A STEP INTO THE FUTURE (review of the book “Russian economy: who is to blame? What to do?”)

The review provides an overview of the main ideas of the book with the catchy title “Russian Economy: Who is to Blame? What to do?”, prepared by a team of authors under the leadership of Doctor of Economics, Professor S. I. Kretov. The monograph’s breakthrough ideas are noted, including the proposal to form a new contour of the circulation sphere, based on Free Sovereign Development Certificates (USSR rubles with demurrage). The authors’ proposals will make it possible to form a sovereign circulation system, which assumes the priority of the production sector and serves its needs. The ideas expressed deserve their thoughtful critical assessment by the academic and professional community, testing in model industries and, I hope, subsequent implementation. Separately, the relevance of the proposals made back in 2021 is noted, as well as their practical value for solving the problems of developing the Russian economy.

An Integrative Model of Alcohol-Facilitated Intimate Partner Aggression Perpetration in Sexual and Gender Diverse Couples.

Sexual and gender diverse (SGD) individuals are at heightened risk for intimate partner aggression (IPA) perpetration relative to their heterosexual and cisgender peers. Alcohol is a well-established cause of IPA perpetration in cisgender, heterosexual couples; however, minimal research has investigated the alcohol-IPA perpetration link in SGD couples. The relative lack of work in this area is a major barrier to addressing this health disparity. SGD individuals experience unique stressors related to their and/or their partner's intersecting minoritized identities that are critical to understanding alcohol-IPA etiology and informing culturally affirming intervention programming. We advance prior work by members of the authorship team (see Parrott et al., 2023a; Shorey et al., 2019) to propose an integrative theoretical model that invokes (1) the I3 Model to organize risk and resilience factors at the individual and dyadic level, and (2) Alcohol Myopia Theory to explain the mechanism by which proximal alcohol use facilitates IPA as a function of individual differences in those factors. This integrative model provides a framework to understand how the confluence of stigma, minority stressors, proximal alcohol use, and other factors contribute to IPA perpetration in SGD couples. Application of this integrative model has potential to facilitate more rigorous research (e.g., intensive longitudinal designs, dyadic analysis) focused on putative risk and resilience factors across the social ecology. Further, the model provides guidance for intervention development by identifying how individual (e.g., minority stress), relationship (e.g., relationship functioning), and structural factors (e.g., SGD stigma) interactively contribute to alcohol-facilitated IPA perpetration.

A time-motion study on impact of spatial separation for empiric airborne precautions in emergency department length of stay.

To evaluate the impact of spatial separation on patient flow in the emergency department. This was a retrospective, time-and-motion analysis conducted from 15 to 22 August, 2022 at the emergency department of a tertiary hospital in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. During this duration, spatial separation was implemented in critical and semi-critical zones to separate patients with symptoms of respiratory infections into respiratory area, and patients without into non-respiratory area. This study adhered to the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) guidelines. Patients triaged to critical and semi-critical zones were included in this study. Timestamps of patient processes in emergency department until patient departure were documented. The emergency department length-of-stay was longer in respiratory area compared to non-respiratory area; 527 min (381-698) versus 390 min (285-595) in critical zone and 477 min (312-739) versus 393 min (264-595) in semi-critical zone. In critical zone, time intervals of critical flow processes and compliance to hospital benchmarks were similar in both areas. More patients in respiratory area were managed within the arrival-to-contact ≤30 min benchmark and more patients in non-respiratory area had emergency department length-of-stay ≤8 h. The implementation of spatial separation in infection control should address decision-to-departure delays to minimise emergency department length of stay. The study evaluated the impact of spatial separation on patient flow in the emergency department. Emergency department length-of-stay was significantly prolonged in the respiratory area. Hospital administrators and policymakers can optimise infection control protocols measures in emergency departments, balancing infection control measures with efficient patient care delivery. Role of ChatGPT and Gemini in the Urology Field: A Case-Based Study

Introduction The healthcare sector is witnessing a transformation with the advent of artificial intelligence (AI), exemplified by ChatGPT and Gemini AI. These AI systems emulate human conversation and provide accurate medical responses. This study explores their integration into medical decision-making in the urology field. Methods The study presented a collection of 20 medical case scenarios, carefully crafted and revised by a team of authors in the field of urology. Each case was presented to ChatGPT and Gemini in September of 2023, and their responses were recorded and analyzed. Results Both AI tools displayed varying accuracy in diagnoses and management recommendations. ChatGPT failed in identifying congenital penile curvature, while Gemini succeeded. Conversely, ChatGPT excelled in recommending a management plan for renal artery aneurysms. Gemini outperformed in explaining iodinated contrast material toxicity. Both struggled with a bladder prolapse prevention question. Conclusion AI integration in urology is promising but has limitations. AI provides valuable insights but cannot replace human expertise. Research is vital to improve AI's role in urology. Clinicians should view AI suggestions as supplements to their judgment, fostering collaborative healthcare decisions.

Mechanical properties improvement of titanium alloy and its grain boundary dislocation evolution mechanism by novel electroshock treatment

Titanium alloys are extensively utilized in the aerospace industry due to their exceptional strength and resistance to corrosion. However, litmited performance and high dispersion has always existed for the traditional manufacturing process. A novel Electroshock Treatment (EST) procedure proposed by author's team can synergistically improve the mechanical properties and its consistency of titanium alloys under limited temperature rise, but the relevant mechanism is not yet clear. In present work, the effects of various EST conditions on the mechanical characteristics were investigated by uniaxial tensile testing, and the effect mechanism was revealed using multi-scale microstructure characterization of titanium alloys, such as SEM, EBSD and TEM. The uniaxial tensile test results show that, compared with the sample without EST, the average elongation after fracture improved by 12.5%, the strength-plastic product improved by 16.1%, and the consistency of UTS and elongation after fracture improved by 63.4% and 57.1%, respectively, with a slight increase of tensile strength (30 MPa) after appropriate treatment (current density of 0.93 × 108A/m2, and pulse duration of 300 ms). The multi-scale microscopic characterization reveals a more uniform distribution of stress concentration in TC11 titanium alloy following the appropriate EST process. Besides, the entanglement of dislocations is reduced with some dislocations being annihilated. Especially, the remaining dislocations undergoing orderly rearrangement at grain boundaries after EST. The homogenization of local lattice distortion distribution and orderly rearrangement of dislocations at grain boundaries are the primary factors contributing to the comprehensive improvement in the mechanical properties and consistency of TC11 Titanium alloy.

The Effect of PEGylation on Drugs' Pharmacokinetic Parameters; from Absorption to Excretion.

Until the drugs enter humans life, they may face problems in transportation, drug delivery, and metabolism. These problems can cause reducing drug's therapeutic effect and even increase its side effects. Together, these cases can reduce the patient's compliance with the treatment and complicate the treatment process. Much work has been done to solve or at least reduce these problems. For example, using different forms of a single drug molecule (like Citalopram and Escitalopram); slight changes in the drug's molecule like Meperidine and α-Prodine, and using carriers (like Tigerase®). PEGylation is a recently presented method that can use for many targets. Poly Ethylene Glycol or PEG is a polymer that can attach to drugs by using different methods and resulting sustained release, controlled metabolism, targeted delivery, and other cases. Although they will not necessarily lead to an increase in the effect of the drug, they will lead to the improvement of the treatment process in certain ways. In this article, the team of authors has tried to collect and carefully review the best cases based on the PEGylation of drugs that can help the readers of this article.

On the usefulness of turning to the experience of the Warsaw Pact Organization

At the beginning of the 2020s, the formation of a new world order became obvious. In parallel, there are two large-scale processes. One of them is a partial reformatting of connections within camps of Western democracies, the other is the emergence of a community of a number of states outside the West. The emergence of this commonality presupposes a noticeable increase in cooperation of the armed forces between interested players. Here it becomes necessary to use experience of functioning of specialized structures without the participation of Western countries. Studying the experience allows us to take into account a number of schemes that have proved their effectiveness and usefulness, primarily developed under the auspices of the Warsaw Pact Organization. Their wasps thinking is becoming especially in demand in the context of a noticeable tightening of the Western approach to contain opponents – Russia, China, Iran. The article points out the limited attention to the internal affairs of domestic historiography and political science, despite the obvious value of the experience of functioning of this organization. The author notes that a significant part of the gaps in the study of the strategy and practice of internal affairs can be filled by the fundamental work “Organization of the Warsaw Pact. 1955–1991. Story. Strategy. Policy”, prepared by a team of authors under the leadership of V.A. Zolotarev.

Tracking the Development of COVID-19-related PsyArXiv Preprints

Given the need for a rapid and critical response from behavioural sciences during times of crisis, this study investigated the trajectory of all preprints posted to the repository PsyArXiv up to 19 May 2020 that were related to COVID-19 (n = 211). Specifically, we examined the trajectory, transparency, and diversity of these preprints as compared to PsyArXiv preprints unrelated to COVID-19 (n = 167) and articles published in psychology journal articles (n = 75) within the same time frame. Preprints related to COVID-19 had similar traction to published journal articles on COVID-19, but compared to preprints unrelated to COVID-19, the COVID-19 preprints were more likely to be subsequently published during a follow-up period (until 2 March 2021), were published more quickly, and received more citations. Preprints related to COVID-19 reported fewer open science practices than preprints unrelated to COVID-19, but more than COVID-19 journal articles. Primary affiliations for all preprints and journal articles predominantly originated from Western countries, but this was comparatively more for preprints (both related to and not related to COVID-19), even though preprints had more international authorship teams than journal articles. In conclusion, this study sheds light on preprint dissemination within the field of psychology amid the COVID-19 crisis, emphasising the swift spread, heightened probability of subsequent publication, and diverse adherence to open science practices among COVID-19-related preprints. These results underline the continual need for rigorous evaluation and advancement of scholarly communication practices, especially during periods of global urgency, to uphold transparency, diversity, and rigour in disseminating vital research findings.

Self, Physician, and Specialty: A Qualitative Exploration of Medical Students' Specialty Identity Formation During Undergraduate Medical Training.

A physician's specialty is an integral part of their professional identity formation (PIF), not only determining the role they play in patient care but also shaping group interactions in the workplace. Prior work on PIF in medical students has focused on the development of a physician identity. However, little is known about how medical students might begin to develop divergent specialty-specific identities during medical school. Consequently, the authors aimed to explore how the process of specialty selection shapes PIF during undergraduate medical training and to develop a construct of specialty identity formation (SIF) as an important aspect of PIF. The authors used a constructivist grounded theory approach to explore SIF in senior medical students at the University of Washington between August 2022 and January 2023. The author team consisted of 6 attending physicians. Two investigators conducted hour-long, semistructured interviews, which were audio recorded, transcribed, and deidentified. After analysis, member checking was completed with 2 participants. The authors interviewed 14 students and categorized the data into 3 phases: nascent understanding, experiential grounding, and projecting forward. Participants reflected on considering their personal values, while simultaneously exploring the values and defining features of various specialty groups. Early impressions were formed based on ideas influenced by peers and mentors and later integrated with experiences on clinical rotations. Finally, participants noted engaging in a process projecting forward as they attempted to envision their potential futures as both physicians and members of a specialty group. As students explore their specialty identity, they use self-anchoring and self-stereotyping to integrate components of their evolving specialty identity into their professional identity. However, uncertainty regarding their fit with a specialty persists for many. Many sociocultural aspects of the learning environment affect SIF, including threats to psychological and identity safety.

Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of bone matrix purification protocols

Background: This article describes the protocol for the purification of xenogenic bone matrix tested by a team of authors in the article «Determining the effectiveness of a xenogeneic bone matrix decellularization protocol in in vitro and in vivo studies» (the test results were described in the journal N.N. Priorov Journal of Traumatology and Orthopedics. 2023;30(4):431–443, doi: https://doi.org/10.17816/vto622849). AIM: To conduct a comparative analysis of methods of physical and chemical purification of xenogeneic spongy bone tissue by tomographic and morphological studies. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Xenogenic bovine femoral spongiosa tissue was fragmented to the size of 10×10×10 mm and treated with water, hypertonic, hypotonic, hypotonic solutions, and 3% or 6% hydrogen peroxide solution in various combinations. Deep secondary purification with organic solvents or supercritical fluid extraction was then applied, followed by 1H NMR to determine traces of reagents. The efficiency of the optimal protocol was determined by histologic and tomographic studies with calculation of the purification factor by densitometric indices. RESULTS: In accordance with the purification coefficient calculated by densitometric indicators, the intertrabecular space of bone tissue after exposure to flowing water and hypo- and hypertonic solutions followed by cleaning with a 3% H2O2 solution is not sufficiently purified; histological analysis showed the presence of 0 to 60% osteocytes for different cleaning protocols. When replaced with a 6% H2O2 solution, the purification coefficient was higher, but bone destruction was observed. Additional deep purification allows a high purification rate while preserving the structure, but when organic solvents are used, their traces are detected in the matrix; therefore, the use of supercritical fluid extraction is more effective. CONCLUSION: The sequential use of flowing water, 0.5% NaCl solution, 3% H2O2 solution followed by sc-CO2 treatment is an effective protocol for the purification of xenogeneic spongy bone tissue.

Waste management systems in the context of sustainability

The present paper deals with waste management systems in the context of sustainability in selected municipalities. The author's team aimed to find the key waste groups according to the classification groups that have a major impact on the volume of waste and the cost of the system, thus facilitating management decision-making. In order to optimise the management of the entire waste management system from the perspective of the statutory municipality, it was first necessary to reduce the original list of 53 waste items to a significantly smaller number. With the help of waste management experts, criteria for reducing the number of waste input items were defined, resulting in a reduced statistical sample of 27 items. Each item is quantified by the amount of waste per year and the cost of the system per year. The mathematical apparatus consisted primarily of calculating average values as well as marginal slopes of waste quantity and cost. The interrelationships between waste groups were graphically recorded in perceptual maps. The individual analyses were carried out primarily for a statutory city, with secondary comparisons of the results with smaller towns and small villages. The analytical procedures verified that the catalogue of basic components of mixed municipal waste can be significantly reduced for decision-making in secondary resource management. The amount of waste selected in each group significantly impacts the cost of the whole waste management system. Of the original 15 waste groups, only three groups appear to be the main ones. The municipal waste group even has a decisive influence on both the quantity of waste and the cost of the whole system. Thanks to these findings, from the point of view of both the manager and the management of the statutory city, it is possible to focus on this core group, which contains the 13 original catalogue items.

Exploring the relationship between team institutional composition and novelty in academic papers based on fine-grained knowledge entities

PurposeThe composition of author teams is a significant factor affecting the novelty of academic papers. Existing research lacks studies focusing on institutional types and measures of novelty remained at a general level, making it difficult to analyse the types of novelty in papers and to provide a detailed explanation of novelty. This study aims to take the field of natural language processing (NLP) as an example to analyse the relationship between team institutional composition and the fine-grained novelty of academic papers.Design/methodology/approachFirstly, author teams are categorized into three types: academic institutions, industrial institutions and mixed academic and industrial institutions. Next, the authors extract four types of entities from the full paper: methods, data sets, tools and metric. The novelty of papers is evaluated using entity combination measurement methods. Additionally, pairwise combinations of different types of fine-grained entities are analysed to assess their contributions to novel papers.FindingsThe results of the study found that in the field of NLP, for industrial institutions, collaboration with academic institutions has a higher probability of producing novel papers. From the contribution rate of different types of fine-grained knowledge entities, the mixed academic and industrial institutions pay more attention to the novelty of the combination of method indicators, and the industrial institutions pay more attention to the novelty of the combination of method tools.Originality/valueThis paper explores the relationship between the team institutional composition and the novelty of academic papers and reveals the importance of cooperation between industry and academia through fine-grained novelty measurement, which provides key guidance for improving the quality of papers and promoting industry–university–research cooperation.

The chemistry of heterocycles in the 21st century

The chemistry of heterocyclic compounds has traditionally been and remains a bright area of chemical science in Russia. This is due to the fact that many heterocycles find the widest application. These compounds are the key structural fragments of most drugs, plant protection agents. Many natural compounds are also derivatives of heterocycles. At present, more than half of the hundreds of millions of known chemical compounds are heterocycles. This collective review is devoted to the achievements of Russian chemists in this field over the last 15–20 years. The review presents the achievements of leading heterocyclists representing both RAS institutes and university science. It is worth noting the wide scope of the review, both in terms of the geography of author teams, covering the whole of our large country, and in terms of the diversity of research areas. Practically all major types of heterocycles are represented in the review. The special attention is focused on the practical applications of heterocycles in the design of new drugs and biologically active compounds, high-energy molecules, materials for organic electronics and photovoltaics, new ligands for coordination chemistry, and many other rapidly developing areas. These practical advances would not be possible without the development of new fundamental transformations in heterocyclic chemistry.<br> Bibliography — 2237 references.

Visualization Analysis of Shenkang Injection based on CiteSpace Study

Objective: To explore the current research status and trend of Shenkang injection in the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods: By using CiteSpace6.2.R6 software, we could visually analyze the literature on Shenkang injection in the treatment of chronic kidney disease on CNKI, such as the number of documents issued, authors, institutions, keywords, and emergent word system, in order to better understand the latest research progress in this field. Results: A total of 827 relevant articles were retrieved through analysis and screening, and 663 articles were finally included after screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Through the systematic analysis, it is concluded that the number of documents issued by relevant research in this research field generally presents a good upward trend, and forms a cooperative team of authors with different numbers of members. According to the author of the document, the top three are Yunhong Wang, Yujie Hao, Yanying Lv, Sudong Tong and so on. According to the number of documents issued, the top three were Qian'an People's Hospital of Hebei Province, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Hebei Medical University. After analysis, 342 keywords, 8 keyword clusters, and 14 emergent words were obtained. Through the analysis of emergent words, it is concluded that "renal function", "renal failure", "adverse reactions", "alprostadil", "extracellular matrix" and "therapeutic effect" have become the research hotspots of everyone in the past 5 years. Conclusion: The research hotspots of Shenkang injection mainly focus on improving renal function, clinical therapeutic effect, adverse drug reactions and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Shenkang injection has a good development trend in the treatment of chronic kidney disease, but the cooperation and sharing between different institutions need to be strengthened.

Psychological and ethological approach in the study of self-harming behavior

In this paper, self-injurious behavior in humans and higher animals is considered from the ethological and psychological approaches. The analysis of pathopsychological disorders and disorders from the point of view of ethological psychiatry (psychology) allows us to understand the nature, pathogenesis, and mechanisms of behavioral patterns and pantomimics in patients with borderline and psychiatric disorders. Self-traumatization can be observed in epilepsy, autism, mental retardation, and in accentuated and neurotic adolescents. According to the author's team, damage to the body and skin is a manifestation of instinctual response. Physical auto-aggression satisfies the realization of the aggressive instinct, is reinforced by opioid pleasure from pain, and is realized by limiting direct response to a negative stimulus. The authors carried out a comparative analysis of pantomimics of of physical autoaggression (self-injury) of 15 adolescents with psychological traumas, 15 children with mental dysontogenesis and 12 experimental monkeys (javan macaques and rhesus macaques). The results of the study showed that experimental primates redirected aggression to their own body and limbs under conditions of an obstacle to the motivation to attack. Adolescents, in response to the stressor, insected their skin with sharp and stabbing objects. Children with psycho-verbal disorders illustrated prima facie forms of self-harm in response to a limiting and repulsive stimulus. The identified pantomimic acts of physical autoaggression in experimental monkeys, children with mental developmental disorders, and adolescents with psychotraumatic experiences show the commonality and species-specificity of the nonverbal pattern of self-injury. In humans and primates in pantomimic production homologs of autoaggressive patterns in nonverbal production are found.

(033) ABSENCE OF GENDER-AFFIRMING HYSTERECTOMIES FROM HYSTERECTOMY SEXUAL FUNCTION OUTCOMES LITERATURE

Abstract Introduction Gender affirming healthcare is a multidisciplinary field that includes (but is not limited to) the following interventions: hormonal therapy and gender affirming surgery (chest surgery, hysterectomy, oophorectomy, metoidioplasty, phalloplasty, etc.). Gender-affirming hormone therapy has been shown to positively impact orgasm duration and satisfaction level among both transgender men and women. Research on sexual wellbeing after gender affirming surgery (GAS) indicates positive effects on sexual health outcomes; however, the literature lacks sufficient studies to make evidence-based recommendations. Objective To synthesize and review the current state of literature on sexual outcomes following gender affirming hysterectomies as background to inform a planned study on this topic. Methods This project is a literature review of peer-reviewed journal articles on sexual function and pleasure outcomes following hysterectomies, with a particular focus on gender affirming hysterectomies. We considered various cohort studies, systematic reviews, position statements, and meta-analyses in our review. Results No research currently exists on sexual function or orgasm experience after gender affirming hysterectomy. Current literature exploring sexual function post-hysterectomy only includes cisgender populations (indications typically include cancer risk reduction, pelvic pain, and/or abnormal uterine bleeding). Studies have found mixed results regarding sexual function in cisgender women post-hysterectomy and/or oophorectomy, including changes to anxiety and depression, sexual health and wellness, both in a positive and negative direction. Other analyses found no significant change in sexual function post-hysterectomy in cisgender women. Based on these findings, hysterectomies have mixed effects on sexual satisfaction & function in cisgender populations but there is no data to guide transgender populations. Conclusions More research is needed on sexual health outcomes (i.e., sexual pleasure, arousal, and orgasm) after gender affirming surgery, as very few studies examine the role of sexual function, including desire, arousal, pain and orgasm in patients’ lives post-GAS. No studies investigate sexual satisfaction post-gender affirming hysterectomy despite it being an important GAS for transgender men. Research on this procedure in this specific population will inform evidence-based practices and recommendations, elucidate sex outcomes when the main indication for a hysterectomy is gender affirmation, and advance our understanding of sexual pleasure overall. Problems of selection of corrosion-resistant steels and alloys in oil and gas industry for operating conditions

Corrosion-resistant steels and alloys have a number of unique properties. This allows them to be used in various industries. Despite their name, they are to some extent subject to various types of corrosion and corrosion-mechanical damage. This article discusses cases of corrosion damage of products made of corrosion-resistant steels and alloys in the oil and gas industry. The reasons of material failure can be incorrect exploitation of material, low-quality material of products, and incorrect selection of material for operating conditions. For each group of failure causes the examples from open sources and from the practice of the team of authors of this work are considered. The paper substantiates the importance of preliminary laboratory studies of corrosion-resistant materials and their testing with simulation of environmental factors. It is necessary for reasonable choice under specific operating conditions. It is shown that in practice the reasonable choice of corrosion-resistant materials is not always given due attention, so the seemingly economically favorable solutions may turn out to be incorrect. The main focus is made on the practical side of the issue in order to avoid such problems in the future. The relevance of the work is confirmed by the recent acute problem of substitution of foreign steel grades.

The article is devoted to the life and scientific work of the famous scientist historian Vladimir Petrovich Ivankov, who worked for many years at the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Bashkir Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences (now the UFIC RAS) as the head of the sector of the history of Soviet society, who will turn 105 years old on May 27, 2024. He lived a difficult life, but full of important and turning points in his life. The article draws on unique sources deposited in the scientist’s personal collection in the Scientific Archive of the Ufa Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. First of all, these are his personal files, which contain documents relating to his work at the institute. Of no small importance are the published prospectuses of generalizing collective works preparing for scientific development, where V.P. Ivankov is listed as a member of the team of authors as a scientific supervisor or executive editor. Some documents from the personal fund of the famous scientist R.G. were used. Kuzeev in the Scientific Archive of the UFIC RAS, which contained information about the preparation of a collective work on the history of the BASSR, which was subsequently entrusted to V.P. Ivankova. Vladimir Petrovich Ivankov receives a historical education at the Udmurt Pedagogical Institute. He begins his career in schools in Izhevsk. After graduating from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, he worked in the party bodies of Udmurtia. In the early 1950s. studies at the Academy of Social Sciences, where he defends his Ph.D. thesis. In 1957 he was transferred to Bashkiria, where he worked at the regional party school as head of the department of history of the CPSU, then at BSU. Despite his busy schedule, he devoted a lot of time to scientific work, an interest in which began in his student years, and continued at the Academy while preparing his dissertation. While still in Udmurtia, he participated in the development of the history of the local party organization and the preparation of documentary collections. In Bashkiria, he was involved in writing general works on regional history. From September 1963 to November 1983 all further life and scientific activity of V.P. Ivankova was associated with the Institute of History, Language and Literature of the Bashkir Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Having headed the sector of the history of Soviet society, he took on the difficult tasks of writing the third volume of a collective work on the history of the BASSR, the history of the party organization of the republic. The tasks set by the executive editor were completed in a timely manner and successfully, summarizing works were published, which became an important result of the research activities of the scientist and the institute itself.
