The following investigation was undertaken in an attempt to clarify the interrelationships of symptoms, signs, and electrodiagnostic tests of carpal tunnel syndrome to rheumatoid arthritis.Thirty-three patients with definite or classical rheumatoid arthritis were selected at random. The anatomical stage, functional classification, Lansbury index, and dolorimeter score of wrists were determined. Two-point discrimination and touch were documented.
