Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pembelian Tiket Berbasis Web Pada PT Sri Varia Wisata

PT Sri Varia Wisata or known as Varita is a company engaged in the business of travel agency services, this company is a subsidiary of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja or better known as Pusri which is under the auspices of the Pusri Employee Welfare Foundation (YKPP). The purpose of making this application is to help the ticketing section work more easily and efficiently in ticket purchase transactions at PT Sri Varia Wisata. Data collection techniques used are the stages of planning, analysis, design, coding and testing. The development of this system uses an iterative method. To describe the proposed application using Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams and Context Diagrams. Making this application using the PHP programming language and ticket sales database using MySQL. Users of this information system are the head office, ticketing staff and customers of PT Sri Varia Wisata. The conclusion obtained is that with this application, both ticketing staff and customers can be facilitated in conducting ticket sales transactions and can make it easier for the head of the office to find out the history of ticket sales in real time.

The transition from manual, cash-based ticketing procedures to a cutting-edge digital system represents a pivotal advancement in modernizing India's public bus transportation. This research paper delves into the working model of e-ticketing for public buses, aimed at addressing long-standing challenges of wait times, operational hurdles, and inefficiencies inherent in traditional systems. By leveraging state-of-the-art digital technology, this initiative aims to revolutionize the public transportation experience, enhancing security, convenience, and operational efficiency for both administrators and passengers. Thus, to provide an agile and smooth ticketing experience, we have proposed the smart application. [4] Key objectives of this research include the elimination of manual cash transactions, reduction of wait times, and mitigation of operational inefficiencies. Through the implementation of a digital ticketing system, the paper explores how transaction processes are streamlined, providing passengers with a seamless interface for ticket purchases. Not only does this innovation enhance transaction security, but it also fosters a more agile and responsive public bus transportation system. The research assesses the tangible benefits of the digital ticketing solution, highlighting its role in increasing passenger flexibility and reducing congestion through shorter wait times and improved traffic flow. Real-time data analytics are examined as a critical tool for administrators, enabling enhanced resource allocation and informed decision-making processes. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the working model of e-ticketing for public buses, offering insights into its functionality, implementation challenges, and the transformative impact it has on India's public transport sector. By promoting a more sophisticated and user-friendly framework, the research underscores the potential of digital ticketing solutions to redefine the landscape of public transportation, paving the way for a more efficient and accessible urban mobility system in India. Nerambum: A Virtual Exhibition Platform

In the wake of the global pandemic, industries worldwide faced a disruptive challenge, particularly those thriving on physical exhibitions essential for expanding market share, unveiling new products, and forging valuable connections. The health crisis and consequent strict guidelines rendered traditional exhibitions untenable, causing a catastrophic loss of audience and opportunities for businesses. This unprecedented situation accelerated the adoption of virtual alternatives, but existing platforms failed to capture the essence and dynamism of live, in-person interactions, leading to a palpable gap in user experience. "Nerambum" emerges as a transformative solution in this landscape, offering a sophisticated online exhibition platform that recreates the authentic feel of physical events. It seamlessly integrates a 3D environment for attendees with a multifunctional web application, supporting various user roles including admin, exhibition owners, stall owners, and general participants. Beyond its immersive virtual space, "Nerambum" stands out with its comprehensive service management—from secure authentication, customizable avatars, and stalls to real-time video streaming and a practical payment gateway mimicking physical ticket purchases. The platform not only adapts to the current necessity for remote interaction but also anticipates the enduring relevance of virtual engagements in the exhibition industry's future.

PENGALAMAN PELANGGAN MEMBELI TIKET KONSER COLDPLAY: MENAMBANG ULASAN ONLINE BERDASARKAN PEMODELAN TOPIK DAN ANALISIS SENTIMEN

This study aims to analyze customer experience in buying tickets for the Coldplay Concert in Indonesia using sentiment analysis and topic modelling. Data is collected from online customer reviews about concert ticket purchases via social media platforms such as Twitter. The stages of the research include data collection, data labelling, data pre-processing, topic modelling using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), sentiment analysis, and interpretation of the results. The results of the sentiment analysis show that most reviews are positive, with customers expressing satisfaction with the ticket-buying process, experience at the concert, Coldplay's performance, and customer service. Several primary topics frequently appearing in reviews have been identified through topic modelling, including ticket-buying, concert experience, ticket prices, customer service, concert performance, concert location, togetherness with fans, accessibility, concert facilities, and supporting events. The interpretation of each topic provides insight into customer preferences and expectations. Recommendations for concert organizers include improving customer service, ensuring performance quality, choosing a convenient concert location, and paying attention to accessibility and the atmosphere around the concert venue. This research provides an in-depth understanding of customer experience and can serve as a guide for concert organizers to improve customer experience in the future.

Airfare prices are constantly changing due to various factors like the time of flight, destination, and length of the trip. To help people figure out the best time to buy tickets, we are working on a system that will use machine learning to predict prices. By studying past flight data in India, we want to uncover pricing patterns and suggest the ideal time to purchase tickets. This project aims to confirm or dispel common beliefs about airlines by comparing prediction models and finding ways to save money on ticket purchases. Price trends can vary significantly based on various factors such as the route, month, day, time of departure, holidays, and the airline carrier. Competitive routes like major business destinations (Mumbai-Delhi) tend to see price increases closer to the departure date. On the other hand, routes like tier 1 to tier 2 cities (Delhi-Guwahati) have specific time frames when prices are lower. The data also shows that there are two main categories of airline carriers in India: economical and luxurious. Generally, the lowest-priced flights fall under the economical group. Moreover, the data confirms that specific times of the day tend to have higher prices. By including different routes in this project, there is a potential for substantial savings when buying domestic flight tickets in India. Implementation Protection Consumer Passenger Jabodebek LRT Transportation at Halim Station According to Constitution

One of the advances in transportation technology in Indonesia is Light Rail Transit (LRT), which is one of the most popular means of land transportation. The aim of this research is to implement consumer protection for Jabodebek Halim LRT transportation passengers according to the law. This research uses a sociological juridical method which is included in the descriptive analytical research category with non-random purposive sampling techniques, and the results are evaluated through qualitative analysis. The results of this research discuss consumer protection implemented in LRT transportation services, the responsibility of the Jabodebek LRT for consumer losses and responsibility for the consequences of LRT technical problems which cause delays in departure schedules, material losses or in-material losses based on the provisions of the Law in Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 23 of 2007 concerning Railways. Apart from legal products, railway operational operators are responsible for providing minimum service standard operational procedures to consumers at stations and while the LRT is running. This standard covers the safety of a person's life, feeling safe while using LRT transportation, feeling comfortable at the station and during the trip, easy access to ticket purchases, and equal rights as citizens, as well as handling complaints and inconveniences from passengers regarding the services provided.

Detection of anomalous ticket purchasing behavior for concerts based on machine learning

In recent years, there has been a continuous increase in the demand for entertainment activities. With the changing policies related to epidemic prevention and control, consumers ticket demands for various entertainment events, particularly concerts, have seen a significant rise. This has led to the emergence of anomalous ticket purchasing behaviors, including ticket scalping software, bulk purchasing, and fraudulent transactions. Such behaviors not only infringe upon the rights of legitimate audiences but also harm the interests of concert organizers. Therefore, the detection and prevention of anomalous ticket purchasing behaviors for concerts have become essential. This paper focuses on the use of automated systems, robots, or malicious software for ticket purchases, limiting consumers participation in abnormal ticket-buying activities. Combining previous research on railway ticketing systems and real-life experiences, this study selects ticket-purchasing frequency, speed, quantity, seat selection, payment method, IP address changes, and historical ticket-purchasing records as feature values. Different machine learning models are chosen for different feature values to conceptualize the construction of an anomalous ticket purchasing system for concerts. This paper emphasizes the importance of detecting anomalous concert ticket purchasing behavior, provides different machine learning models for various feature values, and lays the foundation for building an overall anomaly detection system. This research serves as a crucial reference for the security and user experience of ticketing systems, aiming to continually improve and upgrade anomaly detection systems to adapt to evolving challenges. The hope is to enhance the ticket-buying experience for future concerts and large-scale events.

Quality of Service, Purchase Interest, Brand Trust on Joyland Festival Concert Ticket Purchase Decision

Concert organizers in Bali are increasing almost every year, this project requires consideration of many things that can affect the decision to buy tickets and from this the organizer relies on services such as event organizers to help run the project smoothly. Balinese entertainment and cultural performances attract the attention of tourists and increase the resources of local communities, so that performances and entertainment in Bali are increasingly prominent in the world of arts and are able to compete in their class. The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality, purchase interest, and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Joyland Festival concert tickets. This research method uses purposive sampling with a sample of 126 respondents with predetermined characteristics and this research data collection method is collected through questionnaires, using SmartPLS 4.0 analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that purchase intention, brand trust, and service quality influence purchasing decisions. Due to adding factors that influence purchasing choices, it is hoped that future researchers can expand the scope of their research.

User requirement deployment for the proposition of a web mobile system in a university restaurant

This work consisted of mapping user requirements for proposing a mobile application at the university restaurant of the Federal University of Grande Dourados (UFGD), using a user-centered design approach. The restaurant (RU) is an essential service for the academic community, and the proposal aims to improve users' experience by providing updated information on menus, opening hours, parking availability, virtual academic card, and meal evaluation. To achieve this goal, theoretical studies were conducted on user-centered design, service innovation, and the needs of RU users. Based on this information, the creation of software is proposed to allow users to easily access information about the daily menu, make meal reservations, check the balance on the academic card, and provide feedback on service quality. The user-centered design approach ensures that the tool is developed taking into account the needs and preferences of RU users. The tool has the potential to streamline the process of advance ticket purchases, reduce queues, and improve communication between users and the restaurant's staff. Additionally, user-centered design ensures that the tool is intuitive and easy to use for all users, contributing to a more positive experience at UFGD's RU.

Using Artificial Intelligence to Detect the Relationship Between Social Media Sentiment and Season Ticket Purchases

Sport marketing researchers and practitioners have suggested that sport organizations that effectively engage in social media conversations with fans are likely to influence fan behavior. Few prior studies have empirically examined the relationship between social media engagement and sport product purchases, particularly event tickets. The current study utilized artificial intelligence to examine eight user sentiments on official sport organizations’ Twitter accounts, then determine if those sentiments were related to season ticket sales. Three years of season ticket data were obtained from 62 NCAA Division I men’s basketball teams and utilized in a regression model, which also identified Twitter sentiment scores from 176,439 posts captured from the official Twitter account of those programs. A final model, which included several control variables, explained 65.7% of the variance in season ticket sales, with the lagged sentiments of “joy” (positive) and “sadness” (negative) having a statistically significant relationship with season tickets sold.

Early prediction of mastery of a computerized functional skills training program in participants with mild cognitive impairment.

Cognition in MCI has responded poorly to pharmacological interventions, leading to use of computerized training. Combining computerized cognitive training (CCT) and functional skills training software (FUNSAT) produced improvements in 6 functional skills in MCI, with effect sizes >0.75. However, 4% of HC and 35% of MCI participants failed to master all 6 tasks. We address early identification of characteristics that identify participants who do not graduate, to improve later interventions. NC participants (n = 72) received FUNSAT and MCI (n = 92) participants received FUNSAT alone or combined FUNSAT and CCT on a fully remote basis. Participants trained twice a week for up to 12 weeks. Participants "graduated" each task when they made one or fewer errors on all 3-6 subtasks per task. Tasks were no longer trained after graduation. Between-group comparisons of graduation status on baseline completion time and errors found that failure to graduate was associated with more baseline errors on all tasks but no longer completion times. A discriminant analysis found that errors on the first task (Ticket purchase) uniquely separated the groups, F = 41.40, p < .001, correctly classifying 94% of graduators. An ROC analysis found an AUC of .83. MOCA scores did not increase classification accuracy. More baseline errors, but not completion times, predicted failure to master all FUNSAT tasks. Accuracy of identification of eventual mastery was exceptional. Detection of risk to fail to master training tasks is possible in the first 15 minutes of the baseline assessment. This information can guide future enhancements of computerized training.

PriTKT: A Blockchain-Enhanced Privacy-Preserving Electronic Ticket System for IoT Devices.

Electronic tickets (e-tickets) are gradually being adopted as a substitute for paper-based tickets to bring convenience to customers, corporations, and governments. However, their adoption faces a number of practical challenges, such as flexibility, privacy, secure storage, and inability to deploy on IoT devices such as smartphones. These concerns motivate the current research on e-ticket systems, which seeks to ensure the unforgeability and authenticity of e-tickets while simultaneously protecting user privacy. Many existing schemes cannot fully satisfy all these requirements. To improve on the current state-of-the-art solutions, this paper constructs a blockchain-enhanced privacy-preserving e-ticket system for IoT devices, dubbed PriTKT, which is based on blockchain, structure-preserving signatures (SPS), unlinkable redactable signatures (URS), and zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP). It supports flexible policy-based ticket purchasing and ensures user unlinkability. According to the data minimization and revealing principle of GDPR, PriTKT empowers users to selectively disclose subsets of (necessary) attributes to sellers as long as the disclosed attributes satisfy ticket purchasing policies. In addition, benefiting from the decentralization and immutability of blockchain, effective detection and efficient tracing of double spending of e-tickets are supported in PriTKT. Considering the impracticality of existing e-tickets schemes with burdensome ZKPs, we replace them with URS/SPS or efficient ZKP to significantly improve the efficiency of ticket issuing and make it suitable for use on smartphones.

IMPLEMENTATION OF KHIYAR IN PURCHASING TICKETS ON THE TRAVELOKA, TIKET.COM, AND BOOKING.COM APPLICATIONS

Khiyar is the right to continue or cancel the sale and purchase contract. Where today's technological developments are very necessary to protect the rights of both parties in carrying out transactions. This research aims to analyze the application of khiyar in purchasing tickets on the traveloka, tiket.com, and booking.com applications. The data used in this research is secondary data taken from books, the official websites of each platform and previous research journals. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by analyzing the characteristics of the transportation ticket buying and selling transaction process on each platform. Each transaction stage is depicted using a flow chart and the flow is described. Every online transportation ticket purchase transaction is analyzed to determine the implementation of khiyar rights on each platform. The results of this research show that online transportation ticket purchase transactions on the Traveloka, Tiket.com and Booking.com platforms have implemented khiyar ta'yin, khiyar conditions, and khiyar naqd, while khiyar aib is applied on the Tiket.com platform. The results of the khiyar are carried out in accordance with the khiyar provisions between the seller and the buyer.

Analisis Pengelolaan Angkutan Penyeberangan Terhadap Kelancaran dan Keamanan Arus Penumpang dan Barang: Studi Riset pada Sistem Aplikasi Ferizy Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Merak dan Bakauheni

The main problem in service at the Merak Bakauheni Port is the lack of attention to governance, especially in the application of the ferizy application system to the smoothness and safe flow of passengers and goods. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the impact of implementation of the Ferizy application system in ticket purchases on the smoothness and safe of passengers flow and goods at the Merak-Bakauheni Ferry Port. We use quantitative methods by involving using questionnaires that have been filled by 69 respondents. Furthermore, we use the Method of Succesive Interval (MSI) to convert ordinal scale data into intervals in the utilized questionnaire and conduct inferential testing (multivariate analysis MANOVA) to answer the research hypothesis. The research results indicate that the implementation of the Ferizy application (system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction) made a significant difference to the smoothness and safe of passengers flow and goods simultaneously and partially. The findings of this study specifically discuss the difference in data results on the ferizy application and the manifest of the Sailing Approval Letter (SPB), from the Merak-Bakauheni port and the Bakauheni-Merak port.

Mobile Marketing in the Art Industry

The rising prevalence of mobile devices has transformed consumer behaviors and created new opportunities for audience engagement through mobile marketing in the art world. However, there has been limited research on implementing effective mobile strategies for art professionals. This study aimed to systematically review mobile techniques over the past five years based on academic literature and industry reports. It analyzed key mobile marketing campaigns from prominent art institutions focusing on approaches like apps, augmented reality, and location-based services. The literature revealed several important findings about mobile marketing effectiveness. According to Pew Research Center data from 2019, 81% of Americans now own smartphones frequently used for internet access, demonstrating widespread mobile access. Studies of apps found those displaying artist portfolios and enabling ticket purchases had high audience engagement. Augmented reality apps providing interactive experiences attracted more first-time museum visitors than non-users. Location services increased nearby gallery foot traffic up to 35% by capitalizing on proximity. Case studies indicate mobile strategies can significantly boost participation when integrated across digital and physical channels through profiles, ticketing, content, and location promotion to spur visits. As a result, mobile technologies may help arts institutions connect with broader demographics in novel ways. However, usability and data privacy must be addressed. The review concluded that mobile techniques are highly impactful for boosting audience involvement, working best as an omni-channel approach across platforms and interactivity. Adopting established mobile marketing best practices is essential for arts professionals and organizations to thrive in today’s digital landscape and engage wider audiences.

Understanding asymmetric effects of attribute performance on tourist satisfaction with island tourism using user-generated data

PurposePast research often relies on linear relationship assumptions from the perspective of managers when studying the relationship between attribute performance and satisfaction. However, this study extracts tourists’ online reviews to explore asymmetric relationships and identifies island tourism satisfiers, hybrids and dissatisfiers.Design/methodology/approachThe research uses 3,523 reviews from Tripadvisor to examine Langkawi Island’s tourist satisfaction. Latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) machine-learning approach, penalty–reward contrast analysis and asymmetric impact-performance analysis (AIPA) were employed to extract and analyse the data.FindingsLangkawi’s dissatisfiers included “hotel and restaurant”, “beach leisure”, “water sport”, “snorkelling”, “commanding view”, “waterfall”, “sky bridge walk”, “animal show”, “animal feeding”, “history culture”, “village activity” and “duty-free mall”. Amongst these, five were low performers. Hybrids encompassed “ticket purchasing”, “amenity” “traditional food market” and “gift and souvenir”, all of which were low performers. Only one attribute was categorised as a satisfier: “nature view” which performed exceptionally well.Practical implicationsThis study provides recommendations to enhance tourist satisfaction and address tourist dissatisfaction. The elements requiring immediate attention for enhancement are the five low-performance dissatisfiers, as they represent tourists’ fundamental expectations. Conversely, the satisfier or excitement factor (i.e. nature views – mangroves and wildlife) could be prominently featured in promotional materials.Originality/valueThis research constitutes an early endeavour to categorise attributes of island tourism into groups of satisfaction, hybrid or dissatisfaction based on user-generated data. It is underpinned by two-factor and three-factor theories.

Branding tourism and collaborative governance: A case study from Nglanggeran village

Nglanggeran Village has been recognised as a smart tourism destination and earned the "Best Tourism Village" title from the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). This study delves into the analysis of collaborative governance within Nglanggeran Village, which has earned this esteemed recognition and explores tourism branding development through cross-sector efforts. Employing a qualitative research method with a case study approach focused on Nglanggeran Village, this research draws data from multiple sources, including mass media (10 sources related to the tourism branding of Nglanggeran Village) and the village's Twitter account. Data analysis is conducted using Computer-Assisted Data Analysis Software (CAQDS). The study applies branding theory, considering the following indicators: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. The findings reveal that Nglanggeran Tourism Village's collaborative governance efforts have been fostered by the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), which has forged partnerships with the Regional Government of Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. These collaborations involve mentoring and training to enhance tourism governance, focusing on aspects of natural, cultural, and educational tourism. Regarding tourism branding, mass media is pivotal in disseminating information about key tourism offerings, location coverage, and facilitating online ticket purchases. Furthermore, the @GunungApiPurba social media account collaborates with government entities to promote natural tourism, lodging packages, and various local food products, positioning itself as the central hub for branding while providing valuable information on access to the destination.

Conceptual Model: The Effect of Risk Perception and Price Fairness on Ticket Purchase Intention on Ticket Sales for Football Matches in Indonesia with Team Loyalty as Moderation

This study aims to explain the effect of risk perception and price fairness on ticket purchase intention sales for football matches in Indonesia with team loyalty as moderation. The expected finding is that there is a positive relationship between the effect of price fairness and a negative relationship between the effect of risk perception on football ticket purchase intention. This research conceptual model study is expected to provide an understanding of football club management so that they can properly manage football match tickets. This article is also expected to contribute theoretically and practically and may be used for future studies.
