ECONOMIC DAMAGE FROM THE DESTRUCTION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE MONUMENTS OF UKRAINE

In world history, aggressors have often attacked objects of valuable architectural heritage, believing that such destruction would demoralize the people of the target nation and irreversibly shake the foundations of a marginalized culture. Architectural buildings that were. Since the beginning of the large-scale invasion, the sphere of culture, in particular, historical heritage, has suffered the most. For any country, culture is the basis of self-determination of every citizen. The destruction of cultural objects such as museums, historical buildings, monuments and works of art of eminent people is a huge loss. Since the beginning of Russia's military aggression, 348 places of worship, 705 cultural centers/palaces of culture, 82 museums, 157 hotels/restaurants and 8 sports stadiums have been destroyed. Damaged objects, according to documented losses, are mainly located in 14 regions of the country: Dnipro, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Luhansk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv and Kyiv. As of June, the share of damage to the infrastructure of culture, religion and tourism amounted to 2.4 billion dollars. In total, no less than 1,804 cultural objects, 348 religious buildings, 343 sports facilities, and 164 tourism objects were damaged or destroyed since the beginning of the war. The assessment of damaged or destroyed cultural values is complicated by the difficulty of indirect assessment of the value and value of the interior decoration of religious and other cultural institutions, art objects, decorations, exhibits, icons, frescoes, etc. contained in buildings. STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPING THE RAINBOW BRIDGE MARINE TOURISM OBJECT IN NAGARI MUARA KANDIS PUNGGASAN PESISIR SELATAN DISTRICT

The purpose of this study is to develop the Rainbow Bridge marine tourism object in order to increase the local original income (PAD) of Muara Kandis Punggasan and the economy of the surrounding community by analyzing strategies then using the right strategies. The background of this study is the failure in the development of rainbow bridge marine tourism objects in Nagari Muara Kandis, Punggasan, South Coast Regency and how the strategy in developing these tourist attractions. The research method uses a type of descriptive qualitative research with data analysis techniques in the form of SWOT analysis. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this study is that the Rainbow Bridge marine tourism object is known to the public not only with the uniqueness of the bridge and the beauty of the beach but also provided a children's playground that made many visitors at that time, but this tourist attraction is no longer operating until now, even photo spots in marine attractions are no longer there or damaged. Many facilities had to be added, especially after the attraction's vacuum, all average facilities had to be reorganized. The failure of the construction of the Rainbow Bridge marine tourism object was due to lack of management, especially Nagari Owned Enterprises (BUMNAG), besides that this tourist attraction was also quiet because it was hit by Covid-19 at that time.

Architectural Study of Colonial Building Facades in Indentifying the Existence of Heritage Tourism in Bireuen City

Abstract Conservation of historycal buildings is one of the objectives of sustainable heritage tourism. Bireuen City is one of the cities that has historycal heritage during the dutch-colonial colonial period in the form of buildings and environments. The purpose of this historycal building conservation research is to provide education to the community in the Bireuen City environment, in an effort to form a sense of belonging to heritage tourism assets and build Environmental Awareness so that it can then encourage a sense of responsibility to maintain its sustainability. Unique, distinctive and characterful architecture can be observed on a number of building facades such as past buildings and become a continuous comparison of the value of construction resilience, adaptation to the environment, and natural disasters. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with field observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study are the discovery of the heritage tourism area, identification of the physical identity of colonial architectural facades, historycal values of colonial architecture and education to the public

Exploring Local Wisdom Topic Into The English Materials Of Elementary School In Toraja Utara

This research aims to find out what types of Toraja local wisdom topics are needed by elementary school students in North Toraja in local content English language teaching materials. This research was conducted in four North Toraja elementary schools, namely SDN 6 Rantepao , SDN 2 Tikala, SDN 7 Tikala and SDN 7 Sesean. The samples from this study were all fourth graders and English teachers who were selected using a total sampling technique. It consisted of 67 students and there were 4 English teachers. The instrument for this research is a questionnaire. The results of this research show that there are 1o local wisdoms topic that need to be included in English teaching materials as Public Speaking subjects, namely: Tourism object, Thanks giving, Funeral ceremony, traditional food, Traditional drink, clothing, social Values, Folklore, arts, Fairytale.

Lack of Tourism Entrant to Cilengkrang Curug East Bandung, Bandung City

Curug Tourism is a natural tourism nuanced mountains with natural beauty suitable for tourists who want to enjoy nature, Curug tourism also serves facilities such as flying fox, lakes for bathing, toilets, and seats. Curug tourism is currently experiencing a decline due to the lack of interest in natural tourists due to lack of information or lack of adequate facilities, therefore the existence of this article so that there is an increase in tourists or the development of natural tourism of this waterfall . We make scientific articles from a natural tourist attraction waterfall one of its Cilengkrang waterfall tourism. The purpose of making this research article is to analyze why there is a lack of Curug tourism enthusiasts and find solutions so that this waterfall tourism again increases tourist interest in these attractions and the increase in tourist objects in Bandung, one of which is Curug Tourism. The reason for conducting this research aims to increase the interest of natural tourists, one of which is Curug Cilengkrang natural tourism as the object of our research.

Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Pelaku Pengrusakan Objek Wisata Ke’te’ Kesu’ Toraja Utara

This study aims to analyze the enforcement of sanctions against perpetrators of the destruction of tourist objects in Ke'te' Kesu' North Toraja. This research uses empirical legal research methods with a statutory approach. The results of this study indicate that the enforcement of sanctions against the perpetrators of the destruction of tourist objects in Ke'te' Kesu' North Toraja is still less effective and the case has not been followed up, despite having a Regional Regulation of North Toraja Regency Number 7 of 2016. There are several obstacles faced in the application of sanctions in law enforcement against perpetrators of destruction of tourist objects due to, among others: (1) the civil service police unit can’t apply criminal sanctions because it does not have an agreement from the Police, Prosecutor's Office, and the Court; (2) the budget is slow or even non-existent so that the civil service police unit can’t move in guarding every tourist who enters North Toraja, and (3) the lack of personnel of the civil service police unit, so that it does not reach every violation of the destruction of Ke'te Kesu' Toraja Utara tourist objects.

Development of Sendang Gile Waterfall Tourism Object in Senaru Village, Bayan District, Lombok Utara Regency

The Republic of Indonesia is a country that has the potential for abundant natural resources, biodiversity and historical/cultural heritage. This study aims to analyze the development of Sendang Gile Waterfall Tourism Object in Senaru Village, Bayan District, North Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Respondents were selected based on non-random sampling. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model (Interactive Model) of the variables contained in the aspects of Attraction, Amenities, Access, and Anchilaris (4A Model) for the development of a tourist attraction. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Determination of informants in this study using snowball. The data validity method used is the triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that with the development of this waterfall tourist attraction, all existing obstacles can be resolved, which is indicated by the efforts that have been made by the managers starting from the rebuilding of tourist support facilities that were damaged by the earthquake. Then it can become a job opportunity for people who live in the waterfall tourism area.

The Effect of the Tourism Sector on Labor Absorption in Sumbawa Regency

Tourism plays an important role in the Indonesian economy both as a source of foreign exchange earnings and as a creator of employment and business opportunities. This study aims to determine how much influence the number of hotels, the number of restaurants, the number of tourist objects, and the number of tourists have on labor absorption in Sumbawa Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research method. The data used is secondary data taken from the Nusa Tenggara Barat Provincial Statistics Agency, the Sumbawa Regency Statistics Agency, and the Sumbawa Regency Youth, Culture and Tourism Office. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression through the eviews10 program. The data in this study are time series data (data from 2013-2023). The results of this study indicate that the variables of Number of Hotels, Number of Restaurants, Number of Tourist Objects, and Number of Tourists have a positive and significant effect on Labor Absorption in the tourism industry in Sumbawa Regency. From the test value of the coefficient of determination (R2) that the variable effect of the number of hotels, the number of restaurants, the number of tourist objects and the number of tourists on the labor absorption variable produces a value of 0.94051 or 94%. While the remaining 6% is explained by other variables that do not exist or outside the study.

Implementation of Chse Certificate for Tourism Object Management in Banyumas (Halal Tourism Perspective)

Objective: The aim of this research is to analyze regulations set by the Minister of Tourism and the creative industry for managers of tourism, hospitality, culinary, cafes, entertainment venues, and Tourism Villages to have Clenleness (Cleanliness), Health (Health), Safety (Safety), and Environmental Sustainability certificates. Theoretical Framework: The regulations set by the Minister of Tourism and the creative industry for managers of tourism, hotels, culinary, cafes, entertainment venues, and tourism villages to have Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability certificates (CHSE) provides a guarantee (Cuarent) for consumers in terms of Clean, Beautiful, Safe, and Safe. Method: I used a qualitative approach in this field research in presenting and analysis the data. The subjects are authorities in board of culture and tourism (DINPORABUDPAR) of the Banyumas Regency and managers of 5 (five) tourist objects. I did pre-research to determine the integration of the value of halal tourism to the CHSE certificate in the management of tourism objects in Banyumas. I have conducted observation, interviews, and documentation to collecting the data. Further, I investigated about the potential and matters related to the implementation of the CHSE certificate in Banyumas. Results and Discussion: This study found that the CHSE certificate has been implemented in four tourism objects in Banyumas. Meanwhile, one of them (Maskumambang) is in the submission stage. Why is a CHSE certificate significant, because it can increase the competitiveness of tourist objects and can describe the readiness of tourism objects in welcoming tourists. In developing halal tourism, the Banyumas government must have the political will, the application of halal industry regulations, the provision of infrastructure and facilities, the provision of human resources, and sufficient budget allocation. Overall, the tourism infrastructure managed by the Banyumas district government has partially met the requirements for halal tourism. Research Implications: the research findings highlight the importance of implementing CHSE certificates and integrating halal tourism values in tourism management in Banyumas Regency to enhance competitiveness, meet consumer expectations, and promote sustainable and inclusive tourism practices. Originality/Value: The originality and value of the research lie in its unique focus on integrating halal tourism values with CHSE certification, promoting government collaboration, enhancing competitiveness and consumer assurance, emphasizing sustainability and cultural sensitivity, and providing practical implications for tourism management in Banyumas Regency

Analysis of the feasibility of the Sei Bah Bolon rafting ecotourism object, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province

Ecotourism is an embodiment of tourism activities that are focused on nature conservation, development and social, cultural and economic empowerment of the local community in the Sei Bah Bolon Rafting Ecotourism area. In order to optimally develop ecotourism in the region, a strategy for planning, utilization, control, institutional strengthening and community empowerment is needed by taking into account social, economic, ecological principles and involving stakeholders. This study aims to identify potential tourism objects and assess the level of feasibility of developing ecotourism objects for Sei Bah Bolon River Rafting Ecotourism, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province. Data collection during the research was carried out by collecting data by direct observation and interviews. The variables analyzed in this study refer to the ADO-ODTWA Director General PHKA 2003 Guidelines for Analysis of Operational Areas of Natural Tourism Objects and Attractions and the Potential Development Strategy with the SWOT Matrix. The potential objects and attractions of the Sei Bah Bolon Rafting Ecotourism get a feasibility level with an index of 88.17% feasible to be developed into ecotourism.

The subject of the stated research is conditioned by the need to develop modern methods and technologies of information support of the tourism industry of the regional profile taking into account its specifics and features. Awareness and comfortable conditions of tourist service are the key factors of successful promotion and sustainable development of this sphere. In the near future, domestic tourism has great prospects, it concerns many territories of the country, and the Southern Urals is no exception. The article is a continuation of research work related to the collection and analysis of geodata, as well as the visualization of the information environment. This study shows how to graphically visualize information on the basis of the development of an interactive scheme project with the possibility of overlaying it on a scalable satellite map in the field of industrial, scientific-cognitive tourism and architectural tourism on the example of a separate layer "Country of Cities" for the objects located in the South Urals. In the research on the basis of the program utility "Grid cartogram of reference archaeological objects" the design concept of the interface functionality of utility "KROT-1.0" ("Cartogram of reference objects of tourism. Version 1.0") is developed and tested as an interactive cartogram on Internet platforms. Methodology wise, the research process consists of 2 stages: pre-project or data collection with the formation of a database catalog and design and research, with the implementation of results, consisting in the development of the design concept of the utility and its integration with a web resource developed on the platform of non-commercial CMS; analysis and comparison of the results obtained on different platforms, publication or placement of the developed interactive schemes on internal servers and Internet platforms with further prospects for the development of mobile applications for the provision of information environment in different spheres of regional tourism.

Tourism photography: a form of adaptation to sustain the heritage district of Malioboro, Yogyakarta

The study discusses the role of tourism photography in the increasing existence and sustainability of heritage areas in Yogyakarta. Tourism photography has become a lifestyle trend in the current digital era. The principle of tourism photography as a promotion media of tourism objects and destinations contributes to the increasing popularity of the heritage areas in Yogyakarta as the uniqueness of urban tourism in Yogyakarta. Tourism photography is developing in the heritage area of Malioboro. It can be seen as an opportunity and a threat for the district as well. Therefore, the study aims to find out the sites and their architectural characteristics that are used as the setting of tourism photography. The study implemented an explorative case study method with Malioboro heritage area as the case study. Data was collected through a participatory observation, interviews with key persons and participants, and relevant documents. The results of the study shows that tourism photography plays a key role in the preservation of heritage buildings in the Malioboro heritage area. The activities of tourism photography in the Malioboro area involve the local community as the actors of tourism photography, such as photographers, renting traditional costumes and preparing the local transportation. The active participation of the local community gives financial benefits for the community. Furthermore, the old buildings are well maintained, so that they become more attractive for tourists. It can be said that tourism photography contributes to the effort to maintain the heritage buildings in Malioboro, Yogyakarta.

Comparison of geosite and geomorphosite quantitative analysis for geotourism purposes in Baturraden (Purwokerto) and Guci (Tegal) hot springs tourism area, Central Java

Baturraden (Purwokerto) and Guci (Tegal) are popular tourist attractions on the hill of Gunung Slamet, Central Java Province. Each location has an object that can be analyzed as a geotourism potential, as the manifestation of hot springs. Regionally, the research area is included in the Slamet Volcano Lava Rock (Qvls), which is composed of Quaternary andesitic vesicular andesitic lava, and Undifferentiated Slamet Volcano Rock (Qvs), which is composed of Quaternary volcanic breccia, lava, and tuff. The research was carried out using three stages of research, e.g: the literature study stage, the field research stage, and the geosite and geomorphosite analysis stage, using a quantitative assessment method, according to Kubalikova (2013). Five geosites and geomorphosite are assessed: Pancuran-7 and Pancuran-3 (Baturraden), as well as Pancuran-13, Pancuran-5, and Sigeong hot spring (Guci). The results of the quantitative analysis based on the existing parameters sequentially are 82%, 75%, 79%, 79%, and 63%. These results indicate that Pancuran-7, Pancuran-3, Pancuran-13, and Pancuran-5 sites are very feasible for geotourism-based tourist objects. The Sigeong site needs to be improved in several aspects, especially infrastructure. Parameters that need to be considered for all objects are conservation values due to disaster risk factors that already exist and disaster risk factors that are still potential and have yet to occur, such as volcanic eruptions and landslides, as well as the process of destruction that occurs in several objects that can threaten the sustainability of tourist sites. In addition, it is necessary to increase the understanding of residents and visitors who come about geological information related to the formation of hot springs, both in the form of information boards posted around the site and information displayed on local websites.

SOSIALISASI PENGEMASAN PRODUK, LABEL PRODUK DAN PEMBUATAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN SEDERHANA BAGI PELAKU UMKM DI DESA ADAT SANUR

Desa Adat Sanur has the potential for natural resources in the form of abundant fish, but the utilization of these natural resources to increase selling value is still not optimal because the fish is sold raw without any processing. In addition, the potential of Desa Adat Sanur is also a strategic tourism object, with this potential certainly having an impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) around Desa Adat Sanur. However, there are still many business actors who still combine their business money with their personal money and have not kept financial records so that business profits are also not recorded. Based on these problems, socialization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises related to increasing selling value and financial recording is important even though it is simple. This village project activity has solutions related to the problems previously described. The method used in this village project is in the form of socialization and mentoring regarding fish processing into finished products in the form of crackers, product packaging, product labels and making simple financial reports for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The results of this village project can provide an understanding of the importance of recording good financial statements and provide an explanation of how to increase the selling value of fish through the processing of raw fish products into finished products in the form of fish crackers.

Influence of Attractions, Accessibility, and Facilities on The Image of The Peak Batu Roti Ciampea Tourism Object

Puncak Batu Roti is a tourist attraction in Bogor Regency. The lack of diversity in tourist attractions causes fluctuations in the number of tourist visits. This title was chosen because Batu Roti Peak Ciampea is the specific location that wants to be researched, and this research tries to understand the factors that can influence the image of tourist attractions at that location. Batu Roti Peak is located on the Ciampea Limestone Mountain, Bogor. This peak is one of five peaks in the area, which also include Galau Peak, Lalana Peak, Arca Lima Peak, and Karang Gantung Peak. The location is about 17 km from the center of Bogor City. This research aims to see how tourist attractions (x) influence visiting interest (y) at the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction. Tourists who come to the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction are the objects of this research. Quantitative descriptive data analysis was used in this research. Data collected from the questionnaire was used for simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the tourist attraction variable is in the good category with a percentage of 68.33% and the interest in visiting variable is also in the good category with a percentage of 2%. This result has a significant positive value, indicating that the more tourist attractions there are at the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction, the greater the interest in visiting. Researchers advise managers to develop new tourist attractions such as limestone educational tourism for elementary, middle and high school students by utilizing the property of local residents in the Puncak area. They also suggested building a Tourist Information Center (TIC) to provide information about all aspects of the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction for tourists.

Peran Masyarakat Dalam Pengembangan Daerah Wisata Tukad Bindu Kota Denpasar

The development of the tourism industry makes the Denpasar City Government need innovation in finding tourism potential and increasing the number of tourist visits, but in its development, Tukad Bindu tourism objects have not fully become a superior tourist attraction. This can be seen from the lack of maintenance and maintenance of existing facilities and the number of people who do not maintain the cleanliness of Tukad Bindu. The purpose of this study is to determine the participation of the community in maintaining and managing Tukad Bindu tourism objects and the impact on the community on the existence of this tourist attraction. The method used is a qualitative approach, using secondary data sources and data collection techniques for literature studies and documentation. The results obtained include: first, the community's efforts in managing Tukad Bindu are reflected in the establishment of the Tukad Bindu Foundation. This foundation was originally a community that was later formed legally. Until now the Tukad Bindu Foundation has collaborated with various Regional Apparatus Organizations Denpasar City, Universities in Bali and river communities throughout Indonesia. In addition to aiming to preserve the river, the construction of Tukad Bindu is also to provide education to the community related to Community Based Tourism, namely community-based tourism. Second, the existence of Tukad Bindu tourism objects has an impact on the economy, social, and environment of the surrounding community.
