COURSE «MANAGING CONFLICTS IN CRISIS CONDITIONS» IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SYSTEM OF SPECIALTIES 053 «PSYCHOLOGY»

The article presents an analysis of the theoretical and methodological aspects of teaching the educational discipline «Managing conflicts in crisis conditions». The role of the academic discipline in the system of professional training of students who obtain a master's degree in the specialty 053 «Psychology is determined». The goal of the educational discipline is determined, which consists of acquiring competences in resolving conflicts, developing the ability to predict and control conflict situations in difficult life conditions, and promoting significant progress on the path of professional improvement. The dominant tasks of studying the discipline are highlighted: getting closer to the understanding of the professional necessity of in-depth study of the nature of the emergence and development of various conflicts; identifying the causes of conflicts; using different tactics, and conflict resolution technologies; mastering psychological techniques for getting out of conflict situations. It is noted that the educational material of the discipline «Managing conflicts in crisis conditions» is divided into two content modules, namely: 1. Basics of conflict theory; content module 2. Conflict management in crisis conditions. It is emphasized that the lectures on the discipline «Management of conflicts in crisis conditions» are conducted taking into account the problematic nature, dialogic communication, activation of the thinking and speaking activity of the master's students, namely: lecture-discussions with posing problematic questions, which help to direct the attention of the master's students to the key issues of the topic of the lecture session. A description of the tasks that master's students perform during practical classes is provided. An important place in the process of psychological training of future specialists in crisis psychology is given to the use of multimedia tools. It is proven that mastering the discipline «Management of conflicts in crisis conditions» by master's students is important in the professional formation of a specialist in crisis psychology, as it provides the necessary knowledge and skills to manage conflicts in difficult life situations and reduces the psychological suffering of people experiencing crises. We see the prospects for further study of the problem in the generalization of innovative approaches to improving the professional competence of future specialists in crisis psychology. Informatization of the professional training of future teachers of physical education in the conditions of distance education

The article shows the importance of the use of new information technologies in the process of professional training of future teachers of physical education at the current stage of the development of society in the conditions of distance learning. The main directions and tasks regarding the use of info-communication and multimedia learning tools in the professional training of students from the specialty 014 Secondary education are defined. (physical culture). The educational component "sports-pedagogical informatics" was introduced into the educational process, the curriculum and diagnostic technology for assessing success according to the modular rating system for this course were developed. It has been established that the implementation of such innovative tasks in full will make it possible to significantly optimize the professional training of future specialists in the conditions of distance learning and to quickly integrate into the European educational space. In addition, the main stages of the introduction of computer and multimedia tools into the educational process of future teachers of physical culture are determined. The justified need to introduce the educational component "Sports and pedagogical informatics" into the educational process of students from the specialty 014 Secondary education (physical culture). Carrying out such innovative tasks in full will make it possible to significantly optimize the professional training of students in the specialty 014 Secondary education (physical education) in the conditions of distance learning.

Професійна спрямованість математичної підготовки студентів технічних спеціальностей у контексті фундаменталізації освітнього процесу

The article examines the peculiarities of mathematical training of future technical specialists in the context of fundamentalization of the educational process. The study of the definitions of fundamentalization, mathematical preparation was carried out, the main characteristic features of mathematical preparation, proposed by the researchers of the problem of mathematical preparation, were singled out. An analysis of the work of scientists dedicated to the selected research problem was carried out. It has been established that the mathematical training of future technical specialists is a dialectical combination of formed mathematical skills and abilities for their applied application and the direct process of forming these skills. The fundamentalization of mathematical training is considered to be the concept of improving mathematical training, in which basic mathematical invariants are selected for their further application in professional activities. To implement the approach of professional orientation of mathematical training of students of technical specialties, it is recommended to take into account the peculiarities of the construction of the course of higher mathematics and courses of special disciplines in order to enable the integration of educational material, as well as the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions. Based on the analysis of educational programs for students of various specialties of the Vinnytsia National Technical University, a conclusion was made about the difference in program results in mathematics for students of the same lecture stream. On the basis of which it is proposed to unify tasks of professional content. Examples of professional tasks from the "Theory of Probability" section are given.

Modern technologies and subject content of a foreign language course for future media specialists

Importance. The subject-language integrated approach is relatively new in the field of foreign language teaching methods. It pursues a dual goal related to the formation of professional communication skills in a foreign language (the formation of communicative and professional competencies). The application of the subject-language integrated approach faces several challenges related to both teachers and students. Firstly, the level of training of students should correspond to the B1B2 level. Secondly, the level of teacher training should combine the foreign language teaching with the specialized content teaching. The potential of the subject-language integrated approach in teaching foreign languages has already been applied and evaluated in the future doctors training, lawyers, and agricultural specialists.Research Methods. The subject-language integrated approach can be incorporated into the language training for future professionals in the media sphere (areas of training “Journalism”, “Advertising and Public Relations”, “Media Communications”). The professional component of the course is related not only to the thematic content of the classes, but also to the possibility of using modern technologies (for example, the artificial intelligence capabilities, virtual and augmented reality technologies) in the media products development within the framework of the training course with their subsequent discussion in the language being studied.Research Results. The subject-language integrated approach has obvious potential in the language training of future media specialists (areas of study “Journalism”, “Advertising and Public Relations”, “Media Communications”). The specialized subject content of the course, as well as the technologies and tools used in the practice of media specialists in the media products and advertising products development, along with language competencies, allow the formation of professional competencies.Conclusions. The aim of the research is to further investigate the potential of an integrated approach to the training of future media professionals. Of particular interest to the study is the identification of specific speech skills required for effective foreign language communication in the speech interaction professional sphere.

Динамика профессиональной идентичности студентов аграрного колледжа в процессе профессионального обучения

The study aimed to identify the dynamics of professional identity of students of an agricultural college in the process of their professional training. The study was carried out using the cross-sectional method. It involved students of the 1st (n = 42), 3rd (n = 38) and 4th (n = 36) years studying in the areas of agricultural education. To identify the features of the professional identity of respondents, the methodology of A.A. Ozerina was chosen, with the help of which the educational and professional plans of students studying in different years, their professional position, motivation, professional intentions, attitude to the acquired profession and its representatives, self-assessment of themselves as a future specialist were studied. It was revealed that professional training has a positive effect on the formation of professional identity in students of an agricultural college, which is reflected in its positive dynamics from the first to the third year. However, in the final year, due to the crisis of professional training, there is a decrease in the number of students ready to build a professional career in the agro-industrial complex. The study concludes that in the process of professional training of future specialists in the agro-industrial complex, it is necessary to develop and implement targeted programs to form their professional focus on work in the field of the acquired profession. The main areas of such programs should be the development of educational and professional motivation, subjective position, the formation of a positive attitude to the acquired profession through overcoming the stereotypical image of an agricultural worker, fixed in the mass consciousness, the ability and readiness of students to independently and maturely choose their professional future.

PECULIARITIES OF TEACHING THE DISCIPLINE "ORTHOPEDIC DENTISTRY, INCL. IMPLANTATION" SPP DENTISTRY AT MILITARY CONDITION

In the conditions of rapid development of modern dentistry, the providing of high-quality dental services is extremely important and requires the presence of qualified specialists. Therefore, their acquisition of professional competences should take place starting from the student ranks. Educational discipline "Orthopedic dentistry, incl. implantation" OPP Dentistry is studied by students during 3-5 courses and ensures that students acquire integral, general and professional competencies for the future provision of high-quality dental consultations and services with the use and application of modern aesthetic orthopedic structures for the replacement of partial and complete defects of the dentition, as well as elimination of pathology, which contributes to the occurrence of defects in the hard tissues of the teeth. In addition, the process of examining patients in order to establish a diagnosis and draw up a treatment plan is important. Therefore, the application of the latest teaching methods includes a combination of both theoretical knowledge and practice and consolidation of acquired and properly mastered practical skills. The education of foreign students is of great importance, which, in connection with military actions and constant air alerts caused by the danger caused by the activity of enemy strategic aviation taking place in our country, is conducted in a mixed format (online for students who are at home (by border) and offline for foreign students living and studying in Ukraine) using innovative multimedia teaching methods. The constant and continuous development of modern technologies in the field of stomatology also requires the introduction of the latest training tools and methods associated with the use of modern methods and technological support. All these challenges today are combined with student education, which takes place under martial law and requires a special approach. Therefore, it is important to provide education seekers with proper professional and safe learning conditions, which will make it possible to fully and comprehensively provide a comprehensive complex of both theoretical and practical training of future dental specialists. Thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the clear consolidation and mutual cooperation of teachers and students, the learning process not only does not stop, but also continues to develop productively, making it possible to provide and provide a sufficient amount of professional competences under the condition of simultaneous and parallel objective control of the acquisition and consolidation of appropriate level of knowledge of students of all courses and areas of dentistry. The purpose of the study is directed to the organization and implementation of the latest teaching methods with the maximum use of modern equipment and methods while respecting life safety. Materials and methods. The Department of Orthopedic Dentistry of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University implements the educational program "Orthopedic Dentistry, incl. implantation" SPP Dentistry in military time conditions, aimed at students' acquisition of integral, general and professional competencies for the future provision of high-quality dental services. Research results. They indicate the need to introduce the latest actions and methods of training in connection with the constant development of modern technologies in the branch of dentistry. The conclusions of this study indicate the presence of feedback from students who is interested and stimulated by a new approach in studying, combined with real clinical cases and modern methods of their treatment and orthopedic treatment.

Comparison of Croup Management Patterns between Pediatricians and Emergency Medicine Physicians: A Single Pediatric Emergency Department Study

Background/Objectives: With the advent of the field of pediatric emergency medicine, studies on the differences in treatment patterns between pediatricians and emergency medicine (EM) physicians in various pediatric conditions have been accumulating. This study aimed to compare croup (acute laryngotracheobronchitis) management patterns between pediatricians and EM physicians to enhance pediatric emergency care and inform the training of future specialists. Methods: A retrospective review of medical records was conducted for 1676 previously healthy children diagnosed with croup who visited a single pediatric emergency department (PED) of a tertiary university-affiliated hospital in South Korea, from March 2019 to February 2023. Patient characteristics, management patterns, and the impact of physician specialty on emergency care were analyzed. Results: EM physicians used injected dexamethasone monotherapy in 30.54% of the cases, more frequently than the 3.57% among pediatricians. In contrast, pediatricians used a combination of nebulized epinephrine and dexamethasone in 88.29% of the cases, compared with 67.71% for EM physicians. The appropriate use of nebulized epinephrine based on the Westley Croup Score was significantly higher in the EM physician group (77.64% vs. 57.89%, p < 0.001). Pediatricians also prescribed oral antibiotics and corticosteroids more frequently (25.13% vs. 3.13% and 81.54% vs. 22.69%, respectively; p < 0.001 for both). Despite these differences, there were no significant disparities in PED length of stay or 48 h revisit rates. Conclusions: EM physicians adhered more closely to currently accepted management algorithms for croup management. These findings underscore the need for standardized, evidence-based pediatric emergency care and provide valuable insights for training programs in this field.

Analysis of the impact of mechanisms of integration of university science into the regional innovation system on the spatial development of the Voronezh region

Relevance. University science is the basis for the progressive development of the regions of the Russian Federation, providing new knowledge and ideas, turning knowledge into technology and accelerated development of the cultural environment. The introduction of scientific research into the educational process is necessary and important conditions for maintaining the high professional level of teachers, the formation of professional competencies, and advanced training of future specialists. In the last few years, the main economic processes have demonstrated positive dynamics, which indicates the effectiveness of the implemented strategy of socio-economic development of the region, as well as an effective policy of spatial development of the territory are key factors in achieving a positive trend in the development of the region. Minister of Science and Higher Education V.N. Falkov in April 2024 He stated the need to transform the higher education system, focusing on specialized higher education based on an interdisciplinary approach that will more effectively integrate university science into regional spatial development and the national innovation system.The purpose of the study is to determine the mechanisms of integration of university science in the spatial development of the Voronezh region through the innovation system.Objectives: to analyze the impact of the mechanisms of integration of university science on the trends of spatial development; to analyze scientific and technological development; to formulate the main conclusions about university science as part of the socio-economic system of the territory.Methodology. The general scientific methods of logical analysis, method of desk research, method of systematization, descriptive method were used in the study. Results. The study revealed the key factors that contributed to the positive dynamics of the economy of the Voronezh region and considered the mechanisms of integration of university science into the regional innovation system.Conclusions. In the realities of scientific and technological development there is a need to improve the methods of integration of university science into the regional innovation system, and recommendations related to the optimization of spatial development of the Voronezh region in order to improve the quality and attractiveness of university science on the basis of innovative aspects functioning in the region have been proposed.

Retrospective analysis of the problem of training information security specialists

It is advisable to analyze scientific research in any field in retrospect of the issue under consideration, to correlate modern problems with its historical prerequisites and on the basis of this to trace possible trends in its development. Retrospective analysis is one of the main scientific methods for conducting historiographical analysis. The article examines the chronology of events in the field of training specialists in information protection, which allowed us to identify six stages of the formation and development of this problem in pedagogical science and practice, to determine the features and main directions of training future specialists in the field of information protection in Russia and abroad, identifying correspondences in the development of the national information protection system and the content of modern training of specialists. Based on the conducted retrospective analysis, it was revealed that the change in the requirements for ensuring information security is due to the level of development of information technologies, and the stages of training specialists are related to the real situation of their demand in the process of ensuring information security.

МОДЕЛЬ ФОРМУВАННЯ ГОТОВНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ З ТУРИЗМУ ДО ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ У ПРОФЕСІЙНОМУ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОМУ ПРОСТОРІ

The presented material of this study is a justification and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the model of training future tourism specialists for activities in the professional information space. The basis of the developed model of training future specialists is their readiness for activities within the information space of tourism. According to the hypothesis and purpose of the research, the readiness of future specialists to work in the professional infospace is a multidimensional phenomenon and includes a number of individual components, including motivational, cognitive, technological, personal, and complex indicators. The results of checking the effectiveness of the developed model of formation of readiness are presented through indicators of the level of formation of the components of the readiness of future tourism specialists for activities in the professional information space and a comprehensive indicator. The distribution of students according to the following levels of formation of readiness components at the ascertainment and control stages of the research was determined: creative, reconstructive, reproductive. The probability of differences in the results of students in the control and experimental groups at both stages of the study was assessed using the Fisher angular transformation criterion. It has been proven that, according to the results of the control section, the indicators of the formation of the components and the comprehensive indicator of the readiness of future specialists of the control and experimental groups at the end of the study have statistically significant differences. This indicates the presence of a close relationship between the implemented measures of the formative experiment (theoretical and practical mastering of the special course, individual content modules and topics from information systems and technologies in tourism) and the improvement of the formation of the components of the readiness of future tourism specialists to work within the professional space of tourism. The average indicators of the formation of readiness components and the corresponding complex indicator were significantly higher among the students of the experimental group. The effectiveness of the hypothesis formulated at the beginning of the research and the effectiveness of the model of training future tourism specialists for activities in the professional information space have been fully confirmed.

Artificial intelligence as a means of developing creativity in future technology teachers.

The article considers and analyzes the possibilities of using artificial intelligence (CatGPT, AI) in the training of future specialists, namely for the development of creativity in future technology teachers. The key aspects that should be taken into account and used for the development of creativity are identified, and possible disadvantages of this innovative technology are noted. The rapid development of artificial intelligence has burst into almost all spheres of life, we focused on the use of some AI tools in the training of future technology teachers and the development of their creativity. We analyzed several approaches to using CatGPT to facilitate the organization of classes. Such as: idea generation, scenario building, storytelling and role-playing, problem-solving exercises, creative writing and documentation, interactive learning modules, individual learning paths, innovative challenges that help future teachers gain practical experience and adapt faster to the modern requirements of pedagogical practice. In the article, we offer several working tools from our own "piggy bank" and the principles of their use. The article highlights the current state of AI use in the educational environment and provides recommendations for practicing teachers on the effective use of artificial intelligence technologies. We are convinced that the use of artificial intelligence in the development of creativity of future technology teachers has an important impact on the personal development of creative potential. By using artificial intelligence, we can ensure the active participation of students in the learning process. AI tools stimulate curiosity, promote active research, experimentation, and problem solving. However, along with the great opportunities for using artificial intelligence, there are also threats such as the loss of the human factor, the dissemination of personal data, and financial losses. Therefore, for a good result in the development of creativity of future technology teachers, it is necessary to take into account all the advantages and disadvantages of using AI using strategies balanced between opportunities and challenges.

Сombat operations model of a single self-propelled artillery system for the computer game ARMA 3

Military computer games are an important segment of the world media culture and media business. In addition to the entertainment aspect, military simulators play an important role in the training of future military specialists. However, quite often the scenario component of military gaming lags behind the rapid development of real military equipment. World experience of military conflicts of the 21st century shows that the most intensively developing segment of ground forces weapons is its artillery component. In this paper, a model of combat use of a new generation artillery system is developed. The model is intended for modification of the military game ARMA 3. The new generation artillery system is a large-caliber gun with a high level of automation. It has a high rate of fire, maneuverability, and shooting accuracy. Due to these qualities, the new generation artillery system is comparable in combat power to a unit of traditional guns and can carry out combat operations in single mode. A technique has been developed for dynamically assessing the current combat capability of an artillery system, taking into account the resource costs during fire activity, including indirect hits by the enemy. It is shown that in addition to traditional tactical counter-battery tasks, an artillery system can be used to destroy a suddenly emerging high-risk target. A high-risk target is a non-artillery system capable of causing very large damage in a short period of time. Based on the method of dynamically assessing the current combat capability, a tree of artillery system states is constructed. It includes the most probable states of the artillery system and the corresponding design parameters. A ratio is obtained that allows, for a known state of the artillery system, to estimate the number of shots needed to hit the target with the required guaranteed probability. Calculated examples show that a new-generation artillery system is capable of destroying a high-risk target, sometimes even at the cost of its own loss. The developed model is implemented and is being tested as a mod for the war game ARMA 3.

SYSTEM CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF THE ENGINEERING TROOPS

The specifics of the educational process of military educational institutions (combination of military and civilian specialties in one educational program; the need to acquire a volume of knowledge that enables a graduate to solve military-professional tasks without experience of performing official duties) necessitates changes to the military-professional training of cadets, in particular, future specialists of engineering troops. The main purpose of article is to outline the basic system characteristics of the professional training of future engineering troops. During the work on the article, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the research problem for the selection and understanding of didactic material; critical analysis of concepts, theories and methods in order to determine ways to solve the problem under study. The generated changes should be implemented systematically and cover the entire process of military professional training of military engineers; to take into account the key requirements for the training of future specialists of the engineering troops (correspondence of the content of the engineering training to the nature of the service and combat activities of the troops and the tasks being performed, to the features of the areas of future actions; the study of scientific achievements, the experience of engineering support for the operations of the troops during martial law in various conditions and their introduction into the practice of engineering training; effective use and development of educational material base). The system characteristics of the training of future specialists of engineering troops are, in particular, compliance by military educational institutions and special training centers with a set of requirements of educational and professional standards. These standards reflect the vision of the state, society and the Ministry of Defense of the integral personality of future specialists of engineering troops. The system levers of improving the military professional training of military engineers include the improvement of the quality of military training of mobilized and servicemen, as a certain balanced compliance with the needs of the state, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the higher military school. Realization of the potential of information technologies is an important factor in the innovation of training of military engineers. The use of information technologies usually involves a change in the actual logic of the educational (training) process, the vector of which is already directed not from theory to practice, but from gaining new experience to its theoretical awareness. At the same time, increasing the efficiency of training military specialists is made possible by intensifying the process of understanding, assimilation, and creative application of knowledge when solving practical tasks. Intensification of the process of professional training of future specialists of the engineering forces in the conditions of an electronic informational educational environment is implemented by: ensuring the necessary access to sources of information that expands the boundaries of the worldview of listeners and cadets; creation of conditions and opportunities for quick and effective search, processing, analysis, and saving of the necessary information.

Professional self-determination in the conditions of studying for a master's degree

Introduction. The article is devoted to one of the most urgent problems of modern education – the professional self-determination of undergraduates in the process of university education. The article provides a historical and pedagogical analysis of the state and development of the problem of professional self-determination in Russia from the 20s of the last century to the present. In the context of the formation of a new system of higher pedagogical education in Russia, the authors attempt to consider the professional self-determination of future masters as the need for their effective professional training. Materials and Methods. As research methods, the method of analysis and systematization of psychological and pedagogical theoretical and experimental and scientific and methodological studies of domestic scientists on the problem of professional development of a future specialist in the conditions of modern domestic higher education system was used. When describing the specifics of the professional training of undergraduates, the emphasis is placed on the use of methods of systematization and generalization of psychological and pedagogical research and regulatory documents. Results. Considering the professional self-determination of future specialists as the need for their professional training, based on the analysis of philosophical and psychological and pedagogical research, the authors clarified and specified the key categories of research: "self-determination", "professional self-determination", "readiness for self-determination". The article reveals the features of modern learning youth at different levels of professional self-determination. The types of self-determination (professional, social, personal, family, life, religious, etc.) are identified. Such important aspects of vocational training as: changes in the content of vocational training of a university student, the influence of socio-cultural factors on the professional training of future specialists, the formation of competencies and competence, the psychological component of vocational training in the educational environment of the university are revealed. Discussion and Conclusions. The problem of professional self-determination of undergraduates at the present stage of development of society and the creation of a new system of Russian pedagogical education in the context of globalization and digitalization is significantly updated and requires the search for new forms and methods of professional training of specialists.

Features of Psychosomatic Symptoms in the Health Profile of Students

Introduction. Professional training of future specialists involves not only acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities and development of professionally important qualities, but also prevention of somatoform disorders among students that is understood as a tendency to feel, experience and report the presence of educational and professional stress in the form of physical symptoms, in particular, symptoms of anxiety. Leveling out psychosomatic symptoms that negatively affect the skin, respiratory, digestive, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal systems of students will serve as the basis for a psychological prevention program. Purpose. The goal was to identify the features of psychosomatic symptoms in the health profile of students. Methods and materials. A total of 654 adult students from Moscow universities participated in the study on a voluntary basis. In order to identify health conditions and physical symptoms reflecting the response to negative factors and hidden emotions, the participants were asked to fill out two questionnaires: “How healthy are you?” elaborated by O.P. Novykh and “Psychosomatics of our life,” developed by I.K. Odintsov. Then, the data were processed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the Chaddock scale. Results. The following features of psychosomatic symptoms were revealed: average health condition characterized by an above-average level of disorders of the digestive system and negative skin reactions; average level of disorders of the cardiovascular system and general somatization indicators; below-average level of disorders of the respiratory system and the musculoskeletal system.

Modern Specialist Training Within the Context of the Problem-Based and Informational Approach (Exemplified by Teaching a Foreign Language)

Today’s challenges modern society deal with require the use of an international language to solve problems of an economic, political, scientific, academic, and sociocultural nature. The authors highlight the importance of a foreign language knowledge emphasizing its additional resources for the professional development of future specialists. The paper subject is the process of foreign language teaching within the frame of a problem-based and informational approach while training university students. The authors look at the process of foreign language mastering at different education levels and analyze the components of the discipline work programs such as “Foreign Language”, Foreign Language in Professional Sphere”, “Foreign Language for Scientific Communication”. The paper theoretical significance is presented by the analysis of the basic concepts of problem-based learning and its importance not only for the successful mastering of a foreign language, but also for the successful vocational training of future specialists who meet all the requirements of the global labor market. The authors also substantiate the relevance of foreign language training for students in the frame of the problem-based and informational approach, and also present the specifics of its implementation. The practical significance of the work is demonstrated by the series of problem-based tasks using different models of problem-based situations for teaching foreign language reading and listening. According to the researchers, such tasks can be used both for developing a foreign language communicative competence and professional qualities of future specialists who have creative thinking and are able to cope with any problems in various non-standard situations in different spheres of human activity.

Preparing for Primary Specialized Accreditation in a Simulation Center: Assessments of Students who Studied in the Foreign Language

An anonymous survey of 40 foreign students from medical universities in a number of Russian cities who studied in an intermediary language showed not only the high level of the program for preparing for primary specialized accreditation implemented at the Center for Electronic Medical Education of the Volgograd State Medical University, but also the problems of students with knowledge of the Russian language, which, in general, reduces the effectiveness of training future specialists (in particular, therapists).

TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS FOR THE USE OF STEM LABORATORIES IN PRIMARY EDUCATION

The article discusses the preparation of future specialists for the use of a STEM laboratory at the initial stage and is based on determining the effectiveness in accordance with the results of research. Scientific papers, state regulatory documents and programs that reveal the content of the topic on the issue of training future specialists to use STEM laboratories in primary education are analyzed. The possibilities of the process of training future specialists to use the STEM laboratory in primary education are determined.In the preparation of future primary school specialists, the problem of organizing students’ research activities at a high level through the development of their creative and intellectual potential is considered. The effective use of the STEM laboratory in primary school, the effectiveness of the implementation of research activities of students in teaching using STEM technology has been established.In order to reveal the research topic, based on the analyzed scientific papers, special surveys were obtained with the participation of primary school teachers in order to determine the possibility of using STEM laboratory by future specialists in primary education. In addition, as a result of the theoretical differentiation of scientific papers, the content and effectiveness of the use of the STEM laboratory in education are methodically determined in the article, and the possibilities of its’ application are analyzed. The features of STEM education in primary grades are determined. The scientific novelty lies inthe interrelated theoretical and methodological consideration of the possibilities of preparing future specialists for the use of STEM laboratories in primary education.

Organizing activities of student associations in higher education institutions of Russia and China

Introduction. Student associations of higher education institutions contribute to successful socialization and early professionalization. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that designing educational and upbringing programs for future bachelors and masters of social work at the university, great importance is to be attached to professionally focused student associations. The study aims to develop and test the authors' practice-oriented methodology for training future specialists in social work in the context of student associations of higher education institutions using the example of Russia and China. Materials and methods. To determine the readiness of students for professional activities in the context of student associations, the authors conducted a survey based on the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Kostroma State University; it lasted from September to December 2023 and involved 1-4 year students (100 people) specializing in social work. Research methods and techniques were: content analysis of documents, frequency analysis, observation, survey, questionnaires and experience generalization. Results. The authors’ methodology for organizing student associations activities was developed; psychological and pedagogical conditions necessary for the training of future bachelors of social work were experimentally tested and clarified. The authors conducted a comparative analysis of how student associations activities in universities in Russia and China are organized. The abovementioned authors' methodology helps students form meanings and values: professional experience (23.25%); communication with friends (19.77%); social support and assistance to people in difficult life situations (15.11%); participation and organization of work forms related to professional activity (12.79%); obtaining new knowledge (9.30%), emotions (4.65%); teamwork (6.98%); visiting professionally focused institutions (3.49%). Conclusion. The ‘Social Work’ educational program includes practices of the following student associations: Abilympics, PROVICH, Studaktiv, Student Scientific Community in the Social Work Training Program ‘#SR’, and Chinese Student Association of Kostroma State University. Organizing activities of student associations is held in accordance with the following pedagogical conditions: assistance of the head of the student association in searching for variability in professional self-determination; psychological and pedagogical conditions; organizational and pedagogical conditions (external): internal environment of student association’s activities (pedagogical potential: managerial, educational, existential); the level of comfort students enjoy when working in the student association program; external environment of the student association (social partners, employers, social protection institutions, etc.); as well as internal psychological and pedagogical conditions (subjective conditions that contribute to the formation of personal psychological mechanisms of professional development).

Preparing future physical culture and sports specialists for fitness training

Nowadays, fitness is actively developing, in particular: functional training and personal training. Fitness coaches of sports teams use fitness means in general physical preparation. During the classes, various methods of structuring the session are used, including the EMOM regime. This is the performance of physical exercises in a mode where each subsequent exercise starts from a new minute, rest until the end of this minute, and then from the new next minute a new exercise in turn from the complex. The work presents outlines of training sessions where the given mode acts as a training influence. One of the features of the activity of a physical culture and sports specialist in professional activity, especially in fitness as a trainer, is the ability to compile a lesson plan. Therefore, at the current stage, a coach is a specialist who should be in constant diverse development, including in the context of theoretical-methodological and practical training, in particular fitness training and forming the ability to compile a lesson plan. Therefore, an important condition in the preparation of future specialists in the specialty 017 Physical culture and sport is the formation of this type of readiness in the process of education. The purpose of the work. Develop functional training fitness lesson plans that are relevant in the fitness training of future physical culture and sports specialists. Recommend the implementation of model fitness lessons in the presented outlines, both in personal training and in general physical preparation of athletes. The methodology of the study involved the use of the basics of sports training, analysis and synthesis, updating, description. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the relevant aspects of functional training that are appropriate to apply in personal training and general physical preparation in sports have been singled out. Outlines of fitness lessons have been developed as theoretical-methodological preparation of future physical culture and sports specialists in fitness training. Materials and methods. During the collection of information, observations and development of lesson plans for fitness training of future physical culture and sports specialists, conversations with fitness trainers (n=32) were held. Conclusions. A coach in fitness is a certain type of role model. Thus, in addition to presenting a clear and professionally compiled lesson plan, the coach demonstrates exercises, makes adjustments, changes tasks, training impact, and so on. The process takes place permanently and requires constant self-analysis, self-development, and self-improvement. Therefore, in the process of obtaining education, learners should be trained not only physically but also methodically, for training to compile an outline as well.
