This study was to determine possible associations of participation in health yoga program with leisure immersion, leisure satisfaction and living satisfaction. In order to expand the base of health yoga program with its promotion and also suggest basic academic materials through a new interpretation about phenomena, this study took its samples from Yoga center users who attend technical Yoga training centers, composite sport centers and local culture centers in Seoul metropolitan area. Here, total 206 subjects(male and female) were asked to join a survey. SPSS 12.0 Version was used as a statistic program to conduct reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe`s posttest, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The significance level of all statistic values was set at α=.05. These analyses came to the following conclusions: First, in the analysis on difference in leisure flow experience depending on demographic characters, it was indicated to be higher in men than women, in a group with older age than a group with younger age, in an educational-official group than other group as for a job type, in the married group than the unmarried group as for marital status, and in a healthy group than other group. Second, in the analysis on difference in leisure satisfaction depending on demographic characters, the leisure satisfaction was indicated to be relatively high in gender, age, educational level, job type, marital status, and health condition. Third, in the analysis on difference in life satisfaction depending on demographic characters, the life satisfaction was indicated to be relatively high in gender, age, educational level, job type, marital status, and health condition. Fourth, given examining the relationship of leisure flow experience, leisure satisfaction, and life satisfaction in a Health Yoga Program, the correlation was indicated to be high in order of leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction as for leisure flow experience, and in leisure satisfaction as for life satisfaction. Fifth, leisure flow experience showed the statistically significant impact on leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction.
