Today's women are better equipped than ever to carry out all activities required for a dominant portion of a community to be recognized and accepted. Every society needs women more than anything else, but they do not receive much social recognition for their commitment to community development. Although it is generally accepted that men should handle commercial matters, a considerable wage difference between men and women has been established, and independent women are regarded as having significantly less value by society. The study systematically reviewed some pieces of literature on Women Entrepreneurship: A Systematic Review of Current Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities. Women's entrepreneurship. It utilized a pragmatic research philosophy to improve the world by creating and disseminating knowledge. The literature was taken from published, peer-reviewed journals and scientifically written in English. Similarities in women's entrepreneurship were established and quoted difficulties experienced by these entrepreneurs in their endeavors. Furthermore, a few recommendations were cited to address these difficulties; hence, women's entrepreneurial development should be continuously recorded.

Analysis of Hydroquinone Compounds in Whitening Body Lotion Preparations Circulating in The Community

Skin care has become an important part for today's women. Whitening body lotion is very necessary in maintaining skin when doing activities outside and indoors. Many Indonesian women desire to have white, clean and bright skin so they can appear attractive. An attractive appearance is very necessary in society. To achieve this, many women choose skin care products at affordable prices without paying attention to the dangers of the chemical content in them. One of the skin whitening ingredients that is often used in beauty products is the compound hydroquinone. The hydroquinone compound plays a role in preventing skin pigmentation. However, if the levels exceed 0.02% in the preparation, it will cause skin irritation, kidney function disorders and cancer. The type of research is a mixed type, namely qualitative and quantitative. Qualitatively, it will obtain data on the presence of hydroquinone and quantitatively in the form of hydroquinone levels. The samples were 5 whitening body lotion preparations circulating in Lubuk Pakam which were determined randomly and were coded A, B, C, D, and E. Qualitative analysis was carried out using the TLC method and quantitative analysis was carried out using the UV-spectrophotometric method. Visible. The results of qualitative analysis show that samples A, C, and D contain hydroquinone compounds which are characterized by the appearance of blackish brown spots with respective Rf values of 0.89; 0.96; and 0.89. Meanwhile, when qualitative analysis was carried out, the levels obtained for the three samples were 44.56% each; 5,604%; and 5,612%. Based on regulations issued by BPOM RI in 2022, it is stated that hydroquinone levels in beauty products must not exceed 0.02%. So it can be concluded that whitening body lotion preparations with sample codes A, C, and D are not recommended for use because the use limit for hydroquinone is classified as unsafe. It is recommended that people, especially women, be more selective in choosing and using beauty products.

Opportunities and Challenges Faced by Women Entrepreneurs for Sustainable Development in India

Purpose: Working women are thriving and rising to prominence in the economy and business environment. Today's women make significant contributions to society's development. Theoretical framework: An empowered woman has more control over her life and her finances. Women's economic independence and self-sufficiency can be greatly aided by training them in the art of entrepreneurship. Growth in business entrepreneurship has the potential to improve women's financial, societal, personal, as well as political standing. Design/methodology/approach: The current study aims to investigate the relationship between female entrepreneurship and women's empowerment in the Chittoor district. Participants are 300 female entrepreneurs from both urban and rural areas. The researcher analyses the issues and difficulties women entrepreneurs experience in operating their enterprises, as well as the supportive elements for women business owners. Findings: Women's empowerment and female entrepreneurship are positively correlated. The majority of female business owners, whether in urban and rural areas, struggle with financial issues and job pressure. Governmental programmes and policies support female entrepreneurs by giving them training, funding, and marketing help. Research, Practical & Social implications: The entrepreneur alters the conditions of supply, combines already-existing resources in novel ways, and therefore establishes another generation of employment. Originality/value: Women's conditions are improved by entrepreneurship, which also helps them become fully involved in the growth and development of their country. This is one of the first studies to provide a detailed account of the women's entrepreneurship research in Chittoor, India.

Alyoung contributed to the construction of a new country through the realization of equality, the active will to live, and the search for a life of coexistence.
 Humans from the the world of God (神界) with special abilities were needed in the world, and a wise human being with sufficient experience in life was essential for a king from the Shingye to grow into a human being, and Alyoung has these conditions. This is not much different from today's women who dominate in their roles and dream of success. Al-young, a female character, realizes equality in Silla society, expresses convergence along with an active will for life, and clearly embodies the appearance of a woman with her will and a cross-section of the cultural phenomenon centered on women.

This paper analyzes both online and offline strategies for women's consumption tendencies. It also shows women's sales strategies from the general and independent sales perspectives. This article is an attempt to provide a historical context for the lives of selected desert mothers, to situate their lives within desert spirituality, and to attempt to apply their lives or sayings to the spirituality of women. The article is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the biblical symbolism of the desert and also contains the general origins of monasticism. The second chapter describes the lives of selected desert mothers and the third chapter deals with the application of the life of the desert mothers for women's spirituality. The article also tries to give an answer to the question whether the life or some sayings of the desert mothers can be of benefit to the spirituality of today's women and what a woman can learn from them. This article connects history with biblical verses, as well as psychology and women's spirituality.

Clothing is a significant influence on the development of fashion trends today which most people follow with the desire to look trendy and fashionable. Crop top is one type of clothing that is most widely used as an outfit, especially for young people. Today's women are individuals who are very fond of making fashion changes to keep up with increasingly advanced developments, and crop top make most of them confident users, even like clothing in general nowadays. The aim of this research is to find out how clothing styles are influenced by increasingly rapid developments and how crop top clothing is used as a front stage for women and a back stage in the real lives of women who wear crop top clothing today. The method used is a qualitative method, data collection through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research uses Erving Goffman's Dramaturgical theory. The results of the research show that Jember University students who are fans of the crop top style of clothing have reasons to get an impression from the general public in order to gain an image as a representative of today's trendy kids. So that makes them acceptable in society, but what is surprising is that the reality they have behind the public is not like what is seen on the surface. The risks that arise from this way of dressing are very diverse because the style of clothing creates an increased risk of crime.

There are many types of batik making, but ecoprint batik has the advantage that the colors come from various kinds of living plants that are around us as well as the coloring materials which are more environmentally friendly with unique motifs that are popular today.The method used to carry out the training program for making ecoprint batik is to start with theoretical debriefing, which will then be followed by practice on making ecoprint batik using the steaming technique. The two methods above will be followed by all training participants who are expected to provide capital in the form of knowledge for partners to be applied as one of the efforts to empower women in Malang City. Partners during the training carry out with enthusiasm, the knowledge gained can be used as capital to have a creative business at home and the products produced are good enough and will continue to develop expertise and products from partners.

Metabolomics insights into the effects of pre-pregnancy lead exposure on bone metabolism in pregnant rats

Today's women of childbearing age with a history of high lead (Pb) exposure in childhood have large Pb body burdens, which increases Pb release during pregnancy by promoting bone Pb mobilisation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the metabolic mechanisms underlying bone Pb mobilisation and explore the bone metabolism-related pathways during pregnancy. Drinking water containing 0.05% sodium acetate or Pb acetate was provided to weaned female rats for 4 weeks followed by a 4-week washout period, and then rats were co-caged with healthy males of the same age until pregnancy. Blood and bone tissues of the female rats were collected at gestational day (GD) 3 (early pregnancy), GD 10 (middle pregnancy), and GD 17 (late pregnancy), respectively. Pb and calcium concentrations, biomarkers for bone turnover, bone microstructure, serum metabolomics, and metabolic indicators were intensively analyzed. The results demonstrated that pre-pregnancy Pb exposure elevated blood lead levels (BLLs) at GD17, accompanied by a negative correlation between BLLs and trabecular bone Pb levels. Meanwhile, Pb-exposed rats had low bone mass and aberrant bone architecture with a larger number of mature osteoclasts (OCs) compared to the control group. Moreover, the metabolomics uncovered that Pb exposure caused mitochondrial dysfunction, such as enhanced oxidative stress and inflammatory response, and suppressed energy metabolism. Additionally, the levels of ROS, MDA, IL-1β, and IL-18 involved in redox and inflammatory pathways of bone tissues were significantly increased in the Pb-exposed group, while antioxidant SOD and energy metabolism-related indicators including ATP levels, Na+-K+-ATPase, and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activities were significantly decreased. In conclusion, pre-pregnancy Pb exposure promotes bone Pb mobilisation and affects bone microstructure in the third trimester of pregnancy, which may be attributed to OC activation and mitochondrial dysfunction.

This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research and in collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research results show that: PT. Mekaar Syariah National Madani Capital plays an important role in assisting the process of empowering women in terms of the programs implemented, namely providing capital and business assistance through forming groups as a means of carrying out empowerment for women who are their customers.

MAMA PAPUA'S ROLE IN THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SOCIETY: CASE STUDY OF THE DANI TRIBE IN JAYAWIJAYA REGENCY, PAPUA, INDONESIA

This study aims to mainstream the figure of the Papuan mama (mother) and its role in socio-economic conditions, especially in the Dani tribe in Jayawijaya Regency, Papua, which has so far received little attention. In addition, this research is to enrich the treasures of women in socio-economic history. The existence of the Papuan mama can survive the deplorable economic conditions and the shackled traditional social structure. The ethnographic method used in this research is Naturalistic. The purpose of the naturalistic ethno is to illustrate that the ethnographic research carried out aims to capture the natural character of the Papuan mama and is obtained through direct contact, not through intervention or conditioning. Data collection techniques used by observation, literature review, and documentation. The results show that Papuan mama is the central figure in the household, loved by her children, a symbol of struggle, and a source of inspiration for today's women, especially in Papua.

The Rising Midlife First Marriage Rate in the U.S.

This study documented change in the midlife first marriage rate for U.S. adults aged 40-59 between 1990 and 2019 and assessed the sociodemographic correlates of midlife first marriage formation for today's women and men. Median ages at first marriage are at record highs for women and men, signaling that marriage may be increasingly occurring at older ages. However, first marriage formation among midlife adults remains largely overlooked. Data from the 1990 U.S. Vital Statistics and the 2010 and 2019 American Community Survey (ACS) were used to estimate change in women's and men's first marriage rates across age groups, with a focus on how the rate has changed for midlife adults. Average marginal effects (AMEs) were derived from logistic regression analyses that drew on the 2019 ACS to examine associations between sociodemographic factors and midlife first marriage formation for women and men. Since 1990, the midlife first marriage rate has increased by 75% for women and 45% for men. The shares of women and men entering a first marriage who were aged 40-59 quadrupled between 1990 and 2019 (rising from 2% to 9% among women and from 3% to 12% among men). Some of the well-established predictors of first marriage in young adulthood operated uniquely for first marriage formation in midlife. Future research on first marriage formation should incorporate midlife adults.

Today's women being literate and aware of the difculties like Postpartum infections which includes uterine, bladder, or kidney infections, excessive bleeding after delivery, pain in the perineal area (between the vagina and the rectum), Vaginal discharge, swollen breasts, clogged ducts, Stretch marks and also the vital reasons are Hemorrhoids and constipation along with Urinary or fecal (stool) incontinence, Hair loss, Postpartum depression, Discomfort during sex and difculty regaining the pre-pregnancy shape becomes crucial factor to decide for C section over normal vaginal delivery.
