Role of Semiconductors in Solar Energy

The sun generates solar energy, which is non-depleting, renewable, and environmentally friendly. Every hour, enough sunlight energy strikes the earth to supply the world's annual energy demand. In today's generation, electricity was required every hour. Solar energy is used for a wide range of applications, including industrial, commercial, and residential. It may easily obtain energy from direct sunshine. As a result, it is extremely efficient while also being environmentally friendly. We looked at the energy obtained from sunshine in this piece, as well as future trends and challenges. Furthermore, the essay tries to explore societal energy functions, energy production, photovoltaics, concentrated solar power (CSPs), solar cell efficiency, fuel generation, and semiconductor roles.

Education and training development

Today, countries around the world, including Vietnam, consider investing in education and training as an investment in development not only for today's generation but also for future generations. Education and training development is a leading national policy. Promoting its potential and advantages, Ho Chi Minh City is aiming to become the center of industry, services, education and training, science, and technology of Southeast Asia. To meet that requirement, Ho Chi Minh City identifies education and training as the top national policy that plays a decisive role in achieving sustainable development goals. Within the framework of the article, the author presents the current situation of education and training development in Ho Chi Minh City; thereby offering some appropriate solutions to develop education and training to meet the requirements outlined in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНОЕ ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ КАК ТРЕНД НА СОЦИАЛЬНУЮ И ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНУЮ УСПЕШНОСТЬ МОЛОДОГО ПОКОЛЕНИЯ РОССИЯН

Social and professional success are key values for today's young generation. Is it so? Is additional education today becoming a springboard for the realization of the life meanings of the millennial generation? Is it a sought-after educational environment, a «valuable habitat» for students today? And what do the students themselves think about this? The author made an attempt to analyze the contexts of students' opinions and value orientations in terms of their coverage by the system of out-of-school education. Conclusions are drawn regarding the place of additional education in the hierarchy of key values of schoolchildren, as well as the potential of additional education as a trend in building successful life strategies for Russian youth.

Tranformasi Digital Sebagai Epistemologis Model Pendidikan Calon Guru Agama Katolik di Era 4.0

Realizing the educational ideals of prospective Catholic religious teachers in Indonesia in the industrial era 4.0 leads to an epistemological model for implementing digitalization-based education. Digital transformation is a form of technological development that affects all aspects of human life and shapes the characteristics of today's generation. Changes in the world of technology have caused the educational world of prospective Catholic teachers to adapt in terms of models, strategies, methods, place and time in managing the educational process. Therefore, digital transformation literacy is the driving force that changes the face of the education model for Catholic teacher candidates in the 4.0 era. A systematic literature review is a way to examine the problems of Quo Vadis' education model for Catholic teacher candidates in the industrial era 4.0. De facto educational institutions for prospective Catholic teachers must be technology literate in educating generation 4.0 students. The education of this generation is inseparable from the influence of the development of the world of technology in educating prospective Catholic teachers to face educational challenges. Catholic religious education is challenged to change the way of teaching and learning in preparing prospective digital generations of Catholic teachers. Creative and innovative, the educational model for prospective Catholic teachers is directed at building an atmosphere of freedom of learning that utilizes digital media as an epistemological attitude of repentance and self-change to be able to carry out a learning process that cannot be separated from the digital world.

Eksotika Fotografi Makanan Pada Masakan Tradisional Sumatera Barat

Indonesian traditional cuisine itself has begun to be forgotten by today's generations due to globalization's emergence of various foreign cuisines. Many factors make some traditional dishes become unknown or in demand. This case is because, due to the lack of introduction to traditional cuisine itself, it causes people not to know about the existence of some traditional dishes. Preserving the nation's traditional cuisine is the responsibility of the Indonesian people. West Sumatran traditional cuisine is one of Indonesia's traditional dishes with various dishes with distinctive culinary tastes, namely: spicy, sweet, sour, and savoury, all of which can spoil the tongue of those who eat it. Traditional West Sumatran cuisine can be found in traditional markets in West Sumatra. However, not all traditional West Sumatran cuisine types are available in traditional markets; traditional dishes are made only on certain days, such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, traditional ceremonies, and weddings ceremonies. On that basis, this research aims to explore West Sumatra's traditional cuisine with photography techniques more deeply. In this study, the authors describe traditional foods displayed and combined with photographic techniques. The research results show that, through photography techniques, the exotica of traditional West Sumatran cuisine can be explored. This research also found that, in order to maximize food exploration through photographic techniques, photographers need to work closely with food stylists.

Impact of Social Media Advertisement on Users Buying Behavior with Special Emphasis on Maharashtra

Social media is a very intimate topic for today's generation. As the number of social media and social media users grows, so does the number of advertisements on social media. This paper aims to study and understand the impact created on social media advertising among the peoples in Maharashtra State and to analyze how advertisements on social media platforms were affecting people’s buying behavior as well as what was the motivation behind users to use social media, how users react on social media advertisements and what kind of impact advertising companies have created on people’s behavior because of the same. To achieve this purpose, a questionnaire was used as a medium to gather primary data from the respondents using a random sampling technique. People of almost all types of occupations were using social media and most users used social media for work or information purposes with entertainment and thus more advertisements were being aired on such sites. From this research, it was found that people were reluctant to buy after watching these advertisements. It was a matter of satisfaction that there was no increase in purchases when there was no need.

Turn-Down Capability of Ansaldo Energia's GT26

Abstract The operational flexibility of heavy-duty gas turbines is of increasing importance in today's power generation market. Fast startup, fast loading, grid frequency support, fuel flexibility, and turn-down capability are only some of the keywords that describe the challenges for GT manufacturers. This paper reports Ansaldo Energia's activities to further reduce the minimum environmental load of the GT26. The difficulties related to operation at very low loads and the solutions that were developed are explained. Furthermore, the results of engine validation tests of the new extended low load operation and extended low part load operation concepts are presented. The enhancement of the operational flexibility of the GT26 is in the focus of Ansaldo's development activities since many years. Its sequential combustion system is a very good basis for flexible and emission compliant operation down to very low loads. Ansaldo Energia's low part load (LPL) and low load operation (LLO) concepts are standard products in the GT26 flexibility portfolio and established in the market for many years. LPL operation extends the standard operating range down to low loads by switching off individual burners in the second combustor (sequential environmental (burner) (SEV) combustor). The compressor mass flow can be varied between idle and base load levels. Low load operation is characterized by a combination of idle compressor mass flow and base load temperatures in the first combustor (environmental (burner) combustor). The SEV combustor is switched off. LLO is intended to be a “parking point,” where the plant can operate in combined cycle mode during times of low electricity demand. Ansaldo Energia has conducted a development project in the past two years to further reduce the minimum simple cycle and combined cycle loads. The extension of the LLO and LPL operating ranges and their combination into one single feature are the main targets of the project.

A Symbolic Transformative Sequential Perinatal Learning Experience

Leaders in nursing education embrace innovative, real‐world learning environments that transform today's generation of nursing students into critical thinkers. Scheduling exclusive child‐bearing practicums are challenging due to staffing, time, and maternal client presentation (Ardic, et al., 2016). Utilizing Mezirow’s (2000) Transformative Learning Theory, a perinatal continuum of care clinical learning experience evolved. Maternal/infant didactic, high‐fidelity simulation, and real‐world experiences relative to women during the perinatal period afforded an innovative, research supported experience. The aim of this study was to identify the outcomes of students learning through his perinatal experience. Participants (n = 50) consisted of third‐semester baccalaureate nursing students enrolled in the maternal/infant course in rural, Midwestern United States. Results from the descriptive, qualitative study by Ward and Hober (2020) using 50 student reflective journal blogs obtained from consecutive concluding semesters discerned 3 themes: self‐analysis, critical thinking, and self‐efficacy.

Additive Manufacturing is accelerating at a rapid pace across the globe and 3D Printing systems are the key technologies for cost-effective manufacturing in today's generation of Industry 4.0. In this article a thorough examination of the key 3D printing technologies, materials, and developments in trending applications was conducted. The trending applications of 3D printing in various sectors are addressed. A Case study of 3D printing of a Ganesh idol was demonstrated. The key advantages of additive manufacturing or 3D printing is fast prototyping, flexible design, mass customization and waste minimization. Thus, this paper provides an overview of 3D printing, as well as a survey of applications and insights how rapidly the 3D printing technology is evolving and focusing on global research outcomes.

Because freedom from colonial oppression and muteness, the achievement of true independence was a long-awaited dream of our people. Thousands of children of the nation have sacrificed their lives for this goal. The great state happiness of the national state independence of Uzbekistan has come to the representatives of today's generation, such as the free life of our people, self-determination and self-determination. The Impact that social media has had on Today's Generation of Indian Youth: An Analytical Study

Social media has become a daily habit in most people’s lives. People of all ages participate in social media, and the average Indian devotes nearly 2.4 hours per day to this one activity alone. People are able to voice their concerns and share their perspectives through the medium of social media. When it comes to understanding social media, people must first be comfortable with the notion. Users can communicate with one another and share information, thoughts, opinions, images, and videos via Internet-based programmes known as "social media.. In order to access content, share content with other users of that social media platform, and converse with other users of that social media platform, an individual must first sign up for an account and then sign in to that account. Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Snap Chat, Telegram, and LinkedIn are just a few of the most prominent and frequently used social networking platforms today; others include Snap chat etc. It's noteworthy to observe that most of these social networking sites have a disproportionately high proportion of teen users. In India, adolescents and teenagers between the ages of 13 and 19 make up 31 percent of the overall number of people who use social media (Statista, 2021). Users in India between the ages of 18 and 24 make up the majority of Facebook and Instagram users in the country. We take a descriptive and analytical stance when discussing social media and its effects on young people, both good and bad, in this study. We heavily rely on the thematic analysis tool MAXQDA to draw a conclusion. We discuss all facets of social media, including both positive and bad effects. Specific areas including business, education, society, and young people are highlighted.

Sustainable tourism: Gen Z?

Tourism is a system that has social, environmental and economic impacts on a global scale. A system of this size has inevitable consequences. These results, which become a chronic problem especially in the balance of environmental conservation and economic outputs, need to be evaluated from different perspectives. At this point, sustainable tourism is an important approach. Economic gain, balanced resource consumption and consideration of future generations are the core of this approach. The focus of sustainable tourism, which has conceptually different definitions, is concept of generation. Therefore, it is important to reinterpret sustainable tourism in the context of today's generations. Today's young people, called Generation Z (Gen Z), have quite different characteristics from previous generations. As natives of the digital world Gen Z’ers, born and growing in a period of economic crises, wars and environmental problems. This generation is innovative and has a strong communication network. In addition, this new generation, which uses technology extensively and easily accesses information, is an interesting subject of investigation for the applicability of the concept of sustainable tourism. In this study, the diverging and adaptive aspects of the concepts of sustainable tourism and Gen Z are examined and various inferences have been made in the context of today's world.

Impact of Digital Devices on Myopic Individuals

Background: Today's generation has all been using a more significant deal of time on their digital devices, whatever it may be. It leads to a surge in cases of myopia in the population, especially in the Asian population. The average screen time usage has increased significantly, especially during pandemic situations. Digital devices also contain a spectrum of rays and blue light, damaging the retina and disturbing eye health. This has caused a trend of increasing myopic cases in the young generation. Risk factors and prevention of using digital devices should be known to the public for better care of their eyes.
 Objective: To study various articles on the association between digital device usage and myopia in the young population. Based on the results of various studies, conclude and discuss the risk factors of myopia and how it can be minimized in the young generation.
 Methodology: Various articles were reviewed during the study; recent papers published in the last five years were considered due to the pandemic effect. There is an increase in average screen time, which further needs to be studied to understand the individuals’ situation better. Various methodologies in the published articles have been studied or identified risk factors of myopia.
 Conclusion: Due to various advancements and behavioral changes in the population of developed countries and developing countries, there is an increase in the sedentary lifestyle of most of the population, which is leading to the increased usage of digital gadgets, which in turn maximize the tendency to develop myopia in the population.

Dzikir Of The Book Of Al-Barzanji As Therapy Social Awareness (Analysis Of The Functions Of Islamic Guidance And Counseling)

<p><span>Today, the social needs of today's teenage generation need to be addressed responsively. The accelerating civilization of technology can be an opportunity and a deep concern both in terms of activity and social aspects. The tendency of today's generation of teenagers dissolves with their respective worlds and makes individuals less concerned with their environment and what happens to others. Dzikir activities carried out by teenagers in Bengkulu can be adopted as an effort to maintain balance between Hablum minallah and Hablum minannas. The purpose of this study reveals the elements that become content in social sensitivity through the application of dzikir activities from the book of Al-Barzanji. This study uses a design of types of symbolic interactionism, namely researchers interpret interactions between individuals and symbols that appear to be, language, rhythm-words, word suppression, posture, gestures, mimicry of interactions that occur in dzikir activities. The results showed that dzikir activities in the book of Al Barzanji can be a method of islamic guidance and counseling in the social field because it upholds the principles of activeness, dynamism and collaborative.</span></p>

Aceh Tamiang is an area with a majority Muslim population, not even one in Adil Makmur Village, Tenggulun, which is the location for this activity to find other places of worship besides mosques and prayer rooms. However, there is a decline in the quality of reading and writing the Koran in today's young generation compared to previous generations. This is due to the lack of parental attention to the quality of children's reading of the Koran, because they have fully surrendered this role to existing Koranic educational institutions. While in the previous generation, most parents were very disciplined for matters related to religious knowledge, especially reading and writing the Koran. The implementation of this Action Research aims to improve the literacy and writing skills of the young generation of the Koran in Adil Makmur Village, Tenggulun, Aceh Tamiang by empowering STAI As-sunnah students for Tahsin al-Qiraah activities. The method used is Participatory Action Research. By doing 3 stages: Planning-Action-Evaluation. The result of this activity: increased public enthusiasm for the importance of the younger generation having the ability to read and write the Koran in Adil Makmur Village, Tenggulun, Aceh Tamiang. In this generation most of us using E-commerce for shopping for clothes, groceries, and electronics (Chanana and Goele, 2012).We have developed one E-commerce cross platform application by using MERN stack and PWA technology as it contains MongoDB, Express.JS framework, React.JS library, Node.JS platform. PWA technology is applied to enable users to access a native-like mobile version of their favorite website with a single tap.This application is fully functional with different views for user and admin and it also has integrated with payment gateway for checkout. By using this website we can buy different types of t-shirts and we can choose different styles of t-shirts based upon customer interests. In this project, we can add different products and can delete them also. We have developed administrative functions for the application such as create a product, create categories, Admin dashboard, Manage products, Manage categories. For customers, they can quickly add their items to the cart. Based on the items in the cart, the bill gets generated and the customer can pay by using stripe. THE BATTLE OF MĂRĂȘEȘTI. THE STORY OF A MAUSOLEUM

Located in the “fire triangle” Mărăști, Mărășești, Oituz, the battle of Mărășești represents the most important battle of the first World War on the Romanian front. The battle from Mărășești, which lasted 29 days (24 July/6 August to 21 August/3 September 1917), stands for an important page of military history, being dubbed the ‘‘Romanian Verdune’’. The Romanian army, although exceeded both in number and in the first technical means of fighting, managed, by tactics and by galvanizing the soldiers, to frustrate the offensive plans of the “frontier breaker”, Anton Ludwig August von Mackensen. Right on the ground where the battle had taken place, the Mausoleum of the First World War Heroes was built. The remains of over 5,000 soldiers and officers are buried there. This paper aims to bring back to the image of today's generation the brilliant victory of the Romananian army.
