Free competition in the industrial and organizational world, developments in information and communication technology (ICT), increased knowledge of consumers and company employees, encourage business actors who produce goods or services to start taking into account factors that can improve the quality and quantity of production to increase profits/profits. service satisfaction for consumers, as well as improving employee welfare.This study aims to determine the relationship between job insecurity and burnout among outsourced employees at Pelindo Teluk Bayur Padang. The independent variable in this study is job insecurity and the dependent variable is burnout. The measurement tools used in this study are the job insecurity scale and the burnout scale. The sample in this study were 118 outsourced employees of Pelindo Teluk Bayur Padang. Test the validity and reliability in this study using Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the job insecurity scale range from rix = 0.311 to rix = 0.793 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.929. Meanwhile, the burnout scale moves from rix = 0.327 to rix = 0.803 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.934. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.781 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between job insecurity and burnout among Pelindo Teluk Bayur Padang outsourced employees
