Ways of forming the socio-psychological competence of sociology students in the course of training in higher education institutions

The existing uncertainties in modern social life cause personal and mental stress in the field of communication and joint activities of people. The subject of the research is socio-psychological competence of sociology students. The purpose of the work is to study the existing ways of forming this competence in the process of teaching students at higher education institutions. In turn, in order to achieve the original purpose, the authors formulated the following objectives: to identify the current problems connected to the social competence, to consider the existing psychological culture of sociology students, and to explore the contemporary approaches to the formation of professional competence of sociology students. In order to fulfill the purpose and the corresponding objectives, the authors studied scientific articles written by other Russian researchers as a methodological basis and also considered the information contained on the Internet. Due to its own specifics, the topic is used in the process of teaching students at higher education institutions. This topic has been relevant throughout history, and therefore it seems necessary to continue research in this field. According to the research results, the following conclusions were made. The existence of ways of forming the professional competence of a future specialist allows us to identify options for improving the socio-psychological competencies of sociology students in the process of training at higher education institutions. Due to diverse approaches, it is possible to determine the manifestation of personal psychological culture most accurately. Educational institutions at the same time act as one of the main factors that influence socialisation and formation of the psychological culture of a sociology student during their education.

Актуальные компоненты цели иноязычной подготовки специалистов в образовательных организациях высшего образования МВД России: традиционные и современные аспекты

Introduction. In today’s complex social and political environment the objectives of foreign-language training need to be rethought in order to solve current educational problems. The conducted analysis of the traditional components of the goal of foreign language training in higher education institutions of non-linguistic universities allowed to identify deficiencies in theory and practice. The main traditional vectors of research in the field of improvement of foreign language training have been established: communicative aspect; integration of foreign language and vocational education; familiarization with the culture of the countries of the studied language. Methods. The study used theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, classification, analogy, included observation. Results. Educational potential of the discipline «Foreign language», in addition to solving traditional problems of formation and development of foreign language and communicative skills, consists of the possibility of its use for the development of universal and professional competencies, as well as personal development in professional activities. The foreignlanguage training of future migration officers, which is in its formative period, is no exception. The author substantiates a new, corresponding to modern realities, goal and objectives of foreign language training as a part of the future migration officers training for professional activity. In order to implement the expanded objective of foreign language training in this way, a revision of its methodological basis is necessary. The article justifies efficient application of humanitariananthropological, hermeneutic and competently-oriented methodological approaches.

Policy for the formation of social consciousness during students training in educational institutions: pedagogical aspect

This article analyzes and proposes improvements to the policy of developing social consciousness during training in higher educational institutions. Furthermore, it focuses on the pedagogical aspect of this issue. Developing social consciousness is crucial in shaping modern specialists. These specialists must possess not only developed practical and theoretical professional skills, but also a high level of empathy and social awareness. The research employs the IDEF0 functional modeling method, a novel approach that goes beyond simply listing key stages. Instead, it demonstrates the place and role of additional elements within the process. As a result, a model system for enhancing the policy of developing social consciousness in higher education institutions was formed. The study acknowledges a limitation: it solely considers processes for improving pedagogical methods among students with a pedagogical profile. Future research plans to expand this study to encompass other higher education institutions.

ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ТА СЕРТИФІКАЦІЇ ПРОЄКТНИХ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ В УКРАЇНІ

The article raises questions about the peculiarities of professional training of project managers and their certification in Ukraine. An overview of the market of educational services for the training of specialists in the field of project management is provided. The features of the activities of the leading organizations of additional education and training (certification) in this area, operating in Ukraine or providing services online, are described. A brief description of the demand in this area of training in higher education institutions of Ukraine under educational and professional programmes of the first level of education (bachelor's degree) within the specialty 073 - "Management" is given. The authors analyses the Ukrainian market of educational services to identify higher education institutions that provide training in project management. To achieve this goal, a content analysis was conducted using the Unified State Electronic Database of Education. The requirements for international certification of project management specialists, associations involved in the development of competencies in this field of knowledge are considered. The advantages of certified specialists are presented. Certification of specialists is aimed at achieving the following objectives: determination and confirmation of the level of competence of specialists to ensure their competitiveness in the Ukrainian and foreign markets of services in the field of project management; protection of legal entity engaged in the field of project management from incompetent and dishonest specialist; assistance to legal entities engaged in the field of project management in the selection and recruitment of competent specialists. A certified project management specialist must meet the established international requirements, which cover: professional knowledge; skills and abilities; personal qualities and ethical code of the project manager. The authors substantiate the need for highly qualified project managers in the new realities of martial law, who will contribute to the rapid recovery of the economy and the country after significant destruction.

ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ У СТУДЕНТІВ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТІ "МАРКЕТИНГ"

During professional training, future marketers study the demand for goods and services and analyse the economic activity of enterprises to maintain their competitiveness. They must possess a sufficient level of professional competence, which includes developing the company's business process planning technology. This research presents the results of a pedagogical experiment on the formation of professional competence of future marketers during professional training using the information system "BAS. Retail". The study was conducted at the State University of Trade and Economics. The authors describe a technology for training future marketers using an information system that includes a complex of conceptual, diagnostic-corrective, substantive, technological, and effective components. The hypothesis of the study is that marketers need knowledge and skills to solve financial and economic tasks successfully. This will enable them to analyse and correct their professional activities consciously. The research was conducted using the methods of theoretical generalization and modelling, as well as ascertaining and formative experiments. The object of the study is the process of developing the professional competence of future marketers during professional training in higher education institutions. The subject of the study is the technology of training future marketers during professional training using an information system. A model for developing the professional competence of future marketers during their training has been created. The concept of "professional competence of future marketers" has been clarified, and a training technology for future marketers has been developed for the first time using the information system "BAS. Retail". The practical significance of the conducted research lies in the development and implementation of the author's methodical recommendations for conducting practical classes in the discipline "Information systems in retail". The effectiveness of the developed teaching technology was confirmed according to the results of the pedagogical experiment, and the prospects for further research were determined.

PREPARATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS FOR BENEVOLENCE AND VOLUNTEERISM IN TIMES OF WAR

The Ukrainian education system today faces extremely complex challenges, including a full-scale war that has been ongoing since 2014. Despite Russia's full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, the Ukrainian education system continues to actively develop. The purpose of this article is to analyze certain aspects of preparing future teachers for benevolence and volunteerism in times of war. Emphasis is placed on the need to address the challenges of professional preparation in the face of modern challenges, focusing on shaping future teachers as nationally conscious patriots and citizens of Ukraine. To cultivate such individuals, it is necessary to draw upon Christian morality, as Christianity serves as a formative factor that enriches and strengthens one's spirit. Benevolence and charity are principles rooted in Christianity, qualities that have been intrinsic to Ukrainian culture throughout history, and values that should be particularly pronounced in professionals. These qualities are nurtured through students' participation in various charitable activities, diverse forms of philanthropy, and volunteer work. The results of active volunteer activities by students of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and Ivan-Frankivsk College of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University lead to the conclusion that benevolence is being cultivated in them during their professional training in higher education institutions during wartime. This benevolent activity by students and teachers holds special significance in terms of support and assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), working with temporarily displaced persons' children, volunteer activities at the Gifted Child University, organizing master classes and sessions aimed at comprehensive personal development. Continuous support from the teaching staff and students in various forms of charitable activities, diverse forms of philanthropy, and active participation in volunteer organizations, among other efforts, attests to the widespread charitable movement in Ukraine, with educators and students at the forefront as volunteers and benefactors.

Research on the Decision-Making Mechanism of Human Capital Investment in the Behavior of “Returning to School for a Master Degree”—An Interview Analysis Based on Grounded Theory

Currently, it has become increasingly common for individuals engaged in social work to pursue a Master’s degree as part of their professional development. Following the qualitative research approach of grounded theory, this study conducted in-depth interviews with six graduate students majoring in education from local universities and performed a three-level coding analysis on the collected data. The motivations behind social candidates’ pursuit of a Master’s degree are primarily driven by material needs, spiritual aspirations, and other factors. Drawing upon the human capital theory, this study examines the investment decision-making behavior of this particular cohort. The decision mechanism underlying this behavior is as follows: the anticipated income level associated with a master’s degree surpasses the current income level; the expected return on investment outweighs the investment cost; while human capital investment in graduate school entails minimal risk, its return rate exceeds that of other investments; substantial hidden benefits are derived from investing in human capital. The research findings can serve as a valuable reference for the reform and adjustment of graduate enrollment and training in higher education institutions.

Formation of future coaches' readiness to educate moral and volitional qualities in young athletes

The article reveals the problematic issues of modernization of the process of future coaches’ training in higher education institutions to form a personality capable of performing the role of a mentor in the education of moral and volitional qualities in pupils of children and youth sports schools. It has been proved that an important condition for the formation of a fully developed personality is its proper physical training, adherence to a healthy lifestyle, combining physical activity with human values and moral and volitional qualities. It has been established that the formation of students' moral and volitional qualities is based on the concept of “will” - the ability of a person to act actively and consciously in achieving the goal, overcoming internal and external difficulties. The will is considered as a mental human activity which is manifested in conscious and purposeful actions, struggle of motives, their choice, which precedes volitional action. Volitional actions have their own specific features: awareness, purposefulness, overcoming obstacles, initiating actions, the presence of volitional efforts, etc. For a future coach, these features are factors of successful overcoming difficulties in achieving the goal, self-improvement, focus on achieving the intended results by students. The purpose of the article is to determine the level of future coaches' readiness to develop moral and volitional qualities in pupils of children and youth sports schools. The component of forming the readiness of future coaches for the development of moral and volitional qualities in pupils of children and youth sports schools are pedagogical conditions: 1) transformation of the content of training of future specialists in higher education institutions; 2) ensuring positive motivation for the professional activity of future coaches; 3) use of active teaching methods in the process of professional training. The dynamics of future coaches' readiness for the development of moral and volitional qualities in pupils of children and youth sports schools showed that before the beginning of the formative experiment 39.7% of students had a low level of readiness, 37.8% - sufficient and 22.5% - high. At the end of the formative experiment, 31.8% of the experimental group remained at a low level, 41.9% at a sufficient level, and 26.4% at a high level. There were some differences in the number of respondents with low, sufficient and high levels, ranging from 16.0% to 28.5%. The development of moral and volitional qualities is an integral part of not only the educational process, but also the participation of the applicant in sports and recreational activities.

К вопросу о профессиональном здоровье социальных работников

The article considers modern aspects of professional health of social workers. Today, the practice of social services carries out a systematic transition from various aspects of social control and patronage to psychosocial technologies of personality-oriented and social interaction, psychological and social counseling, collective and individual work with requests from various social groups of the population and clients of social services in general. The main purpose of the type of professional activity of a social worker, according to the professional standard, is to provide social services to recipients of social services in order to improve living conditions and (or) expand their ability to independently provide for their basic life needs. Social workers, in the process of performing diverse work functions, may face various professional stresses and difficulties, which, in turn, may affect their professional health, the development of professional deformation and the occurrence of symptoms of professional burnout. The rather rapid pace of digital transformation of educational activities entails the need to transform approaches to the professional training of social workers in the context of understanding the basics of maintaining professional health as a subject of labor both during training in higher educational institutions and in the process of mastering additional professional programs. For already working social workers with a certain experience of social activity, in the context of maintaining professional health, it is advisable to implement programs of psychological and pedagogical support of professional activity. In constantly changing socio-economic conditions, social workers need to maintain their professional and personal potential, which will allow them to be involved in active social life and in professional activity.

FUTURE TEACHER'S OF GEOGRAPHICAL DISCIPLINES FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE IN THE MASTER'S PROGRAM (BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE OF POLTAVA V. G. KOROLENKO NATIONAL PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY)

The relevance of training teachers of higher education institutions in the conditions of the master's degree is due to changes in the national regulatory framework aimed at harmonizing with the European higher education system and expanding the scope of employment of graduates of specialty 014 "Secondary Education". The article substantiates the expediency, reveals the content, analyzes the methods and experience of forming the professional competence of a future teacher in the process of studying the discipline "Methods of teaching geographical disciplines in higher education" on the example of training masters of the educational program "Secondary Education (Geography)" at the Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University.It is proposed to divide the content of the discipline into two content modules: 1. Features of the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions. Designing the content of geographical disciplines. 2. Technologies and methods of teaching in the system of professional geographical training in higher education institutions. In mastering the program content of the discipline, the leading role is given to the implementation of competence-based practical tasks and tasks for independent work.When conducting practical classes, it is advisable to use information and communication technologies, in particular digital tools for developing interactive learning content (mind maps, word clouds, infographics, presentations), while respecting the principle of academic freedom of students in the selection of various applications and online applications.The specificity of studying geographical disciplines is the use of geoservices, which equip the teacher with a new didactic tool - interactive maps. Interactive forms of learning (debates, discussions, master classes) are used to form an individual teaching style.Having analyzed the approaches to revealing the structure of the professional competence of a higher education teacher, it has been found that the functions of teaching over research dominate among the teachers of Ukrainian higher education institutions, so it is necessary to aim students, as future teachers of geographical disciplines, at self-improvement in the functional areas that are accepted in the European educational space: development of the profile of a scientist through strengthening scientific work and publication activity, the ability to attract external funding for research, to popularize their own.

Training of Choreographers in Higher Education Institutions

The relevance of the study is determined by the active development of the pedagogical art branches, where the professional competence development of future choreographers and the development of their creative views becomes the main aspect of specialists training in higher education institution and involves the creation of the necessary conditions on the way to their creative growth and professionalism. In this regard, the purpose of the research work is to determine the features of the training of choreographers in higher education institution, their professional development in the context of educational activities, the professional competence development in the process of practical professional training, as well as to determine possible ways to overcome the professional crisis and destruction. The basis of the theoretical and methodological approach in this article is a qualitative combination of system analysis methods of choreographer training in higher education institutions with an analytical study of the professional competence development of future specialists in the art of dancing, where the use of modern approaches involves the use of innovative forms and means of learning to implement the educational concept regarding the professional development of choreographers. The article presents the results that reflect the problem of implementing the training of choreographers in higher education institution on the way to the professional qualities development of future specialists, their motivation for self-education, the development of creative abilities and creativity, as well as the necessary skills development for future productive professional activity. The obtained results of the research work are of practical value for educators of higher education institutions that train the specialists in the art of dancing, for the perspective of introducing and implementing the latest training approaches in the educational process, as well as for practical purposes for determining the development of professional qualities of future choreographers in higher education institutions.

TRAINING AIR TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGIES SPECIALISTS: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

The article is devoted to analysing the system of professional training of future specialists in air transport technologies in foreign higher technical education experience. The purpose of the article is to highlight the peculiarities of foreign experience in the formation of future aviation industry engineers professional competences under the influence of scientific and technical progress. Examples of aviation specialists theoretical and practical training in higher education institutions of the USA, Great Britain and the member-states of the European Union based on the use of innovative problem-oriented, distance and mixed learning methods, fruitful cooperation with stakeholders, taking into account the autonomy of educational institutions and the educational system flexibility are given. 
 Theoretical and empirical methods of comparative and generalizing analysis of different level academic programs (Bachelor’s & Master’s) and aviation specialists training experience have been used in the research. 
 Results.The system of the USA future pilots professional training effectively combines theoretical and practical types of activities, intensive use of computer technologies in the training process significantly improving its quality and effectiveness. According to the bachelor's and master's programs in aeronautical engineering presented by Great Britain higher technical education institutions, the training content involves an in-depth study of the flight practice basics and subjects of the professional orientation. The professional training of future specialists in air transport technologies in higher educational institutions of Germany is focused on integrated studying, practical training, internships and advanced training in airlines. The analysis of the international experience of future specialists in air transport technologies professional training shows that the characteristic features of training are the mandatory combination of theory and practice, with special emphasis on the professionally-oriented subjects in educational and professional programs, academic curricula, sufficient number of training hours for practice and internship in order to increase the future specialists competitiveness and attract experienced aviation experts to participate in the educational process.
 Conclusion. Thus, it was concluded that in higher technical education institutions of EU member states (Germany, France, Poland), USA and Great Britain, the content of future specialists in air transport technologies professional training is based on the relevant educational standards implemented in educational and professional training programs involving the inclusion of practice-oriented academic subjects. It should be noted that the educational process of training air transport technologies specialists in higher technical education institutions of foreign countries is based on the application of traditional and rationalistic models as well as the developmental training model.

Application of the Tabata system in the process of sectional work on judo wrestling in institutions of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The authors of scientific and methodological works note that the sectional training in various sports (in particular, judo wrestling) is one of the effective ways to optimize the process of the training of the cadets in the higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The search and application in the sectional training of the effective methods of the developing of the motor skills of the cadets is an important problem of the theory and methodology of the training in higher educational institutions with the specific learning conditions. The authors of the scientific and methodical works note that the "Tabata" training is currently one of the most effective and promising methods of training. The work is devoted to the study of the impact of the "Tabata" training on the level of the motor skills of the cadets in the process of judo wrestling training. A pedagogical experiment was organized during the work. Second-year cadets engaged in the judo wrestling section took part in the experiment. We studied the indicators of physical preparedness (level of endurance, strength and speed qualities) according to tests recommended by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The improvement of the indicators of the physical preparedness of the cadets in the process of the "Tabata" training was greater than the improvement of the physical preparedness during traditional training.

Finding Room for Indigenous Women in Educational Leadership: Why Structured Mentorship and Training Are Needed

While the educational system attempts to recover from the last few years of teacher attrition and lower enrollments in teacher education programs, there is an opportunity within adult education to both promote and mentor indigenous women in educational leadership roles by providing education, resources, and opportunities during their training. As long as indigenous women educators are still left out of academic leadership spaces, the lack of diverse voices of women in educational leadership is an issue worth exploring. A troubling lack of mentorship, support, and opportunities exacerbates the exclusion of indigenous women educational leaders. The purpose of this paper is to explore ways that adult education programs and human resource development interventions can and should help prepare indigenous women for positions in educational leadership. Educational leadership training in higher education institutions must include structured mentorship and networking programs, efforts to understand how indigenous women learn and lead, and an embracing of alternate, indigenous ways of leading.

Providing Education to the 1st Year Students at the Medical University in the Conditions of Martial State in Ukraine

Learning is a complex creative process based on the use of modern technologies and taking into account the psycho-physiological properties of an individual. The martial law introduced significant changes in the operation mode of higher education institutions in Ukraine. Therefore, the problem of organization and implementation training in higher education institutions is very relevant in current conditions. The purpose is the study and application of those modern forms and methods of education that would provide a sufficient level of knowledge in martial law, as well as the study of the peculiarities of student’s motivation in martial law. Methodology. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of sources about various teaching methods and generalization own experience of teaching Medical Biology in online format at Zaporizhzhia State Medical University. Results. It was implemented the interaction concept of higher education students with the teaching staff and educational activity was monitored, Zaporizhzhia State Medical University introduced a remote form of education using MS Teams and the edX platform. Based on Teams, the work was carried out to create and fill in online platforms with an educational material, a content visualization with a large amount of illustrative materials, video materials, packages of test tasks in MS Forms, along with educational methods adaptation, including interactive ones, to a distance form. Interactive distance learning means are very diverse. They include synchronous tools such as video conferencing and virtual classroom discussions, as well as asynchronous tools such as online forums and chats. Interactive distance learning means are crucial for several reasons: increasing contact, improving communication and collaboration, and contributing to a more dynamic and collaborative learning environment. While our teachers in real-time use synchronous interactive methods, asynchronous methods provide great flexibility for students regarding when and where they can participate in classes, that is especially important for students in complex real-world settings of martial law. Conclusions: Distance learning in modern higher education has become a forced alternative to traditional forms despite the difficulties ensuring the educational process under challenging conditions. Interactive means are becoming increasingly important in distance learning, as they help boost student’s communication and interaction, improve collaboration, and provide greater flexibility and convenience in the distance learning process for students and teachers. Modern technologies and means will be appropriate if we take into account the students’ psycho-physiological state and the degree of their motivation.

Сравнительный анализ основных направлений становления и развития высшего образования в Китае и России

In the conditions of international integration of national economies, the construction of education systems is also characterized by a focus on the establishment of uniform international standards. At the same time, each country has its own national characteristics, which are reflected in the construction of the education system, the implementation of training specialists in various fields of activity. Currently, there is an expansion of areas of cooperation between Russia and China. Cooperation takes on new forms and new aspects of interaction. The education system of Russia in the context of changing socio-economic development and the situation in the international arena, changes in interaction with various countries, requires reform of higher education, since it underlies the training of specialists capable of representing the interests of the country in the international arena. The development of international mobility programs for modern higher education in Russia and China makes the problem of studying the specifics of educational conditions in different countries and cultures extremely relevant. The countries have common borders and long-standing ties. They are characterized by interaction in all areas and directions: cultural, socio-economic, political. China is currently actively developing in the field of technology. This makes it possible to use the experience of training specialists, the methodology of organizing training in higher educational institutions and the development of curricula for higher professional education. The educational process should not only contribute to the training of specialists capable of developing international cooperation between Russia and China, but also form an objective idea of the ideological, intellectual, historical and cultural potential of the peoples of these states.

Professional training of coaches in the field of physical culture and sports

The article is devoted to the study of the features of professional training of bachelors of individual faculties of two institutions of higher education (HEI) for the best training of trainers and the possibility of additional specialization of a health-related nature. The work uses theoretical methods of analysis, analogy and comparison of educational programs, modelling and forecasting of theoretical and practical approaches to understanding the concepts of professional development of future coaches. Their training in higher education institutions and the preparation of an educational program (EP), in particular, in relation to the disciplines of the medical and biological cycle, especially in the context of physiological courses, which are important for the formation of the future trainer of modern theoretical knowledge on the peculiarities of the functioning of the body at various stages of its development and under the influence of stress factors, in particular, physical exertion. The formation of knowledge about the dynamics and nature of the relationships of various physiological systems of the body during physical exercise of varying degrees of complexity, the acquisition by students of the basic abilities and skills of assessing the functional state of the human body in connection with the influence of recreational and sports loads; assimilation of knowledge by students about the main mechanisms of programming, regulation and control of the most complex forms of conscious activity aimed at achieving goals, realizing intentions and implementing plans. Therefore, the disciplines of the medical-biological cycle of the specialty 017 Physical culture and sports cannot have less than 42 credits, or in the cycle of professional training their percentage was at least 27%, as it is in the EP at the coaching faculty of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the main educational and methodological centre in the field of physical education and sports.

Dual form of competence acquisition in the sphere of higher education: the global experience of implementation and integration of Ukraine

In the conditions of increased competition in the labor market, the task of improving the system of training qualified personnel in higher education is being updated. One of the ways of their implementation is the formation of a system of dual training of higher education applicants, which will contribute to the elimination of the use of traditional forms and methods of education, increase the quality of personnel training, considering the modern requirements of the implementation of employers. The dual form of acquiring competencies is an effective way of obtaining the necessary knowledge and skills. It is possible to combine the study of theoretical material at a higher education institution with practical training at enterprises, organizations, and institutions. The realities of the modern educational space in the previous conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and today's wartime conditions in Ukraine require greater use of dual education in higher education as one of the elements of an innovative form of education in support of a competitive educational environment. To study this issue, we turn to foreign experience in different countries; educational institutions that implemented dual professional education have a long history of successful development, recognized at the world level. Today, in the world's advanced countries, the block of practical training accounts for about 70% of the educational process, which contributed to a significant increase in the number of specialists working in a pre-selected specialty. Therefore, using the world experience of implementing dual education in educational institutions in the complex modern conditions of the domestic educational environment is highly relevant and requires further research. The article aims to reveal the world experience of implementing a dual form of competence acquisition in higher education and the application of directions in Ukraine. The results. Having analyzed the experience of some countries in implementing dual education, we outline the importance of complex quality education in the way of training highly qualified specialists with critical competencies and appropriate professional suitability in the labor market. Therefore, today, there is a reformation of the domestic system of higher education on the way to the introduction of two-formal education in the aspect of forming an equal partnership of higher education institutions, employers, and applicants, providing them with practical experience in the conditions of actual professional activity. The implementation of personnel dual education will contribute to the improvement of the quality of education, the growth of the number of employers in the professional training of the future, the approximation of the training of specialists to the modern requirements of the labor market and companies in demand in various fields of activity in the context of the post-war recovery of the domestic economy. The concept of the induction form of acquiring competence in the field of higher education differs from the traditional strengthening of the training of practical specialists, which provides training in higher education institutions of highly qualified personnel by the needs of enterprises in various fields of activity and the requirements of the modern labor market. Reflections on the Construction of “Double-Qualified” Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Vocational education is an important part of the overall education system. The development of higher vocational education is one of the guiding principles of education in China. The development of teachers is an important support for the development of vocational education. Teachers who can teach theoretically and guide students in practical work are known as “double-qualified” teachers. Building a highly qualified and professional double-qualified teaching team is the fundamental task in modernizing vocational education. Firstly, this paper discusses the importance of “double-qualified” teachers by describing the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education in China. Secondly, it reviews the research works of early scholars. Thirdly, it analyzes the main problems of teacher training in higher education institutions. Fourthly, it proposes five suggestions for the development of a “double-qualified” teaching team in higher education institutions. A high level and professional teaching team is an important support for the high-quality development of vocational institutions. School leaders must attach great importance to the construction of a “double-qualified” teaching team and increase the support in terms of policies, institutional protection, and financial investment.

ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ СРЕДЫ ВУЗА КАК ОСНОВА ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛА

Background. Psychological safety of educational organizations ensures the quality of training of professionals of a new formation, resistant to social and organizational changes, able to work in situations of varying degrees of uncertainty. Objective. Th e research had its purpose to study the dynamics of students’ perception of psychological safety of educational environment in the process of training in higher educational institutions, to reveal the relationship between the students’ level of professional competence and their perception of psychological safety of educational environment, and to develop practical recommendations for the heads of educational organizations based on the obtained results. Sample. Th e study involved 200 students aged 17 to 22 years of 1–4 courses of the training direction “Pedagogical education”, educating in the profi le “Primary education”. Methods. Th e study implemented the case method, which allows to determine the level of formation of pedagogical competencies (unformed, threshold, and advanced) and the modifi ed questionnaire “Safety Attitudes”, which allows for assessing the psychological safety of educational environment of a university in terms of “atmosphere of teamwork”, “atmosphere of safety”, “satisfaction with studies”, “recognition (understanding) of stress”, “perception of management/leadership (at the faculty, university level)”, “learning conditions”. Correlation analysis was used to identify the relationship between the indicators of psychological safety of educational environment of a university and the level of formation of professional pedagogical competencies. Single-factor analysis of variance was used to determine the reliability of diff erences in the observed indicators between the students of diff erent courses. Results. Th e analysis of the data obtained demonstrated that students’ perception of the psychological safety of educational organization changes from year 1 to year 4: signifi cant diff erences are observed in the indicators “Atmosphere of teamwork”, “Atmosphere of safety”, “Recognition (understanding) of stress”, “Perception of management / leadership at the faculty level”. Th e study revealed the interrelation between the 4th year students’ level of professional competence and their perception of psychological safety of educational environment on the indicators of “atmosphere of teamwork”, “atmosphere of safety”, “management/leadership at the faculty level”. Conclusion. Th e results of the study give grounds to consider the psychological safety of educational environment of a university as an important factor in the successful formation of a professional. Increasing the level of psychological safety of an educational organization is based on three actions: measurement, intervention, and prevention. Th e developed practical recommendations allow an educational organization to carry out psychological diagnostics according to proposed algorithm, to determine the target points in perception of psychological safety of a university environment (according to the scales of the questionnaire), to assist the students in their educational and extracurricular activities, and to implement a set of preventive measures.
