FeCoNiCr high-entropy alloys have excellent corrosion resistance and low absolute strength. By adding TiB2 nanoparticles, FeCoNiCr high-entropy alloy composites produced via laser powder bed fusion was reinforced, it possessed the excellent structural stability of TiB2 and FeCoNiCr matrix, and its lattice was face center cubic without component segregation. The nanoparticles have positive influences on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The second-phase strengthening and the fine-grain strengthening sourcing generated by the nucleation effect of nanoparticles and the process characteristics of the laser powder bed fusion enhanced the strength. The nanoparticles induced grain refinement to reduce the electrochemical corrosion rate of the composite in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution, while the nanoparticles were easy to damage the passive film. The lower corrosion rate contributes greatly to the improvement of the corrosion resistance of the composite.
