegel pays special attention to the ugly as an aesthetic category opposed to the beautiful and sublime, and gives an outline of the future theory of the ugly. He connects the ugly with the animal nature of man and shows that it is based on the disgusting, painful, monstrous, "beggarly chaos" of being, manifesting an absolute denial.  The central aesthetic principles – the beautiful and the sublime – are opposed by two types of the ugly: the own ugly and the "sublimely ugly". Schelling considers art to be one of the main components of culture as a humanitarian factor and sees three types of culture: natural, organically growing on the basis of mythology (reached a high level in Antiquity), artificial, created on the basis of reason according to aesthetic laws (New European) and aesthetic, which means a special emphasis in culture on aesthetic essence, on artistry. Schlegel is convinced that further positive development of culture and art is possible only under the guidance of the "correct" aesthetic theory, the beginnings of which he learns from his contemporaries.

Note on regular magnetic black hole

A non-singular magnetic black hole in nonlinear electrodynamics has been introduced recently whose Lagrangian contains an exponential factor [15]. We show that such regular black holes are available without resorting to a transcendental factor. A much simpler example of regular magnetic black hole solution is presented which admits the Schwarzschild limit as well as the unconditional unitarily condition.

As a part of environment, people should keep the perpetuation, the balance, and the beauty of nature. A smart use of limited natural resources must be a slogan in daily life.This environment is not provided only for human, but also for other creatures. Factually, many people damage universe by illegal logging, free mining, uncontrolled drilling, of course, without any analysis of its damage impact to the environment. After discussing these problems through an approachment of environment ethics; Anthroposentrism, Biocentrism, Ecocentrism, Eco-feminism, this articel found that the cause of the damage of this universe is a transcendental paradigm factor assumed that conservation was not emphasized by Islam. Through these conservational paradigm; ecology, environment fiqh, and eco-sufism, in term of universe utilization, people should balanced three amanah aspects; al-intifâ’, al-i’tibâr, dan al-ishlâh.These three environment ethics not just investigated the way of people behavior to universe, but also the relation among creatures in this universe, between people and people, people and all other creatures.

ASPECTOS FÁCTICO- JURÍDICO DEL PROCESO DE RESTITUCION DE TIERRAS

Con la creación de la ley de víctimas y restitución de tierras- Ley 1448 de 2011, se creó un procedimiento jurídico de carácter mixto (administrativo y judicial), que posibilitó que todas las victimas del despojo de predios con ocasión del conflicto accedan a la jurisdicción para que de esta manera se les restituya los derechos de ocupación, posesión o propiedad que hayan tenido sobre esos predios. Dentro de cualquier guerra el poder por las tierras es el factor transcendental, bien sea por estrategia militar, fuente de financiación o muestra de dominio sobre un territorio; fue así que los actores armados ilegales mediante la usurpación, intimidación y violencia lograron que muchas tierras fueran abandonadas y despojadas.

Elementos para el diseño de una estrategia que promueva la creación de spin-offs académicas en las universidades públicas costarricenses.

La creación de empresas constituye una de las principales fuentes de generación de riqueza de cualquier entorno geográfico; de ahí la importancia de referirnos al tema de la creación de empresas de base tecnológica y en particular a las spin-offs académicas.<br />Las spin-offs académicas son empresas que se basan en el conocimiento científico y tecnológico desarrollado por docentes e investigadores o estudiantes de doctorado de las universidades. Se consideran el mejor instrumento para la transferencia de la investigación a la sociedad, por ser innovadoras, altamente competitivas y de gran aceptación en el mercado (ANCES, 2003). El contexto mundial de competitividad en el que estamos inmersos demanda cada vez mejores productos y hace que los países tengan la urgente necesidad de generar riqueza y lograr su mejor distribución (Ortín, Salas, Trujillo y Vendrell, 2007). En este sentido, la creación de spin-offs académicas constituye un importante motor para el desarrollo de la economía (von Graevenitz, Harhoff y Weber, 2010), al favorecer la generación de empleo, la transferencia de conocimiento, la innovación, el valor agregado y el desarrollo del tejido empresarial. <br /><br />

La ecología como práctica educativa interdisciplinar entre educación física y tecnología

Este artículo pretende mostrar cómo la problemática actual del medio ambiente se puede abordar desde diferentes áreas del conocimiento, a partir de la necesidad de entender la interdisciplinariedad en el aula como factor trascendental para que el niño genere propuestas en su entorno. La ecología será esa área del conocimiento que permitirá la articulación de la educación física y la tecnología buscando aportar a que la educación sea entendida como relación de las realidades de la sociedad y la comunidad del niño.

Congruence properties of Taylor coefficients of modular forms

In their work, Serre and Swinnerton-Dyer study the congruence properties of the Fourier coefficients of modular forms. We examine similar congruence properties, but for the coefficients of a modified Taylor expansion about a CM point τ. These coefficients can be shown to be the product of a power of a constant transcendental factor and an algebraic integer. In our work, we give conditions on τ and a prime number p that, if satisfied, imply that pm divides the algebraic part of all the Taylor coefficients of f of sufficiently high degree. We also give effective bounds on the largest n such that pm does not divide the algebraic part of the nth Taylor coefficient of f at τ that are sharp under certain additional hypotheses.

The transcendence of time in the epistemology of observation from a phenomenological standpoint

In this article I deal with time as a notion of epistemological content associated though with the notion of a subjective consciousness co-constitutive of physical reality. In this phenomenologically grounded approach I attempt to establish a 'metaphysical' aspect of time, within a strictly epistemological context, in the sense of an underlying absolute subjectivity which is non-objectifiable within objective temporality and thus non-susceptible of any ontological designation. My arguments stem, on the one hand, from a version of quantum-mechanical theory (History Projection Operator theory, HPO theory) in view of its formal treatment of two different aspects of time within a quantum context. The discrete, partial-ordering properties (the notions of before and after) and the dynamical-parameter properties reflected in the wave equations of motion. On the other hand, to strengthen my arguments for a transcendental factor of temporality, I attempt an interpretation of some relevant conclusions in the work of J. Eccles ([5]) and of certain results of experimental research of S. Deahaene et al. ([2]) and others.

Central critical values of modular Hecke L-functions

We give an explicit formula for the central critical value L(1/2,π̂⊗χ) of the base-change lift π̂ to an imaginary quadratic field K of an automorphic representation π as the square of a finite sum of the values of a nearly holomorphic cusp form in π at elliptic curves with complex multiplication by K. As long as the transcendental factor of the value is a CM period, χ is basically any unitary arithmetic Hecke character of K inducing the inverse of the central character of π.

Musical and religious experiences and their relationship to happiness

Some 230 adults, many of whom were members of musical groups or churches or both, completed scales devised to describe the intensity of their emotional feelings for musical and church activities. Membership of both kinds of group was associated with enhanced scale scores and there were correlations between the corresponding scales, showing that the two kinds of experience are quite similar. There were also differences: musical experiences were more intense for most items, including those that have traditionally been used to assess the mystical aspects of religious experience. Factor analyses of the two sets of items, augmented with further musical and religious items, found that while social and mystical factors appeared in both, the religious items also produced a transcendental factor, whereas the musical items produced a factor related to challenge and performance. The relationships between the intensity scores and overall happiness as measured by the Oxford happiness inventory (OHI) were weak, although there were correlations between the social factor of the OHI and the social factors of the musical and religious items. This suggests that it is the social aspect of these activities which generates well-being. The transcendental religious factor had a small but negative correlation with happiness.

Teaching of transcendence in physics

Efforts aimed at showing that modern physics points to a truly transcendental factor as the explanation of the universe should be welcomed by those who have urged the teaching of physics in a broad cultural context. Those efforts may profit from the following guidelines: avoid the antiontological basis of the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics; make much of the reality of the universe and its enormous degree of specificity as revealed by general relativity and the cosmic background radiation; exploit Gödel’s incompleteness theorems against any grand unified theory proposed as if it were true a priori and necessarily; and realize that the design argument always presupposes the validity of the cosmological argument.

On the periods of abelian integrals and a formula of Chowla and Selberg

Given an imaginary quadratic field k of discriminant d , let E be an elliptic curve defined over Q, the algebraic closure of Q in C, which admits complex multiplication by some order in k. Let ~ be a non-zero differential of the first kind on E, defined over Q. We may consider ~o E as a holomorphic 1-form whose rational period lattice has dimension 1 over k; it is therefore reasonable to ask for the "transcendental factor" of this lattice. Since all curves with non-trivial multipliers in k are isogenous over Q, this factor will depend, up to an algebraic number, only on the field of multiplication. A lumped minority carrier storage model for transistors and diodes

Minority carrier storage in transistors has been treated by Ebers and Moll. In particular their results are convenient for estimation of storage delay in saturated transistors. The basic assumptions in their approach amount to use of the linear diffusion model of the transistor and to a rational approximation for the transcendental transport factor (approximately a ). The present paper shows that the same results can be arrived at from a lumping approximation of the diffusion process in the base region of the transistor. This approach makes possible some simple extensions applying to more complicated cases in addition to giving a novel view of the Ebers-Moll results. Here the key characteristic of behavior of the transistor used is linearity of the minority carrier density-current relationship. A five-element lumped model is used to duplicate the Ebers-Moll treatment. The element values are determined uniquely by the values for a_{N}, a_{I}, \omega_{N}, \omega_{I} , and I co . After the equilibrium conditions are solved in terms of the variables minority carrier density and current, voltage is brought in as a variable through the relationship p = p n , e qV/KT.
