Analysis on the Teaching Reform Countermeasures of the Course "Basic Statistics" under the Concept of Curriculum Ideology and Politics

From the perspective of "curriculum ideological and political" concept, the teaching reform of "Statistics Foundation" is not only related to the development of China's future market economy, but also related to the talent cultivation pattern of the future economic society. However, in the process of the teaching reform of the course "Basic Statistics", teachers should always be clear that the teaching reform under the concept of "curriculum ideological and political" is never about "teaching methodology" and "teaching practice strategy", but should promote the development of students' ideological and political awareness with ideological concepts. Based on this, this paper will briefly describe the concept of "curriculum ideological and political", and on this basis, put forward the objectives and countermeasures of the teaching reform of "Statistics Basis" under the concept of curriculum ideological and political, so as to promote the better development of the teaching reform of "Statistics Basis".

The study aims to define strategies for English translation talents cultivation from the aspects of curriculum, teaching materials, teaching methods, teachers and practice. The paper investigates the current situation of translation talents cultivation in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province and shows that it is crucial to continuously optimize each dimension in the talents cultivation pattern. Scientific novelty of the study lies in proposing countermeasures and solutions for translation talents cultivation from the perspective of professional and occupational needs. As a result, it has been found that sufficient practice can ensure that translation talents have a stronger cross-cultural communication and language service ability to better serve the society and country.

Exploration on Talent Cultivation Pattern of Industrial Design through perspective of Cross-border Thinking

This article discusses the study of integrating cross-border thinking into talent cultivating pattern of industrial design, which breaks the traditional talent cultivation pattern system of industrial design and carries out a research from the following three aspects: making training plans, creating cross curricular group among college and department associations, building a cross-border team of teachers. By this way, it can achieve interdisciplinary teaching and practical guidance, and construct the mode of talent cultivating with “cross-border” philosophy as the main body. The colleges, who carry on the reform of teaching pattern of industrial design with a cross-border way, expand the innovation vision of teachers and students, meet the demand for personnel in the employment market, improve the innovation ability of university students, and increase the employment rate of graduates and employer satisfaction level.

Exploration of construction of innovative talents cultivation pattern for nursing postgraduates

Theory and Practice of Cultivation Patterns of Innovative Personnel in Forestry Engineering

Talent cultivation pattern is a structural system established, based on the cultivation objectives of the students, by institute of higher learning to cultivate students’ academic knowledge, competency and quality and it incorporates the approaches to realize these aspects of education. Considering the problems existing in the current education patterns, Southwest Forestry University (hereinafter referred to as SWFC) proposes cultivation patterns of innovative talents. The proposed patterns cover the following aspects: creation of general education platform based on major subject disciplines; optimizing of course system and reduction of in-class teaching hours; establishment of extracurricular technical innovation credit system; reform of scoring and assessment system and promoting whole-scale development of the students; strengthening teaching staff construction and improving effect of teaching.
