Organizational performance of the sports activity supervisors in the Director of the Verses of Education throughout Iraq except Kurdistan region

The research problem was represented by the lack of interest in the organizational performance of the supervisors of the activity. Adultery in the education directorates, as it represents the final result and the outcome achieved by the school sports people, which like to be on a high degree of efficiency, effectiveness and creativity. The case and the research community is referring to the technical supervisors in the school sport divisions throughout Iraq intentionally Kurdistan Region. The two researchers have built the organizational performance scale in a way that matches the specificity of the research problem and its sample. Positive Thinking and Its Relationship to the Organizational Performance of Sports Activity Supervisors in the Directorates of Education in the Middle Euphrates

The positive scientific and logical thinking stage towards building the future vision in organizationalperformance and elevating the workers their ideas, opinions and proposals to the top of the administrativedealings that reflect the organizational culture to which it belongs in organizing the administration and thepositive work of the supervisors of sports activity as successful managers are keen to stay near the fieldsof actual work, as they consider their regular meetings with the cadres working with them a vital factorfor the success of their work, the research aims to identify the relationship of positive thinking with theorganizational performance of the supervisors of sports activity in the directorates of education in the MiddleEuphrates. Karbala, and Diwaniyah) for the 2020 season, the researchers used the descriptive approachand the research community was destroyed from (104) supervisors of sports activities, and the researchersprepared a positive thinking scale consisting of (37) items, and the organizational performance scale consistsof (38) paragraphs and the percentages, arithmetic and hypothetical average were calculated. Kinerja Supervisor dan Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kota Yogakarta

This research aims to determine the performance of supervisors and madrasah heads in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education in Yogyakarta through supervision activities. This study is also to find out whether there are performance differences between supervisors and madrasah heads. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collected through questionnaires, document studies conducted to match the data of the results of the questionnaire. The analysis methods used in this study are variant analysis and advanced testing. The results showed that; (1) supervisor performance in improving the quality of education reached 90.47% was in a very good position, (2) the performance of madrasah head as supervisor reached 80.11% was in a good position, (3) there was no difference in supervisor performance in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the program, while the performance of supervisors in guiding teacher professionals there was a significant difference, (4) there was no difference in the performance of the head of MI in Yogyakarta, while the performance of mts head there was a significant difference. Similarly, with the performance of the head of MA in Yogyakarta there are significant differences, (5) there is no difference in the learning outcomes of MI students in Yogyakarta, while the learning outcomes of MTs and MA students are quite significant differences.

Work Motivation and Supervisor Performance in Indonesia

Company or organization requires specific ways to improve the ability of employees between in ways that are giving them motivation to keep them more active in doing their jobs, but it also empower the company to its employees. This study aims to determine how much influence the employee empowerment and work motivation on the performance of supervisors. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using analytical tools in the form of multiple regression analysis with 130 samples. The results showed that employee empowerment partially affected the performance of supervisors, and partially work motivation affected the performance of supervisors. The test simultaneously produced that all independent variables of employee empowerment and work motivation had positive and significant effects on the performance of supervisors. The dominant variable influences to employee performance are employee empowerment.

Designing criteria to evaluating the performance of educational supervisors and specialists of physical education in the Iraqi Ministry of Education from the point of view of educational supervision experts

The importance of the research lies in the preparation of criteria and indicators that can be relied upon in evaluating the performance of educational supervisors and specialists for physical education in order to develop and improve their performance, the descriptive approach was used for its suitability for the objectives of the research, as the total research sample consisted of (179) individuals divided into two groups, the first (68) experts and specialists in the Ministry of Education and the second (111) educational supervisors and specialists in the General Directorates of Education in the governorates, the Delphi method was adopted with its multiple rounds as it is a suitable statistical method for the research problem, as it is based on expert opinions to obtain a high level of agreement for the list of criteria and its indicators. They are applicable and quantifiable, as they have been applied and presented to the supervisors specialists and field educators for physical education in the General Directorates of Physical Education and by using (ki2), the results resulted in a high degree of agreement that the fields and their standards and indicators are of high accuracy and proficiency and are an objective and realistic test for evaluation and ready for implementation.The researchers recommended that they should be applied and adopted in determining the training needs of educational supervisors, in order to uncover their strengths and weaknesses and also for their usefulness in self-evaluation of them and to familiarize them with the standards that they must possess to fully develop the performance of their work in order to reach the desired educational goals.

Kinerja Pengawas Lembaga Perkreditan Desa dan Faktor yang Mempengaruhinya Dimoderasi Budaya Tri Hita Karana

This research was conducted by considering the inconsistency of research results regarding the influence of independence, professionalism and accounting information systems on the performance of the Supervisory Body as the internal controller of the LPD by moderating the organizational culture of Tri Hita Karana. The sample in this study amounted to 35 LPDs in Denpasar City. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that independence has a positive effect on the performance of LPD supervisors, professionalism and SIA have no effect on supervisor performance, the Tri Hita Karana culture is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of independence. on LPD staffing performance, and tri-black culture because it has not been able to moderate the influence of professionalism and BSM on the performance of LPD supervisors in Denpasar City.

DETERMINANT OF PERFORMANCE OF STEEL INDUSTRY SUPERVISORS IN INDONESIA

The purpose of this study was to develop the determination of training factors, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) on Supervisor Performance in the steel industry in PT. Krakatau Steel and PT. Pindad. The design of this study is Ex-Post Facto which uses causal analysis that explains the relationship between variables and the number of samples of 200 people selected through convinience sampling samples. The data collection method uses questionnairesand processed using SPPS applications and Lisrel applications to process and analyze Structural Equation Modeling data. Descriptive research results state that respondents assessment of Training, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Supervisor Performance has been relatively good. The results of causality research that received hypotheses are: 1) Training affects Job Satisfaction and 2) Work Motivation affects Job Satisfaction. The results of causality studies that reject hypotheses and become novelty of this study are: 1) Training has no effect on Work Motivation 2) Training has no effect on Performance 3) Emotional Intelligence has no effect on Performance 4) Emotional Intelligence has no effect on Job Satisfaction 5) Emotional Intelligence has no effect on Work Motivation 6) Organizational Culture has no effect on Work Motivation 7) Organizational Culture has no effect on Job Satisfaction 8) Organizational Culture has no effect on Performance 9) Work Motivation has no effect on Performance and 10) Job Satisfaction has no effect on Performance.

Development of an Instrument for Teachers’ Attitudes towards Academic Supervision performed by Supervisors in Schools of Special Education

This study aims to develop an instrument for teachers’ attitudes toward academic supervision performed by supervisors in special education. This is an instrument development study working under the modified six-step development framework introduced by Djaali and Sumadi. The validity of the study was examined by two experts in measurements. The instrument was tested on 94 teachers in schools of special education in South Sulawesi. The validity and reliability were estimated using the confirmatory factor analysis by Lisrel program. The instrument produced from this attempt were 44 questions in a form of likert scale; the validity was 0.90 and the reliability was 0.96, and it was done under a tridimensional structure (i.e., monitoring, assessment, and coaching). The dimension of monitoring measured the execution of eight education standards observed by school supervisors. The dimension of assessment measured the performance of supervisors during a class supervision that was taught by a teacher of special education. The dimension of coaching measured the supervisors’ performance in giving motivation, delivering training, and providing feedback for teachers of special education. It was done in order to make the teachers more professional and independent in completing their tasks and responsibilities as teachers for special education. Therefore, the instrument produced from this research is expected to be able to describe the teachers’ attitudes toward academic supervision performed by the school supervisors.

Independensi, Motivasi, Keahlian Profesional, Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja dan Kinerja Pengawas Lembaga Perkreditan Desa

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence related to the influence of Independence, Motivation, Professional Skills, Level of Education, and Work Experience on Internal Supervisor Performance. This research was conducted in 74 LPD in Klungkung Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Independence, Motivation, Professional Skills, Level of Education, and Work Experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of internal supervisors. This shows the higher independence, motivation, professional expertise, education level, and work experience of a supervisor, the supervisor's performance will be better. For the LPD the results of this study can provide additional information related to factors that influence the performance of internal supervisors, so it is expected to be useful in improving the performance of LPD supervisors in Klungkung Regency.

PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, KEAHLIAN PROFESI, DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PENGAWAS LEMBAGA PERKREDITAN DESA (LPD) DI KECAMATAN GIANYAR

The success of the LPD cannot be separated from the community's commitment to developing and advancing the LPD. The role of the LPD is very important in improving the community's economy. LPD administrators or managers must increase their productivity in order to be able to compete with other financial institutions. Factors that have an influence on the Performance of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) Supervisors are education level, professional expertise, and work experience. This study aims to determine the effect of education level, professional expertise, and work experience on the performance of Village Credit Institution (LPD) supervisors in Gianyar District. The population in this study were all LPDs in Gianyar Subdistrict, with a total of 40 LPDs scattered in each village. The technique of determining the sample in this study using purposive sampling, as many as 30 LPDs that meet the criteria in this study with a total sample of 97 respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method. The results of this study are the level of education has a positive and significant effect on supervisor performance, professional expertise does not have a significant effect on supervisor performance, work experience has a positive and significant effect on supervisor performance in LPD Gianyar District. There are suggestions that can be given to LPD Gianyar District, namely to improve the performance of supervisors by increasing the education level of employees, increasing professional skills and improving the work experience of employees. As well as adjusting the number of supervisors in the LPD Gianyar District, as it is known that the ideal number of supervisors in each LPD is 3 people.

Leaf Image Classification Using Deep Learning Network

This paper focuses on leaf cultivar classification, which is a long-established challenge in agricultural artificial intelligence. The difficulties in this task come from the fact that there is large amount of intra-class variability, arising from form changes during the growth of leaves and different physical development, and subtle inter-class differences, originating by belonging to the same species. To cope with this challenging task, we study the possibility of using deep learning techniques for distinguishing leaf cultivars. We employed a soybean leaf cultivar dataset and conducted extensive experiments on it for a comparison study of handcrafted methods and deep learning methods on leaves cultivar recognition tasks. The experimental results indicate the supervisor performance of the deep learning methods over the traditional methods.

Developing key indicators for site supervisors’ task performance in construction firms

The task performance level of site supervisors on construction sites has a great impact on the overall project performance. Yet, attention has been towards project performance rather than site supervisors’ task performance. The purpose of this study is to develop key indicators for measuring the task performance of site supervisors in construction firms. A mixed method approach was adopted with the use of a questionnaire and interview. The population for this study consists of construction site supervisors. The data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The result of the analysis was further validated using an in-depth interview method. The result shows that the task performance of site supervisors can be measured using 13 key indicators, which can be broadly categorised as job knowledge, job skills, cognitive ability and task proficiency. Construction firms should adopt the 13 task performance indicators developed in this study as policy and practice in their organisation for performance appraisal of their site supervisors. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge on task performance by developing key task performance indicators for measuring the behavioural performance of site supervisors.

Why Students FindIt Difficult to Finish their Theses?

This study focuses on the reasons why students from private universities who have finished their studies, but not their research work, a requirement to obtain their degree. Several studies agree that the supervision process is a fundamental factor to complete the thesis successfully. Thesis development and successful thesis completion are conditioned by a number of factors, one of which is supervisor performance. This study explores the limitations on supervision, time, and money, which are resources students need in order to finish their theses, and suggestions for improvement. The sample of the study consisted of 129 graduate candidates from different careers at a private university in Peru. The findings show that lack of supervision during the thesis development process, lack of time to develop the thesis and finance have an impact on finishing a thesis. Supervisors must have cognitive competences in scientific methodology, statistics, and the research topic, and help the students to transition from course work to independent research.

The role of supervisors as cooperative internal auditors is very important. Supervisors are tasked with supervising the operations of the cooperative and helping to achieve the goals set by the cooperative. This study aims to determine the effect of independence, competence, training, work experience, and education level on the performance of cooperative supervisors in Buleleng District. The number of samples in this study were 79 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Research shows that all variables have a positive influence on supervisor performance. This study confirms the attribution theory.

SUPERVISORS PERFORMANCE OF BASIC SCHOOL IN THE TIME OF COVID-19 IN SUBANG

The Covid-19 virus outbreak has had a significant impact on various aspects of life. For the world of education, this impact occurs in the aspect of educational supervision as happened to the performance of supervision in the Subang sub-district, Subang district. The study aims to describe the performance of supervisors during the Covid-19 period and its impact on the quality of Islamic education learning in elementary schools in Subang district. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data was collected by means of observation, interview, literature study, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the performance of primary school supervisors in Subang district during the Pandemic was carried out through a remote surveillance system namely by using Whatsapp Groups. Supervision activities carried out include coaching, making LKH reports, RKB, Home Study Activity Reports, and Assessment of Employee Performance Targets. Even though the Whatsapp Group media has a number of deficiencies in its application to the remote surveillance system, in the midst of a pandemic, education supervision in the elementary school environment of the Subang sub-district continues, because after all the education process in Indonesia must run optimally.

Persepsi Kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah terhadap Kinerja Supervisi Manajerial Pengawas Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kota Yogyakarta

Managerial supervision is an activity that accommodates the performance of madrasah. Managerial supervision is technically regulated in Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 2 of 2012 and Permendiknas No. 12 (2007). The basic purpose of this study is to see how the Headmaster of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Islam Giwangan‟s perceptions of the performance of managerial supervision of supervisors in the city of Yogyakarta that cover planning, implementation, and evaluation. This field research seeks to explain validly and objectively the data regarding the perceptions of the Headmaster of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Islam Giwangan on the performance of supervisors in the city of Yogyakarta. The method used is a combination. This method is a combined method of qualitative and quantitative methods. Meanwhile, the model used in this research is the concurrent embedded model. The resulting data is descriptive in the form of words, expressions and opinions of research subjects orally. Then the data is indexed and categorized using a rate rating scale. The results of this study indicate that the performance of managerial supervision in the planning of the supervisory program according to the perception of the Headmaster of MI Al Islam Giwangan is in the very good category, while the average score in the planning of the managerial supervision program is 100,00%; the performance of managerial supervision in the implementation of the supervisory program according to the perception of the Headmaster of the MI Al Islam Giwangan is in the moderate category, while the average score in the implementation of the managerial supervision program is 69.12%; the performance of managerial supervision in the evaluation of the supervisory program according to the perception of the Headmaster of the MI Al Islam Giwangan is in the moderate category, while the average score in the evaluation of the managerial supervision program is 75.00%.

Pengaruh Keahlian Profesional, Independensi, Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pengawas Kas BPR

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professional expertise, independence, level of education and work experience on the performance of BPR Lestari Bali's cash supervisors. The sample collection technique used is the purposive sampling method. The determined number of samples was 31 Cash Supervisors at PT BPR Lestari Bali. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that professional expertise, independence, level of education and work experience had a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPR cash supervisors. This indicates that the higher the professional expertise of the cash supervisor, the higher the independence attitude of the cash supervisor, the higher the level of education and the higher work experience a cash supervisor has, the more the performance of the BPR's cash supervisor in BPR Lestari Bali.

KINERJA SUPERVISOR DAN KREATIVITAS GURU PAI

This study aims to determine the supervisor's performance and the creativity of the Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMAN Sinjai Regency. This research used qualitative research. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, data collection using descriptive exploratory analysis techniques, and inductive qualitative methods. The result was found that the supervisor's performance in the preparation of supervisor program planning had been compiled in an accurate manner and the implementation of supervisor supervision had been implemented in the field continuously. PAI teacher creativity in SMA Negeri Sinjai Regency has increased through several programs that have been carefully prepared by supervisors. The supporting factors for supervisors in increasing the creativity of PAI teachers are the existence of supervisory standardization arrangements and the presence of collectors. As for the inhibiting factors for supervisors, namely the number of target schools that are too many, the busyness of the supervisors outside the supervision program, the number of supervisors is still low, and the teacher's perception of supervision activities is still not good.

Pengaruh Independensi, Keahlian Profesional, dan Pengalaman Kerja pada Kinerja Pengawas Koperasi Serba Usaha

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence, professional expertise, and work experience on the performance of Koperasi Serba Usaha. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that independence, professional expertise, work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Multipurpose Cooperative supervisors in East Denpasar Sub-District. Adjusted R2 is 0.831. This shows that 83.1% of the variation in supervisor performance can be explained by the variables of independence, professional expertise, and work experience, while the remaining 16.9% is explained by other variables outside the model.

اتجاهات معلّمی العلوم نحو استخدام بطاقة تقییم التعلُّم النشط وَفْقَ سلالم التقدیر لتقویم أداءاتهم التدریسیة فی محافظة المجاردة.

مستخلص : هدف هذا البحث الکشف عن اتجاهات معلمي العلوم بمحافظة المجاردة نحو استخدام بطاقة تقييم التعلم النشط وفق سلالم التقدير لتقويم أداءاتهم التدريسية، والمقارنة بين اتجاهات معلمي العلوم نحو بطاقة تقييم التعلم النشط وفق سلالم التقدير في منظومة الأداء الإشرافي السادس؛ وذلک لتقويم أداءاتهم التدريسية باختلاف: المؤهل الدراسي - التخصص- عدد سنوات الخبرة التدريسية- عدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال التعلم النشط. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وقد تکونت عينة البحث من معلمي العلوم بالمراحل الدراسية الثلاث: (الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية) بمدارس التعليم العام بمکتب التعليم بمحافظة المجاردة وعددهم (72) معلما لمادة العلوم، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. وتمثلت أداة البحث في مقياس اتجاهات معلمي العلوم نحو بطاقة تقييم التعلم النشط وفق سلالم التقدير لتقويم أداءاتهم التدريسية. وأظهرت نتائج البحث وجود درجة موافقة متوسطة لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تجاه الدرجة الکلية لمقياس الاتجاهات نحو بطاقة تقييم التعلم النشط، وقد تراوحت درجة موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على محاور المقياس ما بين منخفضة إلى عالية، وجاء ترتيب هذه المحاور وفـقا لدرجة الموافقة عليها، کما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات أفراد العينة في مقياس اتجاهات معلمي العلوم نحو بطاقة تقييم التعلم النشط وفق سلالم التقدير لتقويم أداءاتهم التدريسية في ضوء: المرحلة الدراسية - المؤهل الدراسي- التخصص- عدد سنوات الخبرة التدريسية- عدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال التعلم النشط. Abstract The research aimed at uncovering the attitudes of science teachers in Al-Majardah Governorate towards the use of Active Learning Evaluation Card according to rating scales for evaluating their teaching performances, and comparing between science teachers' attitudes towards Active Learning Evaluation Card according to rating scale within the system of sixth supervisory performance, in order to evaluate their teaching performances according to: academic qualification - specialization - number of teaching years' experience – number of training programs in the field of active learning. The descriptive approach was adopted. The sample of the research consisted of science teachers at the three academic stages (primary, preparatory, and secondary) at public education schools in Al-Majardah Governorate Educational Administration (n = 72) teachers of science subject who were purposefully selected. The tool of the research was represented in Science Teachers' Attitude Scale towards active learning evaluation card, according to rating scales for evaluating their teaching performances The results of the research revealed the existence of a moderate agreement degree among individuals of the study sample towards the total score of the attitude scale towards active learning evaluation card. The degree of study sample individuals' agreement on the scale axes ranged between low and high. The order of these axes was according to degree of agreement. The results also showed that there were not any statistically significant differences between responses of the sample individuals in the scale of science teachers' attitudes towards the active learning evaluation card, according to rating scales in their latest version, for evaluating their teaching performances in the light of: academic stage - academic qualification - specialization - number of teaching years' experience – number of training programs in the field of active learning.
