Impact of quantum technologies on innovation processes in the global economy

The article examines the impact of quantum technologies on innovation processes in the global economy. It analyzes the critical aspects of integrating quantum technologies in various sectors of the economy, particularly in the financial, health care, production, and IT spheres. Theoretical models and empirical data confirming how quantum technologies can accelerate innovation processes, increase research efficiency, and create new economic opportunities are considered. The article also provides practical recommendations for strategic planning and management of innovation processes in the conditions of the quantum revolution. Special attention is paid to the importance of an interdisciplinary approach and cooperation between business and the state. The author noted that the modern economy is on the threshold of a new era, where quantum technologies play a decisive role, which represents a new class of tools capable of radically changing traditional approaches to data processing, security, and computing. Quantum computers, quantum cryptography and quantum communication open opportunities for the economy that can accelerate the development of new materials, optimize logistics chains and increase the level of data security. A Blockchain-Based Secure Sharing Scheme for Electrical Impedance Tomography Data

Real-time electrical impedance tomography (EIT) data sharing is becoming increasingly necessary, due to the extensive use of EIT technology in various sectors, including material analysis, biomedicine, and industrial process monitoring. The prevalence of portable EIT equipment and remote imaging technology has led to a predominance of centralized storage, Internet protocol transmission, and certificates from certificate authorities (CA) in telemedicine data. This has resulted in compromised data security, network communication delays, high CA maintenance costs, increased risks of medical data privacy breaches, and low security. Therefore, this paper offers a consortia blockchain-based method for exchanging EIT data that addresses security and integrity concerns during data storage and exchange, while maintaining transparency and traceability. Proprietary re-encryption techniques are employed to guarantee traceability when exchanging anonymous data, enabling precise control over data access. This scheme serves to protect both data and identity privacy, as well as to trace the actual identity of potential malicious users, while also thwarting any coordinated efforts between partially trusted parties and data requesters seeking unauthorized access to confidential information. Additionally, a combination of blockchain and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) distributed storage technology is utilized to ease the burden of EIT data storage. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solution were validated through a series of experiments, demonstrating its ability to effectively prevent data tampering and misuse, reduce data management costs, and enhance the efficiency and quality of data sharing.

Digital Economics in Indonesia: Development and Research Trend

The development of the digital economy in Indonesia is driven by various factors, including the increasing use of technology in various sectors of the economy, the growth of e-commerce and digital payments, and government policies aimed at encouraging the digital economy. This study aims to determine the extent of the development of research on the theme of Digital economy in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the number of research publications related to this topic is 490 journal articles indexed by Dimensions. In the development of research related to Digital economy in Indonesia based on bibliometric keyword mapping, it is divided into 4 clusters with the most used words are technology, industry, economy, government, role, country, community, system, innovation, covid, and service. Based on the keywords that are often used, it can then be grouped into 4 research map clusters with topics that discuss: (1) Application of the Digital Economy in Rural Areas; (2) Competitiveness of MSMEs and Digital Transformation; (3) Economic growth and Digital Economy Development; and (4) Digital Economy and Pandemic Covid-19.

National Security Priorities for a Sustainable Energy Transition

Relevance. Problems of the sustainability of national economic systems continue to remain relevant for a long time. States continue to interact on climate agendas and environmental topics in a tense geopolitical situation. Expanding the implementation of carbon footprint reduction technologies is becoming a prerequisite for partnerships and entry into new international markets for the supply of products and services. National priorities of states today are moving closer together due to the growing climate crisis, which dictates the need to intensify work on the implementation of ESG projects. The purpose of the study was to analyze the current state of the movement to reduce the carbon footprint and the results of the implementation of declared initiatives within the framework of international agreements. Objectives. The article set and consistently solved the following tasks: a review of the current state of climate change in the environment and the impact of declining environmental quality on the health and longevity of the population was carried out, an assessment was made of the sectoral contribution of various sectors of the economy to the formation and accumulation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, an assessment of modern compensation carbon impact tools. Methodology. The work used methods of logical analysis, content analysis, statistical analysis of data on emissions and inputs, graphical and horizontal analysis, generalization and systematization of data. Results. An assessment of the current state of this problem made it possible to summarize the conclusions and results of research on this topic and to identify the main national priorities related to the implementation of strategies for switching to renewable energy sources. Conclusions. The article provides an overview of the level of implementation of resource-saving technologies in various sectors of the Russian national economy. Conclusions are drawn about the need to continue the environmental modernization of the national economic system and expand interstate cooperation on climate change issues and a sustainable energy transition to resource-saving technologies.

Global adoption of facial recognition technology with special reference to India-Present status and future recommendations.

The face is the most essential part of the human body, and because of its distinctive traits, it is crucial for recognizing people. Facial recognition technology (FRT) is one of the most successful and fascinating technologies of the modern times. The world is moving towards contactless FRT after the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to its contactless biometric characteristics, FRT is becoming quite popular worldwide. Businesses are replacing conventional fingerprint scanners with artificial intelligence-based FRT, opening up enormous commercial prospects. Security and surveillance, authentication/access control systems, digital healthcare, photo retrieval, etc., are some sectors where its use has become essential. In the present communication, we presented the global adoption of FRT, its rising trend in the market, utilization of the technology in various sectors, its challenges and rising concerns with special reference to India and worldwide.

GreenTech technologies for sustainability of the national economy

Conclusions are drawn on the need to continue ecological modernization of the national economic system and to expand interstate cooperation on climate change issues.

NON-FINANCIAL LEVERS FOR ENSURING THE EFFICIENT USE OF PERMANENT WORK IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL ADAPTATION OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Topicality. The current stage of development of the world economy is characterized by the large-scale implementation of digital technologies in various sectors and types of economic activity. Digital innovation, being a fundamental driving force of systemic transformations in the economy, not only leads to the emergence of new products and services, but also creates opportunities for the implementation of innovative business models, can contribute to a significant increase in efficiency in both the public and private sectors. In the process of implementing digital technologies, domestic business structures get the opportunity to make fundamental changes to business methods, test new technologies in practice, and ultimately increase productivity. However, in business practice, they may face barriers to the implementation of such technologies due to the widespread lack of financial and human resources and the need to support the digital transformation process. This means that the bodies responsible for the development and implementation of economic policy in the state should play an important role in creating a favorable environment for such business structures, which will allow them to start their digital transformation. The above requires the development and implementation of certain mechanisms and levers to support such transformations.
 Aim and tasks. The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations on ways to expand the possibilities of using non-financial levers to ensure the effective digital transformation of Ukraine.
 Materials and Methods. The theoretical basis of this scientific work consists of the best practices of state and non-state support for digital adaptation of business processes of the real sector of the economy, which are given in works of a theoretical and practical nature. To carry out this scientific work and achieve the set goal, the article uses methods of graphic interpretation of the results of analysis and generalization, methods of monographic analysis, and synthesis.Research results. As a result of the research, it was established that the current stage of development of the world economy is characterized by the large-scale implementation of digital technologies in various sectors and types of economic activity. It is noted that digital innovations, being the fundamental driving force of systemic transformations in the economy, not only lead to the emergence of new products and services, but also create opportunities for the implementation of innovative business models, can contribute to a significant increase in efficiency in both the public and private sectors. It is substantiated that in the process of implementing digital technologies, domestic business structures get the opportunity to make fundamental changes to business methods, test new technologies in practice, and ultimately increase productivity. Non-financial incentives for digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy have been identified. It was concluded that not all entrepreneurs have sufficient skills and knowledge in the field of digitalization, which may limit their opportunities for effective business. It has been established that some of the adopted legislative acts, strategic programs and initiatives are already morally outdated or have lost their relevance and require updating in accordance with the global challenges and opportunities of the digital economy. It was concluded that it is important to create uniform rules of the game for digital innovation by adopting relevant international technical standards for digital equipment and digital services. The need to create institutions and procedures aimed at solving digital security problems, preparing for protection against cyber-attacks, fighting cybercrime, and increasing general trust of the population in digital ecosystems, which is the basis of the digital economy, is substantiated. It has been proven that an important aspect of the introduction of digital technologies is the formation of society's motivation to use digital technologies, which largely depends on the availability of digital technologies, the development and functioning of infrastructure, the implementation of state programs and platforms for the digitalization of all spheres of social and economic life. Reasonable non-financial levers for ensuring effective digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy. Proposed directions for expanding the possibilities of using non-financial levers to ensure the effective digital transformation of Ukraine.
 Conclusion. The above made it possible to form a number of recommendations to the bodies responsible for the development and implementation of economic policy, regarding the expansion of the possibilities of using various tools to ensure effective digital adaptation of business processes of the real sector of the economy of Ukraine.

Artificial intelligence is forming a new driving force contributing to the development of Russia. The article also discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in various sectors of the economy. The high cost of implementing the technology is a major barrier to the use of artificial intelligence. The definition of artificial intelligence in the broadest sense is considered as a set of technologies for processing various types of data and information, in particular, technologies capable of interpreting this data, extracting knowledge and using it to achieve specific goals.

Deploying SMS Gateway in the Design and Development of Web and Mobile Academic Information Systems using the Waterfall Method

: The integration of technology in various sectors, beyond its common application in the gaming industry, has extended to the field of education. This evolution mandates parallel progress in academic institutions to keep pace with technological developments. A significant challenge identified was the reliance on manual accounting methods at SMAN 1 Kejobong, which includes teacher management, staff, and assistant administration, as well as processing student learning data. Outdated practices often lead to inaccuracies and inefficiencies, resulting in time-consuming data collection and potential losses for all stakeholders. To overcome this problem, it is proposed to implement a comprehensive information system or e-learning platform. However, the implementation of e-learning in educational institutions often encounters obstacles due to user discomfort or incompatibility with the institution's needs. This study validated all system features through Black box Testing and user satisfaction assessments, resulting in an average satisfaction level of 73.7%. The expected outcome is increased efficiency and accuracy in academic processes and student management, thereby facilitating a more effective learning and teaching environment.

Policy Design for Diffusing Hydrogen Economy and Its Impact on the Japanese Economy for Carbon Neutrality by 2050: Analysis Using the E3ME-FTT Model

To achieve carbon neutrality in Japan by 2050, renewable energy needs to be used as the main energy source. Based on the constraints of various renewable energies, the importance of hydrogen cannot be ignored. This study aimed to investigate the diffusion of hydrogen demand technologies in various sectors and used projections and assumptions to investigate the hydrogen supply side. By performing simulations with the E3ME-FTT model and comparing various policy scenarios with the reference scenario, the economic and environmental impacts of the policy scenarios for hydrogen diffusion were analyzed. Moreover, the impact of realizing carbon neutrality by 2050 on the Japanese economy was evaluated. Our results revealed that large-scale decarbonization via hydrogen diffusion is possible (90% decrease of CO2 emissions in 2050 compared to the reference) without the loss of economic activity. Additionally, investments in new hydrogen-based and other low-carbon technologies in the power sector, freight road transport, and iron and steel industry can improve the gross domestic product (1.6% increase in 2050 compared to the reference), as they invoke economic activity and require additional employment (0.6% increase in 2050 compared to the reference). Most of the employment gains are related to decarbonizing the power sector and scaling up the hydrogen supply sector, while a lot of job losses can be expected in the mining and fossil fuel industries.

Цифровая трансформация государственного управления как фактор достижения цифрового суверенитета в Российской Федерации

The aim of this paper is to examine theoretical approaches to understanding the phenomenon of digital sover-eignty, its structure and function in the conditions of creation and implementation of information and telecom-munication technologies in various sectors of the country’s economic activity and the active process of digital transformation of public administration, changing the boundaries and instrumental base of ensuring national sovereignty of the country. The object – the process of digital transformation of public administration in the Russian Federation. The subject of the study is the activities of digital transformation of public administration of various branches and levels of government, which have an impact on ensuring the digital sovereignty of the country. The paper analyzes the stages of penetration and use of digital technologies in public administration, basing on which the main directions and goals that are mandatory elements of ensuring the digital sovereignty of the country are defined, taking into account the increasing role of technology as an instrument of countries’ political confrontation in the international arena. Based on the results of the work, it is concluded that the active introduction of modern digital technologies in key areas of public administration and society requires ensuring state digital sovereignty, which, in turn, implies the creation of its own critical information and telecommunica-tion technologies, national independent infrastructure and information systems.

Optimization of Mechanical Properties and Surface Characteristics of PLA+ 3D Printing Materials

Recently, there is a growing demand towards adopting 3D printing technology in various sectors due to its potential merits. The mechanical properties and surface quality of the final product are influenced by the process parameters. Therefore, this study aims to optimize the infill density and pattern beside printing speed and temperature to achieve optimum mechanical properties and surface characteristics of PLA+ 3D-printed material. The Taguchi method was applied with L9 array, and tensile and surface roughness tests were carried out to evaluate the performance of specimens in terms of the obtained ultimate tensile strength, Young’s modulus, tensile strain (%), and surface roughness. The selected parameters with their levels were as follows: printing temperature (205, 215, and 225°C), printing speed (20, 50, and 80 mm/s), infill density (30%, 60%, and 90%), and infill pattern (triangle, cubic, and concentric). The findings revealed the significant impact of the infill density followed by the infill pattern on the mechanical and surface performances of the PLA+ material. From the other side, the Taguchi method was integrated with grey relational analysis (GRA) as a multiobjective optimization to find out the optimum mechanical properties and surface characteristics of the 3D-printed PLA+ part. Accordingly, 215°C, 50 mm/s, 90%, and triangle pattern achieved optimum mechanical properties (24 MPa, 3.14 GPa, and 13.72%) and surface roughness (3.21 µm).

Improving the Theoretical and Methodological Framework for Implementing Digital Twin Technology in Various Sectors of Agriculture

The aim of this study is to systematize and improve the theoretical and methodological framework for implementing digital twin technology. The study focuses on digital twins in agriculture. This paper is designed to solve the scientific problem associated with the development of a methodological framework for the implementation of digital twins in the work of agricultural organizations. Using methods of analysis of socio-economic phenomena and processes on the basis of a set of scientific approaches, economic-statistical analysis, and others, the study considers the importance of digital twins of agricultural machinery and equipment, identifies trends in agriculture determined by digitalization, and suggests promising areas for digital twins of agricultural machinery and equipment. This paper also examines the theoretical basis for the implementation of digital twin technology in the agricultural sector of production. New research results complement the theoretical provisions on the essence of digital twin technology; develop the methodological provisions of digital twin technology, represented by the study of their significance, principles, and features of operation. The study may be seen as academically novel as it reveals the prerequisites for implementing digital technology in agriculture as well as clarifies and improves the theoretical and methodological provisions of the application of digital twin technology in various sectors of agriculture.

The Development of Technological Support Organizations as an Indicator of Management Efficiency

Abstract The article is devoted to analyzing the need for managers to spend money on developing technological support for organizations to achieve strategic goals. The impact of technologies in various sectors of organizations’ activity on the effectiveness of organizational systems is considered. The work examines the activity of Ukrainian profitable and non-profit organizations on the influence of the level of technologicalization of organizational processes on increasing the level of profit and the social effect of activity. The study considered the statistical data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine for 2018, 2019, and 2021 according to the indicators Number of enterprises that have access to the internet and the number of employed who have access to the internet and Number of employed who have access to the internet. The given statistical data were quantitatively processed (summarized and compared). With the help of theoretical research methods (deduction and analysis) of the obtained results, it was found that the organization’s technological development helps to increase the organization’s profitability and the non-profit organization’s social effect. The practical value of the article lies in the visual representation of the dependence between the necessity of spending on the technological development of managers of profitable and non-profit organizations and the effectiveness of these organizations.

Implementasi Computer Based Test Pada SMP PGRI Se-Gugus V Kecamatan Cileungsi Kabupaten Bogor

The importance of applying Information Technology in various sectors is a challenge for each institution, as well as in the education environment at the junior high school level, the application of Information Technology for evaluating learning activities as a measure of understanding of the learning material that has been obtained. Evaluation of learning at the junior high school level is usually carried out at least 2 (two) assessments, namely the Mid Semester Assessment (PTS) and the Year End Assessment (PAT). Within the Cileungsi branch of PGRI itself, it has 6 (six) working areas or clusters, namely Cluster I, Cluster II, Cluster III, Cluster IV and Cluster V, Cluster VI, in the implementation of this service it is carried out in Cluster V. At PGRI level Cluster V Kec. Cileungsi Kab. Bogor which houses 10 (ten) Junior High Schools (SMP) whose assessments still use paper-based tests (Paper Based Tests), but in accordance with the demands and needs of the implementation of the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be implemented for the first time in the implementation of the Mid Semester Assessment (PTS). ) ) Academic Year 2022/2023. The implementation of the Computer Based Test (CBT) has been carried out by PGRI Middle Schools in Cluster V, Kec. Bogor Cileungsi Regency has 8 (eight) schools, namely SMP PGRI Surya Kencana, SMP PGRI Klapanunggal, SMP PGRI Gandoang, SMP PGRI Bojong, SMP PGRI Jonggol, SMP PGRI Lulut, SMP PGRI Tanjungsari, SMP PGRI Sukamakmur with a total of 3,400 students. In its implementation using 2 (two) Servers and using laptops, computers and cellphones as clients used by participants and carried out for 6 (six) days.

The article discusses and analyzes the prospects for the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the field of education, including higher education. The relevance of the study of the development and implementation of AI technologies in various spheres of life, the analysis of these technologies from various points of view (social, economic, ethical, legal) is outlined. This is due to the increased introduction of AI technologies in various sectors of the economy and the need for personnel with competencies in the creation and application of AI. It is noted that the rapid development of AI technologies has a significant impact on the field of education, and the issue of introducing these technologies into the training of future specialists is becoming more urgent. The use of AI within the educational environment opens up fundamentally new opportunities for the qualitative development of the services provided and received from the point of view of all participants in the educational process. AI technologies, of course, act as a tool for improving teaching methods and methods that contribute to improving and accelerating educational, pedagogical and communication processes.

The aim of this article is to study the best world practices of the government and non-government support for digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy and to develop recommendations on ways to expand the possibilities of using financial instruments to ensure effective digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy of Ukraine. The following is analyzed: prerequisites and components of the process of creating a digital economy in Ukraine in particular and in the world in general; the place occupied by the State in the implementation of investment decisions for the development of the digital economy; national models of stimulation of the innovation process; issues of formation of the mechanism of digital transformation, management of the development of the national economy of Ukraine. It is found that the current stage of development of the world economy is characterized by a large-scale introduction of digital technologies in various sectors and types of economic activity. It is noted that digital innovations, being a fundamental driving force of systemic transformations in the economy, not only lead to the emergence of new products and services, but also create opportunities for the introduction of innovative business models, able to contribute to a significant increase in efficiency in both the public and private sectors. It is substantiated that when using digital technological solutions, Ukrainian enterprises have the opportunity to reformat the mechanisms of doing business, test innovative technologies and, as a result, increase their efficiency. The foreign and domestic experience of digital adaptation of business processes of the real sector of the economy is systematized. Both direct and indirect financial levers to ensure effective digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the economy are substantiated. Directions for expanding the possibilities of using financial levers to ensure effective digital transformation of Ukraine are proposed. A number of recommendations have been made to the bodies responsible for the development and implementation of economic policy to expand the possibilities of using various instruments to ensure effective digital adaptation of business processes in the real sector of the Ukrainian economy.

Vital Support of Information Technology in India during Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019

To prevent its spread, various restrictions have been imposed which in turn has increased the use of technology in various sectors like education, healthcare, etc. This paper aims to shed some light on the growth, advantages and disadvantages of technology as seen during the pandemic and is an in-depth analysis of growth of online grocery & medicine delivery services, online payment methods like UPI and how education, finance and health industry has been revolutionized in this time period.
