Effects of the interaction between resilience development and digital transformation on the performance of the Australian food supply chains

ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the relationship between resilience development and digital transformation (DT) and its effect on food supply chain (FSC) performance. A survey of 208 practitioners in the Australian FSC was conducted, and the collected data was analysed using multivariate data analysis techniques. Findings suggest a positive impact on performance, particularly in terms of on-time, in-full delivery and inventory turnover. Organisations with low resilience can significantly improve their performance through the adoption of technologies, while those with well-established resilience display a lesser impact. Our research enhances the current understanding of the relationship between DT and resilience, and its impact on the food supply chain during disruptive events such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Results can help practitioners to effectively implement both DT and resilience development to enhance performance, ensure coherent strategies and prevent frustrated efforts.

The Effect of Working Capital, Sales, and Operating Expenses on Net Profit on Bengkel Sejahtera Motor Source Cirebon

. This study was driven by a decline in net profit at Bengkel Sejahtera Motor Sumber Cirebon during the 2019-2023 period. The reduction in net profit suggests that working capital has not been utilized optimally, and operational expenses have risen each year. Therefore, this research seeks to explore how workshop owners can maximize the use of their working capital and minimize operational costs effectively to boost net profit at Bengkel Sejahtera Motor Sumber Cirebon. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of working capital, sales, and operational expenses on the net profit of the workshop. This study employs a quantitative approach, with a population of 144 financial data entries, and uses random sampling as the sampling method. The data analysis techniques applied include descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, and a series of data quality tests, such as validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests). Hypothesis testing is conducted using the t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous). The findings of this research reveal that working capital has a significant negative impact on net profit, sales have a significant positive effect, and operational costs exert a significant negative influence on net profit. Furthermore, working capital, sales, and operational costs together significantly affect the net profit.

Analysis of the application of behavioral accounting aspects in the management of village fund allocation in Pineleng Satu Village of Pineleng District in Minahasa Regency

This study aims to analyze: (1) the application of behavioral accounting aspects in the management of village fund allocations in Pineleng Satu Village of Pineleng District in Minahasa Regency, and (2) factors that cause delays in completing the accountability report. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. This research uses data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification. Data validity tests include credibility tests with triangulation of sources and techniques, and dependability tests. The results showed: (1) the application of behavioral accounting aspects in the management of village fund allocations in Pineleng Satu Village has not been fully implemented properly. This can be seen from the aspect of reporting requirements where the village government is slow in completing the accountability report, resulting in the accountability report not being reported according to the specified time. (2) The first factor that causes delays in completing the accountability report is related to human resources and the second factor is the behavior of implementers in collecting complementary documents for the accountability report.

Influence of Motivation, Compensation, and Competency on Employee Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction (Case Study at Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan)

This research aims to analyze motivation, compensation, and competence on employee performance as mediated by job satisfaction at the Deposit Insurance Corporation. This research uses a survey method with a sample of 100 people using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) application version 3.2.9. by evaluating the outer model, the inner model, and path analysis tests. The research results provide conclusions: (1) Motivation has no significant effect on employee performance; (2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance; (3) Competency has a significant effect on employee performance; (4) Motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction; (5) Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction; (6) Competency has a significant effect on job satisfaction; (7) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance; (8) The influence of motivation on employee performance cannot be mediated by job satisfaction; (9) The effect of compensation on employee performance cannot be mediated by job satisfaction; (10) The influence of competency on employee performance cannot be mediated by job satisfaction; (11) The coefficient value of the determinant ( ) of the Job Satisfaction construct is 0.649, indicating that the influence of Motivation, Compensation, and Competence constructs on Job Satisfaction is 64.9%; (12) The coefficient value of the determinant ( ) of the Employee Performance construct is 0.640, indicating that the influence of Motivation, Compensation, and Competence Job Satisfaction constructs on Employee Performance is 64%.

DESKRIPSI DAMPAK BULLYING TERHADAP KESEHATAN MENTAL ANAK USIA DINI DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH KECAMATAN SIPATANA KOTA GORONTALO

The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the forms of bullying behavior in the school environment of sipatana subdistrict, gorontalo city, (2) to examine in depth the impact of bullying on the mental health of young children, and (3) to identify in schools. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive study type. The researcher used interview, observation, and documentation techniques to gather data. The data analysis technique was the interactive analysis of miles and huberman, which consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, for data validity checking, the researcher used triangulation. The research found that : (1) the forns of bullying behavior occurring in the school environment of sipatana subdistrict,gorontalo city, include verbal bullying (using harsh language towards peers) and relational bullying (such as ostracizing, ignoring, and humiliating): (2) the impact of bullying on mental helath includes victims becoming withdrawn, lacking self-confidence, isolating themselves, feeling inferior, and experiencing hindered development in cognitive and social relationships: (3) efforts by schools to reduce bullying behavior in the sipatana subdistrict school environment include involving parents, providing strong character education through learning activities, advising and reprimanding, providing, religious education, reflecting on the child, and motivating the child with various appreciations from educators and parents.

The study aims to examine the effect of company size, capital investment, litigation, institutional ownership structure growth opportunity, tax. A Survey of Public Library-Led Digital Literacy Training in Canada: Perceptions of Administrators and Instructors

Objective – This paper presents the results from a survey of administrators and instructors at public libraries across Canada investigating the delivery of digital literacy training led by public libraries. The goal of the survey was to capture a snapshot of the Canadian public library-led digital literacy training landscape and to explore differences in perceptions of training activities between public library administrators and instructors. Methods – An online survey was distributed to administrators and instructors at public libraries across Canada with the help of two national public library associations. The survey instrument was developed based on a theoretical framework from the research team’s prior case study investigations of community-led digital literacy training. The survey included closed- and open-ended questions concerning the availability of adequate/sustained funding, the adequacy of dedicated classroom resources, the competency of teaching staff, the helpfulness of support staff, the amount and frequency of knowledge sharing of best practices, the amount of rigorous and regular performance measurement, the scheduling of the training provided, the skills taught, the pedagogical approaches used, and the marketing carried out. Responses were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. Results – Public library administrators and instructors in Canada are generally satisfied with the delivery of digital literacy training; however, room for improvement exists. Instructors are more positive about the delivery of this training than administrators. Findings support and extend the research team’s conceptual model, specifically in terms of providing more insight and clarity on how the learning environment and program components affect the delivery of digital literacy training led by public libraries. Results highlight how training is situated in context and how libraries need to fine-tune the delivery of this training in ways that are reflective of libraries’ learning environments and program components. Conclusion – Results are of high interest to researchers and library practitioners who wish to leverage evidence-based library and information practice to understand and address the factors affecting the successful delivery of public library-led digital literacy training. Though funding is always an obstacle for any public service organization, libraries can make improvements to the delivery of their training in other ways, such as carrying out more robust performance measurement and using results more transparently, participating in more knowledge-sharing opportunities, and better understanding learner needs and preferences.

A Analysis Of Central Government Ministry Pro-Poor Budgeting Program Before And After The Pandemic

Pro-poor budgeting analysis is an approach used to ensure that government budget allocations favor and favor the interests of the poor and vulnerable. This study uses a qualitative approach to determine the differences in pro-poor budgeting budget allocations in the Central Government. The data collection techniques used in this study are using secondary data from the Central Government Financial Statements for the 2019 and 2022 fiscal years. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis. This analysis is important to see budget allocations that are right on target and effective in reducing poverty levels in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the three Central Governments have differences in pro-poor budgeting priorities between the pre-COVID-19 period and the post-COVID-19 period, and other results show differences in the effectiveness of pro-poor budgeting between Ministries. The implications of this research are related to the impact of pro-poor budgeting and can be used as a basis for more effective policy-making related to pro-poor budgeting in the Central Government. This research has significant benefits as a literature reference for students exploring related fields. This study can be used as an important reference by providing secondary data and in-depth analysis. In addition, the results of this study open up opportunities for further development by future researchers. Thus, this study enriches the academic literature and triggers future innovation and continuous research, ultimately contributing to the development of science and practical application in related fields.

The Influence of Field Work Practices, Motivation, and Self-Efficacy on Work Readiness

Job readiness is the ability of a human being to do things related to work activities. Job readiness is a trait and behavior that will be needed by students, especially final year students. To build job readiness, it is also necessary to practice field work, motivation and self-efficacy of students. This research is a type of quantitative research. This study made a sample of final year Management students Faculty of Economics and Business, UPNV East Java The sample technique used was Simple Random Sampling with a total of 94 students and data analysis techniques using the PLS (Partial Least Square) method, using validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of previous research on research related to the variables of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence on the influence of field work practices, motivation, and self-efficacy on work readiness.

Abundance of Natural Resources: Influence on Economic Growth in ASEAN Countries

ASEAN's GDP growth reached 3 trillion USD, with intra-ASEAN trade reaching 590.4 billion USD. ASEAN is projected to become the world's fourth-largest economy by 2050, and over the past few years has shown rapid economic growth. This study aims to analyze the waste of resources that affect the economic growth of ASEAN countries sourced from the export value of natural resources of fuel, natural resources of ore and minerals, natural resources of agriculture, and natural resources of food. Using a quantitative descriptive research approach, using secondary data in the form of panel data for the period 2001-2020 obtained from 10 countries in ASEAN. Data analysis technique using panel data regression, selected model random effect model using Eviews 12 software. The results of this study show that the abundance of natural resources of ores and minerals has a significant effect on economic growth in ASEAN countries with a positive relationship direction, while agricultural natural resource variables have a significant influence on economic growth with a negative relationship direction. This is due to dependence on agricultural natural resources, market instability, technological and infrastructure limitations, climate change vulnerability, and political instability, thus causing loss of added value, dependence on export markets and development on the agricultural industry, which causes obstacles to economic growth which ultimately hinders economic growth to develop optimally.

Implementation of Accounting Software in the Financial Reports of Village-Owned Enterprises Bojonggede Mandiri

There are still many Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE’s) in Indonesia that have not submitted financial reports in accordance with PDTT Village Ministerial Decree No. 136 of 2022. In fact, this is important to pay attention to because the financial reports at Village-Owned Enterprises will be used as economic decision making. This also happened to Village-Owned Enterprises Bojonggede Mandiri, the Village-Owned Enterprises has not submitted financial reports in accordance with the applicable Ministerial Decree. Therefore, the aim of this research is to implement Zahir Apps accounting software to assist in preparing financial reports for Village-Owned Enterprises Bojonggede Mandiri in accordance with PDTT Village Ministerial Decree No. 136 of 2022. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of interviews, observations and documentation, while secondary data consists of Village-Owned Enterprises financial reports for the period October 2023 to March 2024. The data validity technique used is the data source triangulation technique and the data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that VOE’s Bojonggede Mandiri has implemented financial reports in accordance with the applicable Ministerial Decree and Produced a profit and loss financial report, financial position reports and cash flow report using Zahir Apps. However, the VOE’s still doesn’t understand more deeply about the use of Zahir Apps. Namely by producing a profit and loss financial report, financial position report and cash flow report. Therefore, the researcher provides a draft Zahir Appa usage guidebook for VOE’s to use as a reference in preparing financial reports using Zahir Apps.

Pengembangan Media Monopoli sebagai Sarana Belajar dan Bermain Siswa Sekolah Dasar dalam Materi Perkembangan Hewan dan Tumbuhan

The background is the need for an innovative approach in education to facilitate students' understanding of complex concepts. Monopoly media is developed to increase student engagement and facilitate understanding of concepts. Through interactive and interesting game elements. This study aims to develop Monopoly game-based learning media for animal and plant development material in Elementary Schools by applying the ADDIE model, which includes the analysis, design, and development stages. In the analysis stage, identification of needs and potential problems in learning is carried out. The design stage involves creating game components that are in accordance with the learning material. The development stage includes media production and validation, including the creation of game boards, question cards, and mystery cards. The subjects in this study were elementary school students, data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and observing and data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The results of this development are expected to enrich students' learning experiences, improve collaboration, and motivate them in understanding animal and plant development material.

Peningkatan Performa Pelayanan Publik Melalui Penerapan Core Values BerAKHLAK di Kota Singkawang Tahun 2022-2023

In the midst of increasingly high public demands for quality public services, the government through service officers must be able to serve professionally. Implementation and apllication of the core values of BerAKHLAK is one of the main keys to realizing excellent public services. This study aims to examine the process of internalization and application of the core values of BerAKHLAK carried out in Singkawang City in the implementation of public services and their contribution to improving the performance of quality public services for the community. The research method used is a descriptive research type and qualitative approach. Informants were selected through purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification sourced from observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the internalization of the core values of BerAKHLAK in Singkawang City has been running well and has had a positive impact on improving public service performance. This is evidenced by the increasing value of the public service index in Singkawang City by the Ministry of PAN-RB with a score of 4.22 in 2022 from previously in 2021 getting a score of 3.57. In addition, public satisfaction with public services in Singkawang City has also increased as seen from the value of the public satisfaction index, and the commitment of UPP in Singkawang City to improving the quality of public services. However, there are still weaknesses in several aspects of service. Therefore, The Singkawang City Government must continue to make sustainable efforts to improve the quality of public services in Singkawang City.

IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR PADA PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN BUDI PEKERTI DI SMA NEGERI 2 PARE KEDIRI

This research aims to find out how the process of implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka in the subjects of Islamic Education and Character, what the obstacles to implementation are, and how schools try to overcome these obstacles. In this research, researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles & Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in the subjects of Islamic Education and Character is going well, the indicators are teacher preparation carried out by teachers, preparation of learning tools, implementation of the learning process, and implementation of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). The problems found in this research are that teachers have not received training, differentiated learning is not optimal, as well as changes in the paradigm of teachers and students. And efforts to overcome the problems of implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka in the subjects of Islamic Education and Character at SMA Negeri 2 Pare are by attending workshops, increasing a teacher's creativity and sharing to change the mindset in teaching.

Methodological Planning to Determine the Technological Expansion of Smart Metering Systems for Utilities

This research uses data analysis and mining techniques to determine the technological expansion of measurement systems in a public service company. It integrates technical, economic, geographic, and social variables into the analysis using machine learning techniques to discover patterns and relationships in large data sets. The fuzzy logic methodology is applied using the MATLAB programming tool “Fuzzy Logic” to build algorithms that allow for the correct selection of measurement, achieving greater efficiency and precision in the assignment of meter types. The results show that 98% of the metering systems in the significant part are electronic meters, with the “Residential BT” rate being the most extensive data set. Implementing the “fuzzy logic” technique recognizes that more than 60% of the meters are electronic, with the registration of active energy, reactive energy, and demand, allowing for greater control over the marketing variables of the distribution system operator. This research suggests that a future restructuring of electrical metering systems benefits the company and its users. By applying the analysis, a portfolio of viable projects for the replacement of measurement systems is obtained, and they are grouped into two clusters based on the total cost of the technological change.

The Influence of Perception of Ease and Perceived Usefulness on Interest in Using E-Money in FE UNJ Students Through Trust as a Mediation Variable

This study aims to determine the influence of perception of ease and perceived usefulness on interest in using E-Money in FE UNJ students through trust as a mediation variable. This study used quantitative methods by using questionnaires as a way of data collection. The population in this study is FE UNJ students who are still active as students and use E-Money totaling 998 people. Determination of the sample using the slovin formula so that the sample used amounted to 285 students. The technique used for sampling uses purposive sampling. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis techniques use PLS analysis which consists of measurement model analysis, structural models, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, the results show that the perception of ease, perceived usefulness, and trust has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using E-Money, the perception of ease and perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on trust, trust has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using E-Money, trust is able to mediate positively the influence of perceived usefulness but unable to mediate the influence of perception of ease on interest in using E-Money. This discovery implies that interest in using E-Money is influenced by several factors. For E-Money service providers, this research can provide promotions regarding the ease and benefits provided by E-Money to students so as to expand the market and increase trust by ensuring security when making transactions, and providing good service.

Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Gereja Paroki Wilayah Kota Maumere

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human resource competence, leadership style and use of information technology on the quality of financial reports of Parish Churches in the Maumere City area. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study was the Financial Council taken from 5 Parish Churches in Maumere City, namely 32 respondents. The sampling method used in this research was saturated sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 32 respondents. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, where the research instrument used a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The results of this research show that the variables of human resource competency, leadership style and the use of information technology partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of the Church's financial reports. Maumere City Parish.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of village und management in improving the development of mendalo indah village, jambi luar kota district, muaro jambi regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Furtherore, the research result are analyzed using the descriptive percentage ratio for the effectiveness of village fund management in the field of physical development of mendalo indah village. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research is to calculate he comparison of village fund realization with the village fund expenditure target multiplied by 100%. Based on the result of this research, the affectiveness of village fund management in improving village development in mendalo indah in 2017-2022 is the effective category. Because the level of effectiveness each year is at 90-100%

Real-time solar PV generation in a building using LSTM-based time series forecasting

The increasing demand for renewable energy has forced the researchers to lay importance on studying the behavior of these sources by monitoring the operational data and performing data analysis. The application of data analytics to renewable energy is one of the most powerful methods to maintain the system's reliability and stability. As the power system becomes more complex the necessity to perform data analytics also increases. When data analytic techniques are applied to solar energy generations through Photovoltaic (PV) dataset, the possible behavior of PV generation performance which is affected by changes in environmental conditions can be predicted and further analytical approaches allow us to detect possible PV panel and inverter failures. This paper is an attempt towards applying the intelligent data analytics approaches to solar PV generation of a real-time photovoltaic plant. The main purpose of the data analytics platform is to analyze the energy yield, assess the PV system performance, and forecast solar PV generation. In this article, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) machine learning model is developed to assess and interpret the available information from the gathered data of the PV plant. The proposed model is a sequence-to-sequence regression-based forecasting model which performs time series forecasting in a real-time 100 kW PV plant in the University building of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, Tamilnadu.

The effect of interdisciplinary teaching approach on the creative and critical thinking skills of gifted pupils

The aim of this study is to develop "Teaching Practices to Improve Thinking Skills Based on an Interdisciplinary Approach (PTSIA)" and to examine its effect on creative thinking and critical thinking skills of gifted fifth-grade students. This study used explanatory sequential design, which is a mixed research method that combines quantitative and qualitative research techniques. The study group of the research consisted of 62 gifted fifth grade students. For the students in the experimental group, the activities in accordance with the results prepared for the PTSIA for the students in the experimental group were carried out for a total of 45 h, 3 h per week during the extracurricular hours. The study used both quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. Quantitative data were analysed using the independent samples t-test, which is one of the relational statistics based on the comparison of two variables, experimental and control groups, and Cohen d values were calculated to determine the effect size. Qualitative data were analysed using descriptive and content analysis. It was concluded that the PTSIA prepared with the research were effective in developing creative and critical thinking skills, which are among the high-level thinking skills of gifted students. The applications were found to be beautiful, interesting, intriguing, and exciting by the students. It was concluded that teachers had positive opinions about the practices. Based on the results obtained from this study, the use of an interdisciplinary approach in teaching practices aimed at developing students' thinking skills will facilitate the acquisition of cognitive thinking abilities and their application to daily life. This approach will enable students to more clearly perceive the relationships between events, facts, and ideas, and learn to establish deeper connections between them by integrating various disciplines and perspectives.
