Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida, India The 3rd International Conference on “Computational and Experimental Methods in Mechanical Engineering” (ICCEMME-2021) was held in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India from 11th to 13th February, 2021. This conference was organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering at G L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida. The conference provided opportunity for academicians, researchers, students and scientists working in various domains of engineering and science such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, Design, Materials, Energy, Industrial & Production Engineering, Sustainable Manufacturing Systems, Rapid Prototyping, Manufacturing Process Optimization, Machining, and Machine Tools, Computer-Aided Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation and Metrology, Industrial, Physics, Chemistry, Math’s, Management and Marketing etc.Initially, this conference was scheduled to be organized from 4th to 6th November 2020. But amid tough times of COVID-19, this conference was rescheduled to be organized from 11th to 13th February, 2021. Further, the cases of COVID-19 kept on increasing and the restrictions on travelling were imposed at local and international level. Such a situation compelled us to organize the conference in online mode. The organizing committee of ICCEMME-2021 is proud to organize the conference successfully in online mode.The inaugural and valedictory sessions were telecasted LIVE on YouTube with the help of a local broadcaster. Prof. Prem Vrat and Prof. Kripa Shanker shared their thoughts in the valedictory session. Each presenter was given 15 minutes for presentations (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question-answers).More than 900 papers from various domains of mechanical engineering were submitted by authors from different parts of the world. After the peer-review process 400 papers were accepted in our Conference. The editorial board of ICCEMME-2021 consisted of Prof. (Dr.) Rajeev Agrawal, Dr. Sunil Kumar Rajput, Dr. S.S Chauhan, Mr. Sandeep Chauhan and Mr. Rohit Sahu.
